This is our go to store for candles! A lot of people would think the price for the 3 wick candles is too expensive but, they are beyond worth it. The fact that we can take the candle home, burn it, and still have the ability to return/exchange it if we dont like it is super convenient. Same for all of the other products with the same policy.This store in particular has always been a great experience with friendly and helpful staff.

The managers send staff home five min early so they don’t have to give them their break. My friend works there and she is constantly complaining about them cutting her shift. I also did go in to buy things and once I was done a manager told me I could not look around I had to leave. The store was dead and no one was waiting. Just poorly run and management is horrible. Don’t give them your money.

I love bath and body works and right now is a great time to go for great prices they are having there semi annual sale and they have alot of the lotions creams sprays shower gels and hand soaps on clearance 75% off so i spent like $66.00 and saved myself $172.00 thats just crazy you cant beat those prices and every thing smells so good the sale ends soon 7.11.21 so hurry .

This place is limiting customers during the pandemic (I think maybe 10 or 15?) which is good but creates a large line outside the store. So give yourself plenty of time just in case you show up (especially during the weekend) when its busy. The scents are amazing here. I love pretty much all their candles(even if you get a bad one sometimes, theyll replace it, no questions asked). I am now a big fan of their selection of hand sanitizers also. It can be pricey but if you shop at the right sales, its definitely worth the money!

Amazing store. I always go in June and December to do my big haul. Cant beat 75% off on your favorite body care.

They had nothing I wanted in the scents I like everything I ask they would try to sell me on some other thing. My coupons they sent me expired by one daay in a short month. Couldnt over ride it. They use to have a 3 day grace period no more had to put back a lot of stuff, I guess that was sign I didnt need it anyway. Disappointed in BBW they are not the same anymore, most of the scents all smell the same. Or they should get coffee beans. Lastly b4 I could step in tge store they were asking me what I was looking for or what brought me in today!, that is a big turnoff, not one gurl! But 2 gurls asl me that same thing in a matter or minutes apart. Cashier white mousey non friendly. Not coming back to this location. Think I will go back to shopping in January and June. There are only a few scents I like anyway. 1 you retired which is Yang Yalang, Midnight Moonlight, and White Gardenia.

I love B&BW, I do a lot of shopping at their stores and spend more money then I should. Although I do appreciate a store with good customer service. I have to say this location is eerily strong with customer service. I can understand to an extent to ensure each employee gets their commission/ bonus for helping a particular customer. But usually when I go into a B&BW, I know what I’m looking for and I don’t really need someone hovering over me the entire time. I’ve worked a couple of mall jobs as a teenager and remember being told to watch customers and if we find them suspicious ask them if they’re needing help. Because of this, I can’t help feel insulted when I have an employee following me asking me if I need help finding anything when I’ve only been in the store for 5 minutes and haven’t even had the chance to smell anything yet. Today I went to the federal way location and it was a day and night difference that I loved ! After about 20 minutes I had an employee ask me if I was finding everything okay and if I needed a bag. When I was being rung up I was more then happy to share who helped me on the floor. I think with fine tuning and toning down this location could be perfect. But I’ll probably continue to avoid it because I’m and introvert and really don’t like talking to people if I don’t have to. Especially while shopping for fragrances.

Lots of help and knowledgeable employees. Samantha helped us a bunch. For some reason my $10 off $30 on my phone showed it was expired. One of the new cashiers refused to take it. Saddened me but the rest of the employees were good. Will go back!

Sales were really good. Got some great stuff and Kara was awesome! She kept showing me new items that were out that I should have. Curse you Kara but at the same time Thank You. Also a shout out to Holly behind the register. She was awesome and found an additional coupon for me!!!!

Smelly kind of expensive

Coupons and sales galore. I had a coupon for a free Gingham product with $10 purchase. Also the Mothers Day totes were on sale when I went in. The $10 for the free product qualified me towards the $30 purchase to get a $30 tote. The tote has a Georgia Peach candle in it that sells normally for nearly $24.50 alone. Then body sprays, lotions, pocket bacs. 2 full size Gingham products. Lotion and Body Spray. Picked up my free body wash and made a whole kit on top of the goodies since my mom doesnt burn candles but I adore them. Win-win-win! Cant wait for the semi annual sale. Which I was given a coupon for as well.

