Horrible Business. Metro PCS is great, this location sucks. There is another Metro PCS store by Ollies in Radcliff. They will deal with you much better than this store will.The owner of this place argued with me about what was being offered on TV by Metro PCS. After getting him to call corporate, they verified that I was correct and he had to honor the advertised plan.I have since then tried to have my brother switch to Metro PCS, and the clerk said that he was not able to activate a $30.00 a month plan, that his boss would not allow him to do it.. I had already spoke to corporate on the phone before going to the store and been told that my brother could get a free phone and $30.00 a month service plan for changing from another provider. When I asked the clerk to call corporate, he said that he had to answer to his boss, not corporate, and would not call the corporate office.

This metro store is the best out of all metro stores! Joe is awesome! Best customer service and worth the drive from Shepherdsville. (Even though we have a metro store 2 minutes away)

15 mins before close, couldnt take a payment and was rude. Didnt offer any other options, just said closed for payment. Also, a local number would be nice, since you cant talk to anyone with an automated number. Thanks guys!

Needs a local number. I live kind of far and hate how if somethings wrong I have to go to the actual store. Now its sayin I owe extra money for add on fees because I added another line off my sisters cause they said I would get a deal but didnt tell me about any extra fees so I think its bull especially when my bill shouldnt be do for another 2 weeks. Just to think I switched over from boost. I should of just stayed with them

Went in ready to get new phones and/or cancel service. After explaining issue to Ryan he immediately began to resolve the problem. He seemed to know immediately what the issues were and acted very positively to resolve those issues. He was courteous, he was professional and he accomplished what we needed. We left feeling that we could stay with T-Mobile at this point. We will see how the service actually is but I must say that Ryan knows his stuff and is able to resolve all technology issues that may be surfaced. Ryan is an exception to current customer service and should be commended for his commitment to excellence.
