Exceptional customer service! We accidentally dropped some of my daughters prized trophies, causing them to break in a few places. Hoping to repair the damage, we took them in to Wilkinsons. They immediately reassured us that they could fix them--which made us so happy! On top of that, they said they could have it done within 30 minutes. I used them for a missionary plaque and was very pleased with the final product and the process. I had to make some special requests to which they were very accommodating. I would hope that they update their website soon, since I personally think that the way to order online could be more clear. With that said, when I had questions about my online order they explained everything well, so thats why Im still giving 5 stars.

I paid twice for an engraving fee for 20 medals. (Photo is of 10 in my cart) What I got was stickers and excuses on how their machine is not set up to engrave them. I wasnt offered or given a refund for the engraving charge. Im not an employee, I dont know whats set up to do what. What I do know is I was charged an engraving fee and nothing was engraved. When I asked if plaques were engraved she said yes. And I again stated that it says engraved on the order. You could tell they were annoyed because I wasnt excepting that engraved to them means stickers. I left with my stickered medals.

I just wanted to post how much I appreciate Wilkinson’s! I’ve been going to them for 15 years to get trophies for my piano recitals (as well as other stuff between recitals). They’ve always been so accommodating and helpful. They’ve gone out of their way to remedy mistakes I’ve made and to get things done quickly. I’ve always had a great experience here!

It was a hassle to work with Jason. I would agree on something and 5 minutes later he would call me back and tell me we couldnt do it. When I got the gear back with the screenprint done on it, the colors were way off. Now my team is going to be running around with pink wolf heads on their chests.

Amazing customer service! Ive been using Wilkinsons Trophy for years for the PTA Reflections awards. The prices are very reasonable and Ive always had amazing results. One year, some of our trophies arrived broken (I live in California)... they were replaced quickly with no questions asked! The next time I ordered I mentioned it, and they packed everything with extra protection! (UPS can be a bit rough sometimes) This year I had an extremely tight deadline. I tried to buy locally, but the turn around was too short. I called Wilkinson and they fulfilled my order no problem!!! I got my trophies on time and they are amazing!!! I love Wilkinsons!!!

We have had more plaques made than I can count for a veterans wall in our building. Wilkinson Trophy has been wonderful to work with. We can conveniently order via email, and the orders are filled quickly. If there is an issue they are good at communicating with us about it. There have been a few times that things have not been done correctly when theres someone new in the shop, but they have always resolved any problems with us.

Wilkinson was easy to order trophies for my school reflections event. They had a quick turnaround time and the trophies were perfect with no errors in the printing. They are really easy to work with and always stick with the date they tell you. No hoops to jump through. We used them for a school event and now I use them for work as well. On the larger shirts I wish they would have made the logo a little bigger to look uniform with the other shirts but it still looked great.

Wilkinsons provides embroidered Polo shirts for the Freedom Festival and they are AMAZING shirts with Beautiful Logos. They dont snag and look GREAT even after much use and many washings. If you want the BEST, you need to use Wilkinsons for all of your shirts etc.

Ive gone here multiple times for small trophies and plaques. High quality stuff. Every time. Nice folks too, and they even have some sports equipment there too. Mostly Baseball stuff, but it comes in handy for cones, whistles, tape, flags, etc. too.