This is one of my favorite stores in this mall. The company always remind you of upcoming sales through email which is very convenient. I like to stock up on wallflower refills when they go on sale. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Ive always been greeted upon entering.

They are so helpful but not too helpful. You know where you feel like they are on top of you, well that isnt how they made me feel so it was a nice shopping trip. Nice selection of clearance products. Excellent sales going on. Bought 10 items for $46. Even my daughter who doesnt like anything girly found a couple things she liked. So thats impressive. Keep doing what youre doing and I will keep coming back!!

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. At times they can follow a bit too much but they only want to help and will stop if told they arent needed. Store is always clean and fabulous smelling. Prices vary from kind of high to extremely economical. There are always sales, and usually clearance items as well. Always worth the price.

This store knows how to do Christmas! I receive their emails updating me the day before and day of all sales. I did at least half of my Christmas shopping due to the huge discounts I was getting. All you have to do is give them your email, and check it. Also occasionally you receive a spend $10 and receive one free item u to $14! No joke! Ive done it three times in the last 9 months!

This was awesome they had a major sale going on for 3.75 for the body sprays the moisturizing lotion and the shower gels goodbye really goodbye I ended up buying Bria peace for me 3 apiece for Katie and three apiece for a B & I got a candle and something else I dont remember oh the smell goods for my car and a new Hangar thats really cutest little puppy feets and walked out of there for a really good price so I give them a five-star thats how good it was

My daughter received a bath and body works gift card from her grandmother (my mom) for Christmas. It was purchased from Fredmeyer on Nov 20th 2019 and given to my daughter on Christmas Eve. My daughter was very excited to use the gift card and when we went to use the card the store said it was already used in that store on Dec 21st. That’s not possible on our end. My mother has never shopped at Bath and Body Works and would never give a gift that was already used. When my daughter opened it on Christmas eve it was still in its original packaging. Basically from our perspective the $25.00 my mom spend on the gift card was stolen from us from either fredmeyer or Bath and Body Works. My daughter also had the disappointment and embarrassment at the cash register to learn there was a zero balance. Very disappointing will never buy a gift card from fredmeyer or purchase anything from Bath and Body Works again. I will be posting negative reviews everywhere I can.

I have been a loyal Bath & Body Works customer for years. I stopped in to this particular store today and left with my worst customer service experience yet. Overall, the store itself is very nice. It is clean and everything you would expect from the brand. However, my checkout experience left me angry enough to write this review.I was only stopping in today to grab hand sanitizers, as last minute stocking stuffers. When I went to check out, there were two acrylic jars on the counter. Each jar had a price tag directly in front of it. The one on the left was full of hand creams and had a sign for $1.95 in front of it, the one on the right had a sign for $2.95 in front. So, I went ahead and grabbed 4 hand creams, from the jar on the left. When the cashier rang me up, she said that they were coming up between $3 and $4 a piece. She called another employee over and he said that the signs were not for the jars, but for some bags instead. There was only one size of bags available on the counter (the smaller size that were $1.95). The large size bags were not even displayed at all. The sign for $1.95 was not even clearly by the bags at all. So, it was very confusing. The male employee then proceeded to tell me that, Thats how corporate told us to display it. Well, I am sure that corporate did not in fact tell them to display signs in front of the wrong products and then not even include the product at the special price on the counter. There was no attempt at an apology, just rude and defensive dialogue about how the display being confusing was not their fault. They did not offer to honor the price shown in front of the jars. After they thought I had left the store, they re-arranged the entire display the way it should have been in the first place. It was very dishonest and I am appalled by their representation of this company. I was there somewhere between 9:15-10:00 if anybody cares enough to review the security footage. I look forward to a manger response.

Washington should honor app customers users!!! Find a way to honor because every where and everyone are using apps to shop and save and ESPECIALLY with deals!!! I have been using my app from California until I got here in Washington the BEGINING of this year and the unfortunate sad story still continues after almost a year later!!! Come on bath and body works corporate upper managements!!! Get with the program and at least honor it rather you have it or not!!!! Now my deals are about to expire after spending so much money, just because Washington does not honor in apps deals/coupons😩😩😠😡😠😠😠
