Very unhappy with this bookstore. Had to order for a book that was required for a class. The only option I had was to buy new or buy used. Rental was not even an option. It was $50 to buy used, which I chose. But there was no used books to buy, so the price went up to $70 without being notified until I got the order shipped email. When I called the bookstore, I was told I could return it even though I still have to take the class. As this is suppose to be a buget friendly school for students, the bookstore is not at all. Go else where for your textbooks.

Excellent staff and great products! Love the rental program and the fact that anything can be shipped to me. Wish people would stop giving the store a hard time.

As a working grad student, the rental and used book program helps me save money! I love giving the merchandise as gifts to my parents and alumni friends. Clean, friendly staff, pleasant all-around.

If you like for profit stores that prey on college students and never have the actual books you order, enjoy shopping here. They never have the books you order in stock and always end up charging you more. Shame that its not owned by the school anymore. Look at any other booksite.

You would think they would answer their phones and emails. I’ve called many times and emailed many times and never got a response nor does anyone ever answer the phone.

Woman running this shop can be described as terse at best. Id avoid interactions and transitions with her if possible. Shop has what you need, but its generally not a great experience.

BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WHEN RENTING BOOKS HERE- Always a problem when returning books!! Make sure you have the whole book before you leave because my son wasn’t given the whole book and now they won’t accept what he was given and want to charge him the full price of the book which is over $200 on top of the $55 he paid to rent in the beginning!!! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to avoid the hassle that is always given when trying to return, also way overpriced!!!!!

Working class school should have working class prices. It saddens me to see so many students being suckered into buying products from here when they can get it for much less and often free online/elsewhere.Everything from the textbooks to the food is double the price of what it should be. Small individual poptarts? $2.00. Snickers bar? Also $2.00. Umbrella? $30. That book you need and could download it for free or even rent for like $10? $200. On top of this, their book buyback is a complete and utter scam, dont waste your time, go sell it online and get your moneys worth.

College bookstore. Dont know why its asking for a review. But I usually get my books elsewhere unless this is the only option. Typical college bookstore return policy and pricing.
