I only attended JWU for one semester (Fall 2020), and I rented only one textbook from them, as all of my other textbooks were digital. Hardly used said textbook, but when we left the campus in November to finish classes at home, I took the textbook with me, as they gave every student a grace period to ship the textbook back to them. And thats what I did, once the semester was over, I shipped the textbook directly to them, along with my name, student ID, order #, personal/school email, etc. Apparently, they never got it, and instead of giving me a courtesy call or email, they sent the FCR Collection Services after me to pay off their lost book. I payed $60 to rent a textbook I hardly used, on top of another $180 to replace the textbook I knew I sent back.
Knowledgeable staff, clean and bright, most excellent source of text and cookbooks.
Nice store with a-lot of cute stuff.
Not really interested
Rude service and not helpful
