Really great staff. Knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic. We bought new hearing aids here partly because they seem to work really well. But more important to us is an audiologist who is supportive and experienced. That relationship is so important in the beginning months.

I am finally getting around to writing a review concerning the purchase and a sub-sequential refund on a Hearing Aid for my mother over two years ago. But I have always felt that I needed to give them credit for their honesty and great service. They work very hard to match my 90 year old mother with the best Hearing Aid for her. Unfortunately it wasnt helping her form of hearing loss, as volunteered by female tech, who even took the time to go to the Pioneer Home to see my mother and test the efficacy of how well it was really working for her. They promptly refunded the $5000 purchase price and I would recommend them to anyone else who needs this kind of honest, superior service!

This is a great place to have your hearing aids checks and clean. They also test your hearing and they sell some awesome hearing aids.
