I was at the store on the 1st of August to get a SIM card in order to port a number over from Straight Talk to Cricket. Apparently Straight Talk is difficult to port from as the store Manager had both Straight Talk and Cricket porting dept on the phone at the same time and still was able to handle other customers issues while he was on hold.Talk about multi-tasking, he never stopped. He managed to keep everything processing for my port as well as another customers actions.Great service and many thanks to Muneeb for his help and dedication to seeing the issue through to the end resulting in another happy customer.
The manager gave us good service and quickly solved our problem and answered our questions.

Brought new unlocked phones here and they bricked both phones just to get me to get their phones, now i have 2 $300.00 paper weights. I would not recommend this store to anybody.

The customer service reps are great, friendly, and very helpful. My husband and I went to upgrade our phones last night. I picked out a $100 phone, he picked out a $200 phone. Once we got home and set our phones up he realized that my cheaper phone had more to offer then his, and he wanted to exchange his for the same phone I had purchased. Nothing was missing, unwrapped, or used. I brought the phone back to the same store about 15 hours after we purchaced and same rep we bought the phones from was working. However they wanted to change a $153 restocking fee. The rep said there was no way around it. Cricket online mamantio two $25 fees and a $3 fee at most. That would equal $53, not $153.00. So at the end of the transaction for returning a $200 phone in exchange for a $100 phone, I would have had to pay an additional $53. So the $100 phone would have ended up costing $253. I told them to forget it. Cricket should list that it cost around $150 to exchange an unused phone in less then 24hrs. They use false advertising. Other then that I have been a happy - loyal customer for several years, with 5 lines. Just disappointed in the one time I needed an exchange it would have cost me more then the actual phone.
Not many employees but they are always friendly and try to help you in any way they can. I like that they are not sitting there on their phone when they need to be working with me
The first visit I delt with the manager, a tall, skinny guy by the name of Tyler... I think. He was very indecisive, slurred in speech, unfocused and wouldnt make eye contact with me. Kept walking into the back area and would come back and try to help me with a completely different issue then what I was there for originally. So I left the store. I returned the following day and another man, whose name I cannot pronounce, and a lady were working. They both helped me and my boyfriend, fixed the issues we were having, and could correct the issue with our plan as I was trying to do the day before when I was told it was apples problem. The other man and lady were very polite and helpful. They knew the products and plans without hesitation. As far as your management at that store, someone more knowledgeable and coherent also aware of reality would be a lot better representation of your company.

Turn around from just a few months ago. Store is clean, staff is friendly. The new management is really making a come-back for this store. Only suggestion is, the hours listed for Friday are incorrect on Google. The store is open 10am-7pm Monday-Saturday, and 12pm-6pm on Sundays. Fix that, please Google!
