Buy a phone and service is horrible. Even your tech phone calls couldnt help.
My autodraft came out and it was only $40 and its normally almost $300. I called and spoke with customer service first. They advised me that I had already paid the bill and that $40 was all that I owed. ( I had knowledge that my bill as not already paid) I then call and speak to the Brandenburg Location. They advise me that the bill had already been paid. I was told by a rep at the Brandenburg location and a rep on a recorded phone call that I wouldnt have to pay the payment even if they find out a misstate had occurred. I then call and ask to speak with management to be told they are all busy. I was promised a return phone call. 2 hours later no phone call. I called back and spoke with Zach (manager of customer service). He still seemed puzzled and didnt seem to understand how to handle the situation. I recommended him to call accounting and double check. Multiple hours later I get a call back telling me that even though I was told even if they made a mistake that I didnt have to pay my bill that they needed me to pay my bill. He apologized for their mistake but he would not own up to the fact I was told multiple times by multiple staff members different. I asked to speak with Zachs Boss and he said his boss Kenna was off work (but previously he told me she just emailed him back about the situation) and her boss Robin was off work also. Not good customer service for a customer service rep to be working but not working when you have a customer with genuine concerns.

Nicole Rogers (Bluegrass Rep) waited on me. She is very good at her job. Please hire more people like Nicole at Brandenburg Ky and Elizabethtown location like Nicole. Im from Brandenburg and a coworker told me to go to Radcliff store since it is much much better than Brandenburg and Etown.
The cell phone service is good. The customer service is horrible. They can never get your bill correct and they mess up on it almost every other week.. It’s frustrating and they need to re adjust the app it’s also horrible, the app and customer service will make you want to cancel your service. I don’t recommend to anyone
