There was no pressure to buy, but Mattress America has a great selection, competitive pricing, timely delivery and excellent service. Theres really no need to go anywhere else! I’ve been suffering from lack of sleep with poorly put together mattresses but I recently invested in one from here and it’s been a life saver. Easy on my back and i don’t know how to explain it but it is just so comfortable i can fall asleep instantly. Really recommend it.

I do not know how the Prescott location does business so I cannot say, but we bought a beautyrest silver 800 last month, from the Prescott Valley location the new one by kohls, and when they delivered it for us it was just a regular beautyrest, trying to make them understand that there was a couple hundred dollar difference in the price and that we felt like we were not treated right was like dealing with a car salesman, I went in found what I wanted paid for it and what was delivered was definitely not what I bought.. in the end they came and took the mattress we purchased and gave us a refund,we checked the tag on the mattress and called the manufacturer and then informed us that we had not gotten a fair deal. As we suspected, my advice to anybody doing business with these guys double check what you buy, I do not doubt that they have lots of good products, and we are probably a rare occasion but its good to double-check just to make sure, we went with another local mattress company and got exactly what we paid for and are happy now. Im sure they will not like this review but I just wanted to make it clear to the public that theres a possibility this could happen to them and they should watch their back... It was just kind of sketchy, and they didnt really seem to want to make things right, like most customer service businesses remember the customer comes first in this case it did not seem to be the case
