Beyond impressed with RB. Our RV tire was shredded and we were 15 hours from home and this place was amazing! Left a message, they called us back and coordinated everything quickly. They fixed an issue with our brakes and swapped out a few tires and made sure everything else looked good so that we would be safe to travel. We wanted to make sure our bearings and everything else were good and they were great about checking it all out and giving us detailed feedback. They were confident, quick, thorough and experts at their jobs. My husband and I were very impressed. Thank you RB!

First off; this is gonna be LONG!These folks went above and beyond what is required for a service company to do. Not only did they find tires for me that would work, they kept us calm and helped with the stress of the situation. This brother & sister team is to be 100% commended on their professionalism, as well as their empathy for the human factor and a mom who was so stressed out that everything brought me to tears!Discovering that another tire was bad they drove me to the nearest TA to help me procure another tire at 3am! They worked tirelessly and got the job done way faster than anticipated and had us back on the road (though we chose to sleep for a bit before heading out.)Compassion is a lost art in customer service and not only were they compassionate, they did everything in their power to make us feel at ease with our situation and made being stuck so much better.Thank you so much. You will always get 5 Stars from me and I wish I could give you 100 stars. The world needs more people like this folks. Called about the jacks on our RV needing fluid. Was told to come on by. Got there about 25 minutes later. The fluid was replaced and we were back on the road within 10 minutes. We are SO grateful! Thank you!

We were passing through the area in our Fifth Wheel when we blew out a leaf spring on our camper. We called RB Repair at 8PM that night, he got us in at 10AM the next day, and we were back on the road by 2PM. Drove another 6.5 hours and not a single issue! If you break down and need quick service at a reasonable rate, dont hesitate to stop in here!

I called on Saturday and was told to call Monday. I did and left message. He text me and said he was in a meeting and would call when he finished. That was at 8:30 am. Never called back. He had been referred by rv park where we were staying. Very poor customer service!

The most customer driven business Ive ever been to. They dont give up. Three times I thought I was going to be stuck until a tire shop opened the next day and he wouldnt quit on me he got me what I needed and got me on my way. I cannot thank him enough

Nate was awesome he was fast and efficient! He went out of his way to check our other tires on our 5th wheel. He found a problem with one of our other tires and changed that one as well! I would totally call him again! Thanks Nate!

I am from Oregon and my car broke down near Rawlins. Nathan was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problems with my car. He explained things to me every step of the way. We had a tire blowout on I-80 east of Rawlins and got towed in to RB Repair. When the tire blew it broke through the wheel well casing and snagged a nexus of electrical wires that went to a thermostat for the heat and air system, radio/CD player, roof lift system, microwave, and several internal electrical outlets. Those wires were severed and wrapped around the axle and wheel combined with part of the tire and a propane line. Nathan was absolutely incredible with his dedication to service. We were literally dead in the water, but within one day he got us two new tires, capped all the severed electrical wires to prevent any possibility of fire, and created a temporary seal above the wheel well to protect the interior for our three day drive home to TN. We travel a lot and have had the need for maintenance work many times and I’m here to tell you I’ve never been treated so well, had such amazing service, and felt so confident in what was done. If you are EVER in need of service near Rawlins WY, you should absolutely call Nathan!!

On 8/5-6/21 we were stuck at a TA on I-80 (Exit 214) in Rawlins, WY in need of a mobile RV repair service technician for a Schwintek bedroom slideout on our Grand Design 5th Wheel. It was off track and would not completely close. We spent several hours calling and leaving messages at several local shops (some of whom did not return our call) and none of them could or would provide the service we needed, including the TA. After Google searching we found RB Repair and spoke to Nathan who had knowledge and experience repairing Schwintek slideouts. Nathan came to our location between service calls, located the controller box, activated the manual override, physically worked the slide in/out to get it back on track and closed, and we were able to resume travel. Nathan is a very personable individual and we were more than satisfied with his EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! If you are in Rawlins, WY and need mobile RV repair service, call RB REPAIR and talk to Nathan!!
