Went for a tool cart, grabbed one of the little tickets and proceeded to checkout to purchase and they didnt have any in stock. Why advertise something that you dont have in stock? Tried ordering a 56in tool cart/box online only to be told they were on backorder, ended up canceling the order. Done with Harbor Freight.

I had a question about a purchase I had made a while back. It was a saw. I didnt use it right away and it was missing a part. They where very helpful in finding a solution that we think will work if not they where willing to work with me on an exchange fo a different one. Very nice Very helpful. I am glad I stopped and talked with them.

Was looking for axe, out of stock on shelf and asked a employee if they had any in the back. He said yes they have 2 left and give him a minute. Okay no problem. We walked the store for a hour waiting. Finally asked him if they had any. He said “oh yeah I couldn’t find them” don’t you think you could let me know instead of wasting my time? One bad employee out of the many good, but ruined my trip to the store.

Cheap tools but open box was missing half the components and only 20% off. Logic tells me it should be 50% off. Also wasnt allowed to use any coupons. Bad experience but usually I love the place.

I have been shopped at Harbor Freight Tools several times & I always find what Im looking for there prices are better than most . Auto & Home repair Stores they offer a wide assortment of Oils, cleaning supplies tools along with Tool Boxes anything a Person could want as far as Quick shopping experience. The staff is always helpful and Courteous & willing to help with your questions or concerns.The store is clean & orderly and is wheelchair accessible easy too load your purchases with large doors for access. Its a Great place to shop for anything you need for a DIY person!

This is probably the best place I ever been to my tools any people there were always kind no matter what even if I was in one of my modes that was an accepted by everyone else the staff there were always understanding and in the name of Jesus Christ God bless them and everything you stand for Amen

I usually have a good experience here. I go in tonight about 15 minutes before they are closing for the night. I get informed by an employee upon entering that they close in about 10 minutes. I knew exactly what I wanted so no problem. In the 5 minutes in the store I get told two more times that they close in 10 minutes. Nothing like feeling Im getting the bums rush and they dont want me to spend my money there.

Had to order parts online, well over the phone was easier, couldnt find how to order parts on line, but found what parts I needed online so I called and ordered the parts over the phone and niw been waiting for over a week, but hopefully by tomorrow that will be around 9 days !@?!?#@?

I always find something that I didnt know I needed. They have all sorts of good tools, not great but good usable tools. The cashiers always try to do their best to help you out. I bought a US General toolbox that is very sturdy.

I came here on a whim; as I was driving past I realized I needed something and couldn’t remember what the name of what it was called. I came into Harbor Freight and the staff was able to find what I was looking for and I was in and out no less then 5 minutes. Oh and they had face masks (black ones) for a few dollars. Also the cashier helped me save 20% off my purchase with an online coupon. Another happy customer!

Great place to shop for tools and other items for small to big projects in the Home Improvement field. They have so much to offer from solar power lighting to power tools etc. Wonderful atmosphere and great employees. Keep up the good work guys!

You an find great deals on tools, just research the quality beforehand for the job you are working on. Many of their products can be modified for better quality. There is also an App. so you can easily find coupons for your visit. The store is always clean and employees are mostly helpful. They are pretty understanding with returns.

Good store for tools, but dont run out and buy something just because it is on sale. The sale prices are always in effect, with every new sale.

Great customer service even with the swarm of customers with the Memorial Day Sale going on. There was only one item not in stock on my list of ten items. This was my first time to this store and a couple of customers even directed me to the correct location to find items. I will definitely return.

Great selection of tools for a Great price. Clean well stocked store and friendly staff to assist you with any questions you may have. Their coupons are fantastic and save you even more money. Easy to find merchandise and easy to spot the store from the street in normal traffic. Plenty of parking and they do have handicap access if needed.

Havent disappointed me yet. Always have what I need in a jamb. Plus, those cool things you find that you can actually use. What stands out is the windshield repair kit. Bought the best one I thought would help clear up a golf divot. Little bit has broken away. But, wow its better than what I had. My wifes insurance company fixed her car for free. But, it looks the same as my diy job.

Do you have a one time job? If so their hand tools will get the job done at a fraction of the cost. Though I would stay away from their powered tools everything else will get the job done cheap. They always run 20 percent off coupons along with free items like batteries, magnet parts tray, or tape measures.

Good prices and usually have what your looking for.

Can not stay out of that place. If I need a tool to finish a project they have it or get it for you if they can.

They have so many things u didnt even know u needed

I used to have to go up to the location in Milwaukee, but now they are right around the corner. Prices on tools are super reasonable and I have been a customer of them for about 16 yrs and I will say that the quality for about the last 4 yrs have been great compared to the older stuff. I know that almost everything comes from China, but most of the Craftsman tools did too. They now have the same carry in replacement if you break your hand tool and many of the power tools are as good as what Sears sold in the past, with better prices.

Went in for a medium sz kitchen/outdoor broom. All they had was a LG push broom that is used in many businesses. But I did get a great deal on a bright LED flash light.

Harbor Freight is one of my favorite places to shop. I am a crafter and I always have a project to do. I love that the tools and supplies are affordable. I have found some amazing storage options at Harbor Freight. I also love the many freebies and sale items that make great stocking stuffers for my husband, son and son-in-law. I love the coupons too. The staff there are extremely helpful and polite. Theyve made some great recommendations for me. I will continue to go there.

I went over to Harbor freight to purchase a power tester they had a great variety and the one I got would be $25 anywhere else I think I paid about 7 bucks I really love that place

A lot of the stuff that they have is good for great prices. They are some things there that are cheap because they are cheap. But all in all they have pretty good products for a good deal.

Said they had the 3 ton jack but it was a 1 1/2 ton for the same price. I hate bate and switch. They had another one that is a 3 ton for more money.
