My wife and I have been going to Webb Hearing for over 6 years.Larry W was our first contact for the first few years but for the last 4 years we have been seeing Bri for our testing, sales and service needs. She is always so friendly and truly concerned with our hearing needs . Not only is she friendly but very very knowledgeable about hearing aids, testing, and service even though I haven’t had any problems with my hearing aids that I bought 6 years ago.

They take good care of you. Bri is so nice and goes out of her way to make sure you are happy.

How refreshing to work with people who not only know their jobs, but truly care about their customers! Brianna at the Prescott location was absolutely lovely - a true professional. I watched as she conducted the in-booth hearing test on my mother who is 82 years old and has cognitive issues. Bri communicated with her personably and with complete compassion. I was impressed by how capable she is at zipping through the test. There was no pressure to purchase, but her very enlightening explanation as to the importance of hearing, especially with someone who already has cognitive issues, was very appreciated. We purchased a unit that we think will be perfect for Mom. If its not, we feel confident that Webb will make it right. We couldnt have asked for a more positive experience.

In the beginning they were great, testing my mom’s hearing picking out the proper hearing aid etc.But follow up for parts and callbacks is atrocious, they never call you back. Have left messages with people in the valley and the local Prescott office. No one calls you back. My mother lost one hearing aid over the weekend, the lady took my information 2 days ago, no callback. It appears once they have sold you something they are done with you.I went online and ordered brand new ones for a quarter of the cost. Don’t waste your money here.

Took my Mom in for her hearing aides. They treated her so sweetly and helped her out so much. Kindness goes a long way when you have hearing problems. Most people do not understand how hard it is. I made my family put on ear plugs and chew on some chips while listening to someone speak. They finally got it. Be kind to the hearing impaired!

Was a bit confusing making the appointment as only two receptionists serve 5 office locations, but once that hurdle was cleared, everything went well. Brie (the audiologist) worked patiently with my 95 YO mother to clean and adjust her hearing aids. Clean, neat office areas, friendly staff, and a Keurig for a fresh cup of coffee. A bit tucked into an office complex but very convenient for me as its just across the street from where I do most of my grocery shopping.

This facility is fantastic. They take their time to make sure you know exactly how to use your hearing aids before you leave.

I need new devices, the associate at Webb,Tested my hearing, and told me that the aides I have were below what I needed, I was in awe of those comments. Previouly,I was given 2 to 3 yt? Aides why, when I needed ones with more bells and whistles.
