The customer service was above and beyond anywhere i have been. They have a 30 day guarantee when you purchase a new bike. They really want to make sure you love it! The staff was friendly and more than helpful. I can buy a new bike anywhere but glad i went here.

Ive had two Rad Power (electric) Bikes serviced at this location and each experience has been excellent! Their team works hard and their turnaround times are always amazing. I went in for a new saddle. The person spoke to me about differences and what to expect while riding with a new one. I also wanted a water bottle mount on my handlebars. He installed what I bought, saddle, and bottle mount, moved my current bottle holder AND thought it might benefit me if he saw me on my bike. He got a bike holder and I sat on my bike and peddled. He then told me the seat should be adjusted because it was too high. He then did that.It has taken me longer to write this than it did for him to assist me but his attention to my spoken and unspoken needs was great.

One can get bicycle anywhere. The difference here is the people are just pleasant. Knowledgeable - important. Able to recommend products - of course. But feeling good about going into the store and looking forward to coming back is 100% the people on the ground feeling good about working there. Thank you!

Recently we brought our bikes in for service. The two technicians that helped us were great. Both were very knowledgeable and skilled at repairing our bikes. The service was 5 stars. We will be returning after the biking season for the tune ups .

The products speak for themselves, unbelievable quality out of the Trek and Bontrager lineups. What really surprised me was the incredible level of service. I managed to find an available Marlin 6 online prior to the store opening and was able to reserve it. Shortly after the shop opened, Phoebe called to confirm it was available, see if I had any questions, and planted the seed in my head on some things I might want to consider adding, like a kickstand and bottle cages. Upon arriving to the shop, Phoebe was busy, but Ben picked up right where she left off. He showed me the bike, we spoke about my needs and walked me through some must have accessories, what he would recommend on top of those, and some things to consider at a later date. After getting fit for a helmet, installing some day time running lights, two bottle cages, and locating a blndr mounting bracket at a nearby Trek store, I was on my way home. What really blew my mind about this purchase, was the shop and staff. While I’m sure a company the size of Trek has some corporate culture engrained in it’s day to day operations, the shop felt like one of those small mom and pop neighborhood bike shops. While working with me, it was common to hear the staff greet other customers by name. All five staff members managed to make small talk with me during my time there, making me feel like I was more than a customer, and was actually joining a new family of Trek’rs. They wanted to know where I ride, chatted about my kids, and other fun topics. I did make one mistake while in the shop, and accidentally left one of my Blendr pieces on the counter. When I got home I realized my mistake and called the shop. Ben offered to leave it in my mailbox at the house after his shift. Much appreciated and he went above and beyond to insure I had no delays in getting the most out of my new Marlin. Looking forward to hitting the shop again and getting my daughter a Trek in the spring

Being new to a road bike, Trek Providence took the time to thoroughly explain the product along with components and accessories to outfit my bike.There was absolutely no pressure to purchasing something that I did not want the day I purchased my Trek. The staff was friendly and accommodating, asking questions about my riding style and current biking inventory.During the time my components/accessories were being installed on the Trek, several staff members chatted with me and passed the time. The crew assembling other bicycles, as well as the member installing my pieces, were professional and friendly. Unparalleled service made a huge difference in the decision to buy, and thats true for every Trek RI location (another bonus: several locations across the state).Yes, you may pay a few dollars more than you would for some Amazon parts, but you can trust the quality behind the build. Even Bontrager tubes are built better than other brands; read the Amazon reviews on the highest-rated options and youll see for yourself. I broke two in a year, and thats riding hard for 100+ miles a week on mixed terrain. Trek puts thought into the tiniest details like that. Oh, and the disc brakes = game changer, esp with RI drivers! Ill never buy a bike without disc brakes again. Worth every penny, and thats true for every part.Even better? I know all the people who built my bike and did every tune-up. Employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. Adam was extremely helpful in helping me with finding the right cycling shoe. He also took the time to help me practice getting on and off my bike with the new clip shoes that I had purchased. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit this place for some quality service. This place is just amazing! These guys know everything and they live and love bikes and biking. I would go there just to hang out but usually go for some info or to tune up.

The staff were professional and friendly. My bike was fixed quickly, the price was reasonable, and I was happy with the outcome. During my visit the staff answered my questions about other purchases by guiding me to products that could help, but didnt pressure me to make a purchase. I didnt feel like I was getting gouged; I felt like I was going to walk out with the best product to serve my needs and budget.

Adam at the NBX Providence store is great to work with when discussing potential products or services for my bike. Loving the circuit helmet with the integrated light mount for winter night rides and will probably end up getting the MTB version too. Also, it’s cool that there’s a gym in the back in the winter. Never seen a bike shop / gym combo before!! So cool and makes me want to come in there more often!

Brought my old bike in for a tune up and they did a great job. I eventually decided to buy a new Trek to replace my 30 year old Cannondale and the guys in the shop were friendly and helpgul. Will definitely bring it back when its time for a tune up or if I decide to make any upgrades.

I bought a 1990s Trek off Craigslist that unfortunately had a broken steering tube on its aftermarket carbon fork. They were super helpful in diagnosing the problem and said that new carbon forks sized for my old bike werent on the market anymore. They said they had an old mystery metal fork in the basement of another branch I could buy cheap.Once I got home, it took me about 10 seconds to find new carbon forks in the correct size online. I would have completely understood if they sold me something more expensive than the cheapest option available, or didnt have the very very best online price, but they simply didnt give me the option for a somewhat important bike upgrade. I was quite disappointed, and that alone lost them 2 stars.However, I called them right away and they said they would install the fork for me. They did wonderful work and the fork has been dependable for a few hundred miles now.
