On their website, they say that No project is too small - we will professionally embroider your design whether you need one item or thousands! However when I called about getting two items embroidered, I was told that wasnt possible....

I have used them twice and they do a good job and are very accommodating. I was on a tight schedule and they rushed my order to fit my schedule!

Aly and her team are awesome! Ive printed multiple times now with NovaInk and every single time, theyve done an amazing job. Not only is their work top notch, their prices are very reasonable and they always manage to get projects done even with shorter deadlines. The first place I called was NovaInk; thinking I would get a quote then call around and compare, but they were so responsive and detailed that the process seemed too easy for me not to order from them!! I got my first “trial” order in 5 or 7 days and was so pleased that I placed my second order a couple weeks later and again shirts were ready in I think under a week! Super happy! Oh and the shirts are great quality!

Had Nike shirts in stock and turned around a last minute custom embroidery order in less than 24 hours without a hitch. Aly was very responsive and great to work with. Thanks for everything!

I have mixed feelings about my experience with NovaInk. They were able to help me with a last-minute order and were very accommodating with me bringing in one of my own shirts because they didnt have the right size for one of my buyers. However, communication was not ideal. I didnt always know what was going on and it was stressful because I wasnt getting replies to emails. Also, the original quote they gave me changed which was unfortunate - they told me originally that it would be $15.75 a shirt, and I didnt want to go over $16 so that was perfect. But then the final price when I got the invoice ended up being over $17 a shirt. When I asked about this they told me it was because the $15.75 price was for the cheaper quality shirts, but theyd told me that was $13.75 when I called, which was why I opted for the higher quality option. But I really needed the shirts so I didnt fight it and just went with the slightly higher price. Another complaint - a couple of the logos werent quite centered. Bummer.Long story short - I appreciate their last-minute help and the accommodations they made for me. I would recommend them for that. However, I likely wouldnt do business with them again.

Awesome turnaround time and good communication throughout. We had a rush order and we really appreciated their willingness to help us make it work. Only issue ended up being we had a bulk order and one t-shirt was a size too big. But I failed to confirm the sizzes on pickup and it out okay so not a huge concern. Thanks Alicia!

I looked into a number of businesses in the area for someone to screen print about 100 shirts. NovaInk was able to get the job done within our time frame and at a competitive price. The final product was just as we needed it to be.Quick, affordable, and just what we expected. What more can I say? We will use them again in the future for the next time we need some screen prints.

I had a great experience with NovaInk. They were very professional and easy to work with. We really liked that they were a local company and didnt have to pay shipping costs and we could work face to face with them. The product was delivered on time, we had a the right quantity of t-shirts that we ordered for each size, and the quality of the print was excellent. The product is great and they are at a good price compared to big name companies. They are able to create a design for you that you get to keep which is awesome. The only trouble I had with them was getting in contact with them. I had to try multiple times before I got a hold of anyone on the phone or in person.

We went to NovaInk for printing the T-shirts for our band and loved the service that we received. No one else was able to give us such a good deal in such a short period of time. We met with them and finalized our design Monday afternoon and picked up the T-shirts just 4 days later on Friday afternoon. We had a last minute request and I called over 15 companies to see if they could help us. We called Aly at NovaInk and they were the only ones that were willing to help on such short notice. I was very impressed with NovaInk and the services they provided. I had a rush order that needed to be completed in a couple of days. I had originally contracted with another vendor who said that they would be able to fulfill my order, but then they called and said that they could not complete it in the timely fashion. I searched and called several different screen printing shops and did not receive any good results, until I called NovaInk. They were able to redesign, print and complete my order in two days. The professionalism that was shown was greatly appreciated, especially under such a short notice. The pricing was even better than the original vendor I had originally chosen. Quick turnaround, great pricing, friendly service, all reasons why I enjoy using NovaInk. Why not 5 stars? A couple of the shirts have come back with stains, not sure if its from the printing process or what, but they are small enough where we didnt worry about it.

Great quality shirts for a better price than I was able to find anywhere else.We had a slight mix-up with the shirts that turned out to be my error but they were patient and cooperative to work thru it.They were done a few days after the date they gave me when I submitted and paid for the order, but we werent on a time crunch so it wasnt a big deal.

I went to NovaInk to have softball jerseys printed. The order was finished very quickly and the staff there is very friendly and helpful. They let me know what my options were and were very thorough with the whole process from start to finish.

NovaInk was great! We tried to order jerseys from another company and ran into a bunch of problems and switched to NovaInk. Aly came into the office after she had left for the day when I called to see if they were open. She was very helpful in getting this order through. My only complaint would be timing - I dont know if they dont have many employees or what, but they started printing the day before we needed them, even with a weeks notice and we had to wait an hour past when we were told they would be ready. But the jerseys turned out beautifully, all the printing looks great!

You wont find a better deal anywhere. The service was very quick and several dollars less than competition for screen printing on front and back of a tee. We did have a small mishap with a typo on the shirts, but as soon as Novaink was informed of the error they completely replaced the order without a hassle in a matter of one day. Incredibly fast service done with quality screen printing.

NovaInk did a great job with our order! They worked with us to help us get exactly what we wanted.

Not pleased at all. We placed our order on a Friday, two weeks before we needed the shirts for a family reunion. We went back the following Monday to change/add to our order but they were unwilling to work with us claiming they would have to pay a shipping and restocking fee for a couple of shirts. I am not sure why they could not just keep the plain white 2XL tshirts (common color and size) in stock for a future order. The day we are supposed to pick up our order we receive a call that the design would not fit the kids shirts, which is half of our order. They would either have to charge another $70 to resize and create new screens, or take off half of the design. Information that would have been useful to us the day we placed our order and not the day we are supposed to pick up our order. We go with half of the design and pick up our order only to find the kids shirts are crooked and warped. Definitely a rushed job. For the money we paid I expected better service and better quality. I would not recommend them to anyone, nor we will ever return to them.

I have used Novalnk two times. One was for the school nutrition association of Utah Novalnk did screen printing on 300 aprons the next time was for Provo City school district were we ordered shirts and had them screen print them for the child nutrition department. The customer service was amazing so friendly and willing to meet are deadlines and the price was the best we could find. Thank you Novalnk team.

Buyer Beware!!! I ordered shirts for my company and the shirts came back very poor quality and the website said they would stand behind a guarantee if you are not happy, well they didnt stand behind that guarantee and blamed me for the issue. Stated i washed them wrong. I will be taking them to court on this matter. The reason i chose them was because of the unhappy guarantee they offered.

3.5 stars. I brought several athletic shirts to them (to use in a charity fundraising race Im driving from Provo to participate in with my team in WA tomorrow). I did this last week with images to print and place on them. We had a couple of hiccups in the process that made it look like it wasnt going to happen but they called me tonight to apologize after they saw my initial review and stayed late to fix the problem.
