Cheaper then Party City, they carry pretty much a little of everything. They do balloon arches, balloon garlands, as well as fill in outside balloons too.

This place is a waste! Went to get 2 mylar balloons inflated (purchased from Amazon) and purchased 6 latex balloons from them. They charged me $24! Then the first mylar they inflated didnt float and no refund was offered! Just a “this happens sometimes” $6!! for nothing! I’ll never go back and I’ll share my experience with the locals so that no one else gets ripped off. I should’ve left when she quoted the price. Thats insane

Loved it. Anything you can possibly imagine for a party they have. I happen to find them because party city had discontinued a party theme. Well my grandson wanted a 5 nights at Freddy party. So I went and they had ordered the goodie bags, window covers, table clothes from the other store for me. Definitely going there again for future parties. The help there was wonderful.

Rented 3 round tables and 24 chairs picked up last Friday . We had reserved them 2 weeks prior. All 3 tables were damaged with many cracks. The associate helping me load them was helpful but said this all they had. They even had tape on them to hide the cracks. One table was actually splitting on the side edges and I refused to accept it. I was given the name of the owner who works out of the Montebello location. Left message with worker and ask for a return call. Two days later still no return call from owner. They are charging the same rental price for damaged tables as they are for undamaged ones. Never again

This place is all around awful. Their helium does not last(even with high float added), rude emoloyees and very high prices for low quality merchandise

I was very disappointed with my visit today. I went in to buy 2 happy birthday Mylar balloons and 6 latex balloons. I went to look at the Mylar balloons and every single balloon I asked for they didnt have so I had to settle for 2 balloons that didnt even match with each other. That was my first problem. I went to pick out my 6 latex that didnt match with the Mylar balloons I had to go with. I checked out and left when i got home I noticed my balloons were deflating. I called the store and I was sent to voicemail three times before someone would answer. I finally got an answer and I told the lady that worked there what happen and she hung up on me. I have been trying to call back for about 15 minutes and no answer. My aunt also went there and had the same issues. My suggestion is to not go to this store. I would rather go to party city.

They are fair on there prices, they have lots of stuff. And they are helpful if needed. Other wise they dont bother you. I will go back forsure

Theres alot of different items here, however the staff seems very lazy. Most of the time theres no one at the register and you have to wait.

I bought a lot of items for my Granddaughters bday party. Prices are good and the employees are very helpful.

Be careful no refunds store credit or exchange only. I never shop there and will never go back. They are way over priced anyways. Found lots of stuff cheaper at party city.
