I had a really good experience at this store. I had a complicated situation where my phone was stolen, and they were nothing but helpful and informative. I want to seriously thank the employee Ava and the gentleman who was there that was training new hires. ( I forget his name ) but they bent over backwards trying to help me get a replacement phone and I really appreciate their help. Employees were delightful, professional, and knowledgeable. Both of them need promotions.

AT&T was great. The staff was knowledgeable and quick to help get you up and running with a cellphone from their store or an unlocked phone like my Ulefone 13 rugged phone. They have a large selection of phones and accessories in store. AT&T in Radcliff is a great place to go for your cellular needs.

Turned in my phone the other day to get a upgrade and they said that they would reset my phone. not thinking about some of my passwords being in my notes i had over 1000$ stolen from my account. It was the only possible way I could have had any of my accounts hacked because my only authenticator to get into the accounts was on that phone (through an app) unless reset through a texts from me which I never got.

Almost a year ago they never recorded my two iPhone trade ins. I’ve been struggling with them to get this resolved and for the first 7 months they would manually adjust it. The new manger, Glory, just tells me to take my business elsewhere because I kept calling after weeks of no response or even acknowledgement that they were working on it just nothing!! I’d gladly go elsewhere but since this store is not an actual ATT store I’m stuck. Att has investigated and told me I must deal directly with them because they are not an actual ATT store just a resale shop. My advice is DO NOT go here go to an actual ATT store because then you won’t get stuck. I feel sick about the whole situation and can’t believe this is happening but I will not give up one of my trade ins was only 1 model old at the time :( … Do better Radcliff resale shop, do better :(

I left my phone there for about an hour to get a new protector I never put it on I went and picked it up they act like it was done I had the protectors they just didnt put them on I had two of them in a package that I had bought and ordered and they were still there in the little cracks are still in the phone protector

While the bAck of the company cant seem to ship a tablet properly and is full of baffoons. Jordan is a beacon of hope in a company drowning in its own bath tub. She and all the other staff I have encountered at the Radcliff store are truly amazing And helpful and 10000000000000000% deserve raises for the service they do saving the face of an otherwise mediocre company at best. My son and I went into the store last night to upgrade our Samsung phones. Glory was the sales representative who assisted us in our choice and she patiently helped us transfer our information from old phones to new. She looked at my account and explained other plans so I could make knowledgeable choices. She was very helpful and we had a pleasant experience.

We showed up at 6 pm due to waiting 2 hours at the Elizabethtown store to upgrade two phones and the door was locked. The one employee who was in there said they were closing because there was only1 person working and no one was waiting. She wasn’t even wanting to come to the door or let us in to upgrade. Mind you the store closed at 7. When we left, she went back to her desk and sat down and continued to work on the computer. Unprofessional. We will never go back.

I had never visited this AT&T store before but had heard positive comments about the service. WOW! The commenters were right. Jordyn was phenomenal. She enabled and empowered us to choose new phones and update our plan. She was very knowledgeable, but also able to explain things clearly to us. She checked several plans to see which would be the best fit. She put our phones in our new cases and thoroughly explained how to transfer our important data to our new phone. She made us feel valued and made a visit we were dreading into a great time! Excellent employee with wonderful customer service skills.

Broke phone screen so we took the phone here to retrieve anything and put on new phone (both androids). Lady said it could not be done even though most of the data was in the cloud. She said it was lost since the phone screen was unusable. She told us to go to Walmart. Data was 100% retrievable, had to get help from a family member to log into the cloud and restore, that was all that needed to be done.

Great store! Always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. My husband and I end up in store too much and they are always friendly and helpful. Jon is one of the best. We always work with him. Tried switching to T-mobile when we felt our bill was too high, lets just say we wont be leaving AT&T anytime soon!!

Worked with Dylan today and he was beyond friendly and helpful. Was able to resolve my issue and even get the right people on the phone to fix things and was able to even talk to me about new plans and internet packages and didn’t pressure me at all. Definitely should go here if you need help with your ATT account or need new service.

I get service half the places I go. Lost service and GPS in GA. Everybody said Verizon works fine here. It was scary after dark . I had trouble finding our way to interstate without GPS.

Had my first experience with AT&T about two weeks ago, and I must say it was the best experience Ive had with a cellphone company. The radcliff store is amazing, and David was a blast to work with. He was very patient, answered all my questions, and did everything he could to find us the best deals, not to mention the free comedic relief he provided the entire time. My boyfriend and I left the store with two smartphones and two watches for a pretty sweet deal and I have no complaints about any of the products thus far! I also appreciate that David has been helpful, day or night, with any questions we have had, even after our purchase. My experience was a hilarious one, and I would recommend for anyone to check out the Radcliff AT&T store if youre considering making a switch!

