We ran a diagnostic on my SUV and it came back as a bad starter. So I called around and found that Emerald Auto had the best price (by far) to replace our starter. So my wife took the car in and the guy looked under the hood and said, No. Its not the starter, your battery connection just needs adjusting. So he fixed it FOR FREE and said to just call him if the problem persists.This is why Emerald Auto just made a customer for life.Edit: shortly after the starter issue, our ignition coil broke. Emerald was closed so we went to a competitor to get it fixed for $250. Two weeks later another ignition coil broke. This time we made it to Emerald before they closed. $105.Emerald Auto deserves your business!

Radiator replaced quickly and with lifetime warranty on physical radiator. Took less than 3 hours to complete the replacement on a Saturday. Dealer wanted 5 hrs of labor at almost twice rate.Very pleased so worth it. Note service fee for debit credit cards so bring cash. I will use again.

Dropped my truck off on Thursday evening for a water pump...wasnt done on Friday ...was told theyd come in and do it Saturday and to call at 10...called several times with no answer... stuck without a vehicle... very disappointed with customer service. Did me good on an ID/OD inspection for my 2018 car purchased in KS and needing registered in MO, which I didnt realize I needed until speaking with the DMV. Had me in and out in no time.

They usually do inspections at 8am, but they had an open bay, so they pulled my car right in and got to work.They saved my week. Im definitely coming to them in the future and recommending them to friends.

I have taken my cars to emerald for years. However, just recently i got any estimate from them to replace an electronic throttle body on a Jeep Wrangler. They quoted $450. just on a whim i tried to replace it myself. $150 for the part and 5 minutes of labor and it was running perfectly again. Emerald has forever lost my business

Trust is a rare thing these days, Ive been going to Emeralds for years. Justin is not one of those owners who will price gouge you just to make a couple more dollars.

Parts are sometimes a bit on the high side but balanced by unusually low labor rates. Outstanding service and overall prices.

Not sure what it is about Raymond, MO but it must be a lasting stronghold of all things decent. When our car started leaking coolant on our cross country trip we came across nothing but honest, fair, mechanics. Justin came at the recommendation of Steve from Steves Auto (another great guy) who despite being on vacation had us pop open the hood and helped us diagnose our problem. He referred us to two mechanics one of them was Justin. Justin confirmed Steves suspicions and told us how we could take care the problem ourselves (if ever there were a true sign of an honest mechanic) but went a step further and offered to help us out. He had the part we needed delivered and took care of the repair in less than a half hour. Justin spoke to us in plain non condescending english and gave us some great recommendations for places to see along our travels to boot. While the repair we needed was relatively minor I trust that Justin would approach any situation with the same honesty, courtesy, and care he gave us. Thanks Justin, keep up the good work getting people back on the road!
