Alex is an awesome mechanic. Honest. Fast. Reliable. I broke down with a dead radiator and a blown head gasket 40 miles out of Rawlins on a Sunday afternoon. I managed to get into town and called Alex fist thing in the morning (Monday)and he returned my call almost instantly. I brought my truck in and he quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through all the available options to get me back on the road safely and quickly. He even pointed out additional things I need to take care of (alignment was off, making dangerous wear on the front tires). Wish I lived closer, I’d bring all my vehicles to him for work if I could. A++ operation.

Had a vehicle emergency 37 miles east of Rawlins. Found Alex and Nicole’s auto shop via google and contacted them on a whim. Alex was super kind, accommodating and professional. He was ready to go above and beyond to help my wife and myself out. We needed a tow and he recommended a company which was also amazingly accommodating and very gracious.In the end, we decided getting my vehicle to a larger dealership in Cheyenne was the right choice, but I had to leave a review because I was so incredibly impressed by Alex’s generosity and kindness. He was more then willing to do what he could, and that made a world of difference in those moments of panic where we were on the side of the highway “in the middle of nowhere”.Thanks to Alex and company for displaying outstanding customer service. When you break down far from home, you hope to find a shop like this. Alex not only accommodated me on short notice, he dealt with me in an honest and friendly manner. He didn’t mind me watching him work, and was very patient with my questions, explaining what was going on at each step. I’m intelligent enough to understand, and I deeply appreciate that he automatically gave me the benefit of the doubt. Not everyone will afford you that courtesy, especially when explaining automotive systems to a woman. Alex was also transparent about cost and time assessments, letting me know that it might not be worth the cost to fix it, and that if I still wanted to proceed, it could take up to a week for parts to arrive and quite a lot of time to do the actual repairs. When my husband and I decided to rent a trailer and haul it home with our truck, he didn’t get upset, in fact agreeing that this was a smart choice. His price for the time and effort of diagnosing the problem was fair. I highly recommend this service, and give Alex all my gratitude!

How much does it cost to drop 4 shocks on a 2004 Chevy 2500? I mean it’s 8 nuts Top and bottom and you just stab the new ones in..don’t even have to take off a tire.. well I’ll tell you, $360.. I’m ashamed I let my recently retired father go here instead of doing it myself..

Went here on 1.16.2020. My f150 starting running rough. I had oreilys auto run the code from check engine light. Cylinder 3 misfire. I baught a new plug and coil pack. Brought them to alex and Nicoles. They did not gap spark plug correctly according to the dealership in laromie wy. (GM). I was charged $180 to put a coil pack on and put in a spark plug. It took him about 20 minutes. Literally no shop rate per hour, just totally ripped off and no advice once he couldnt figure out what was wrong. They didnt do it right. Waste of my time and money. At the service shop they do not have proper diagnostic tools and the knowledge to fix items more than a oil change it seems. He seemed nice, but that doesnt put money back in my pocket and have my truck fixed. I would definitely go anywhere else if you have a problem with your car other than an oil change
