I have severe hearing loss been wearing hearing aids for decades. My medicare insurance plan recommended Prescott hearing center and I am extremely happy I did. Great hearing aids and impressed of the time they spent with me. I would recommend anybody looking for hearing aids to give them a try make an appointment go talk to him.

Most thorough hearing test Ive ever had and everything was explained to me in very understandable terms. I hear much better now.

Prescott Hearing Center is, in my opinion, the best hearing aid center in Prescott! I had an issue with my hearing aids being set too low (this happened in another town far away from here). I went in complaining that everything was so muffled and I felt like I had to “pop“ my ears continuously just to hear slightly. I thought my issues were due to the mask requirements for COVID-19. Well, it turns out that my hearing aids were set 10 decibels below what they should’ve been. As soon as Doug made the adjustment, it was like the world re-opened to me once again. I cried tears of joy because I could finally hear again after struggling for almost a full year! Doug and Paula, his assistant, are wonderful! Ican’t recommend them enough. They’re professionalism is outstanding and you will not be disappointed by going to Prescott Hearing Center!

I shopped other hearing aid professionals in Prescott, AZ, and was immediately sold on Doug Dunker based upon his excellent people skills and expertise (knowledgable of various types of hearing aids). My Signia bi CROS hearing aids have exceeded my expectations and are extremely versatile in different environments. Thanks to Dougs cutting-edge audio expertise, his state-of-the-art technology and his professional, caring staff, Carolyn and Paula, I am now hearing better now than I have heard for many, many years. I have virtually no hearing remaining in my left ear and poor hearing in my right ear. Doug set me up with some unique equipment by which I hear very well from both sides, in fact from all directions in my environment. This is through a very advanced hearing performance system which actually costs less than the cost of two hearing aids but is just as visibly discreet! I am completely satisfied with my new hearing aids, as well as the professional and thorough treatment of my needs by Doug and Carolyn. Since I went in to get my old hearing aids worked on, Doug and I discussed new developments since I had gotten mine seven years ago. I was the one who asked about replacements, and I never felt any pressure to buy new ones - but I did ask for them, and I am so glad I did. Hearing for me now is like having normal hearing! I hear sounds Ive missed for decades, despite having aids. They are fantastic, comfortable, easy. Doug took whatever time was necessary to get my hearing tested accurately as well as to educate me and adjust my new hearing aids perfectly for me when they came in. I wish I had done this sooner, and Im glad the PRESCOTT HEARING CENTER has opened up in our area. I highly recommend them.

My experience with Prescott Hearing was excellent! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have the latest technology and software, and provided a detailed and accurate hearing assessment and adjustment. I highly recommend these capable folks!

Doug is great!! I moved to AZ from CA and have Lifetime Medical for hearing loss. I had been unable to find an AZ audiologist to take over as my primary dispenser. Doug volunteered to help. He successfully had my care transferred to him and quickly got clearance to order new hearing aids for me. Definitely 5 star service!!
