Excellent service and high-quality customization. Jon helped us, and even gave us a tour of the facilities to see how they make their designs. It was a cool place, and the product turned out beautifully. You can do anything from custom vinyl prints to embroidery on hats, shirts, etc. and it’s all done in house. Highly recommend!

Used them to get some backpacks embroidered. They turned out great and were done very quickly. Front office staff was a bit difficult to work with but I think its because theyre a small business. Would recommend going there.

I called them to ask a long shot question to see if I could get two t shirts printing very quickly ( in a couple of hours) for an event that I at the last minute had an idea for. They were so kind and supportive of my idea. I know this isnt the norm but they worked hard to accommodate me. Great service and patience with me and my last minute idea. They didnt have to do it. And a couple of other companies would give me the time of day but Westpro came through. I look forward to giving more business to them in the future.

Holy Cow! Westpro has done amazing, fast, very professional looking work on a number of different projects for us over the last few weeks. So far theyve done our Strider Security company polo shirts, tee-shirts, hats and are now working on promotional items such as give-away pens, and nicer gift pen sets for clients and for us to use as employee awards. They have a high quality embroidery machine, and their artist gets everything just right on the proofs for our new stuff! Arden Hjorth is our salesperson and his follow up and attention to our needs and budget is super! He has a knack for coming up with ideas and the depth of their product bench is second to none! Arden stops by regularly and makes sure we get everything FAST!!!

Very fast service! Willing to work with me to give me exactly what I needed for my uniform customization. Both times, they called me within 2 hours of dropping it off to let me know that they had finished. Very happy

I recently took a jacket to Westpro to have it embroidered and to have an American flag sewn on a sleeve. Although they are equipped to process large-quantity orders, they still took the time to see that my jacket was finished Flawlessly and ahead of schedule. Thanks to all involved!

Dont do business with these guys. After they created our artwork and did an initial run of shirts, we needed to order more and more than DOUBLED the price to $15 a shirt. We found 2 other places immediately that could do it, rush order, same shirt brand, with new screens for a much lower price. When we requested the artwork, they REFUSED to give us the art nor would they give us the screens. If youre looking to over pay with a dishonest company, then this is the company for you, otherwise, there are plenty of great places in the Provo/Orem area that are actually honest and offer better prices.

I have been dealing with other embroidery places for years and none have my business, Westpro is what I have been wanting all the past years, a company that can deliver a quality product! I just picked up my shirts today and am absolutely happy with them. I will be ordering from them again and very soon. This experience has been one of the most positive experience with people that embroider and to top it off their prices are Great!!
