Misleading and inaccurate delivery dates. Refunds processed extremley slow. They took weeks to try to send a motor, they always promised 2 day deliveries. When I asked for a refund, they barely accepted my request. Beware this place as workers decieve customers frequently.

Theres nothing happy about this place. I called to purchase a mirror, which only cost around $15 to ship and the guy wanted to charge me $40 to ship it and stated that was his policy. I even offered to send a UPS label and he refused it. This is how he treats a fellow Hollander recycler, by overcharging me. Its ridiculous.