Had trouble with getting my credit for my trade in phones; was given the total run around through the switch dept. And was told they COULD NOT honor the trade ins, but when I went into the Radcliff store, the manager, Jacob, took care of the issue immediately and was instantly given a credit of over $250 to my account...all this in less than 30 MINS!!!THAT WAS THE BEST INTERACTION/TRANSACTION SINCE I CAME TO AT&T.

Ive had great customer service every time I go into this store. The reps are extremely friendly and try to find ways to save me money every time I go into the store. Ive also realized that its not as busy as some of the other at&t stores because its not a corporate store. Its actually privately owned by a local lady.The only problem with them being a privately owned at&t is that they cant do some of the things that the corporate stores can do such as access internet and tv accounts. Thats like the only complaint I have, but other than that, Id definitely recommend this AT&T to my friends.

Walked in to upgrade my phone, manager on site had a terrible attitude to start with. When i told him i wanted to upgrade my phone, he just rolled his eyes, scoffed and asked what i wanted. When i stated what i wanted, he continued to have a negative attitude. No smiling, made me feel unwanted at the store.I wanted to pay with cash and he told me i had to pay with card to pay off my old phone. No big deal, i could not upgrade at that moment because all the money i had at the time was cash.After dealing with the negative attitude, i decided to go to the elizabethtown location, where i was greeted with a smile, and the sales person was much more welcoming. I purchases a brand new iphone x max with accessories and paid cash there for it all, including the cost to pay off my old phone, which the radcliff location said i could not.The radcliff location is full of depressed salesmanship, staff members just sitting around doing nothing, and bad attitudes. Stay away.Side noteNotice all the “duna was the best” comments on here are from people that only have 1 review? They boost their own online ratings as well.

Most unenthusiastic associate Ive ever encountered. I just popped in to ask about my warranty, Im terrible with all of this stuff so I just wanted to see what I needed to do to get a new phone. She didnt have an answer to any questions and basically just gave the number to call. No biggie. She looked at my account and gave me a way to possibly increase data and save money. A male associate came up into the conversation. When I asked if it would change anything about our plan, like reset anything he said, well were not getting anything out of helping you with this if thats what youre asking. Um no...I wasnt. We got out of there as quickly as we could.Do yourself a favor and go to the Elizabethtown location. Theyre awesome and patient...its usually busy but theres a reason for that. This Radcliff location is never busy...

I am very impressed with the Radcliff store, I went to the Etown store first and was ignored. When I finally got someone to speak to me, they could not answer my questions and appeared bothered they even had to work. I took my business to the Radcliff store and would recommend anyone who needs excellent customer service to do the same. !!! Do not use the Etown Office !!!!

The store service was excellent. Everyone wore a smile and made me feel welcome. They fishined up helping other customers and got to me in no time. I was in and out and completely satisfied with the service given by the AT&T center in Radcliff Ky. Also the DTv installation was also quick and has had me vet happy. Installation was day after the registration to AT&T, very quick and Im not foresure the man names who installed it, but he was absolutely great. Overall I was very happy with service and would recommend to anyone..!!

The customer service at this stories bad. Do you not train your employees to greet customers as they enter the building. Also if you are waiting the employees should recognize you and let you no they will be with you shortly. If it wasnt for the customer they would not have a job.

First time I went there I waited in line and once I got to the rep not friendly and rude. Today 7/31/16 my Dad went in to drop off my payment and the said they only take cash or credit card. Thats new Ive used my check before for payments ! So my Dad had to travel to Etown ! The one in Etown & Valley Station are the best stores ! Be sure you go there first or call it in !

I signed up with this AT&T store in June. I was told that my Military Discount would be applied. But it might take 1-2 billing cycles to get it to apply. Well... the guy never entered my discount. I go to the store where I live now (Omaha NE) and they tell me that my discount was never put into the system. They immediately apply it, but tell me to call customer service to have them retroactively credit my account for my discount (as it is not not going to apply to my bill for another 2 billing cycles.... 7 MONTHS after starting service with them). I call Customer Service. They tell me that there is No Way to give a credit to my bill for the discount that should have been applied and that I have to wait another 2 cycles for it to kick in. I am now looking for another carrier to have service with.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THE STORE. The customer service is terrible. On more than one occasion I have been given contradictory information. Customer care says one thing and the representative in the store refuse to honor it. Been a customer for less than a year and will be leaving At&t.

I am a former corporation executive of a fortune 500 company and I was unimpressed after supposedly transferring ALL my data from my old phone to my new device, he lost most of it. Talked to the store manager, was basically told not his problem. DONT GO TO THIS STORE!
