Very rude, waited 30min for an appointment in my car where they told me to wait until someone came and got me. The lady left work and no one said she had an emergency. The blonde inside hollard at me like I shouldnt be upset.

Amazing staff, clean building, very fair prices. Knowledgeable about all different types of hair, they definitely know what they are doing! I see people complaining about wait time, if you were sitting in the chair would you want them to hurry up and rush? No, You would want them to take their time and do the best they can! I do suggest they do appointments, personally walk-in works best for me.

Went here for the first time today because my boyfriend swore by them, and I am so satisfied with my haircut. I completely forgot to ask for her name, but I absolutely loved the lady who cut my hair. I dont want to just say the black lady because that feels icky but she was so wonderful! Very friendly, quick, and skilled (I also loved her tattoos; the pair of shears on her hand were adorable). I think this is the first time Ive ever been to a corporate/chain hair salon and didnt have to fix my hair myself afterwards. Will definitely return.

Absolutely perfect! Stylist Libby took my entire style wish list and somehow made it ALL happen, far exceeding my expectations, and doing it with sweetness, patience, and smiles all the way. Not only is she a gifted stylist, but she knows how to listen to the client, capture the vision, and make it happen better than anyone other stylist Ive ever had. My wait wasnt long, either. a great experience in every way.

It has handicap parking but not handicap doors. Got nice ladies in their talk to. They do a good job at doing hair. Nice friendly people

Went there to have my beard trimmed up. Got my beard trimmed and a haircut for only $11.00 (full disclosure, Im bald). Crystal was great. She really knows what shes doing. Has some mad skills.

THE MGR. WAS REALLY RUDE TO ME AND TOLD ME TO WAIT OUTSIDE CUZ SYLVIA HAD TO GO HOME FOR SOMETHING !!! I SHOWED UP 7 TILL 11:00AM !!! THE SIGN SAID TO HAVE A MASK ON WHICH I DID WITH NO MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE INSIDE, I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE, VERY RUDE!!! NOT SURE I WANT TO GO BACK!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The place was clean I got in immediately the cut was perfect Lauren was an amazing stylist. Shanice was an amazing host though there were some troubles with the payment options both were more than agreeable to allow me to leave and come back with the cash it was an amazing experience and I recommend Lauren to anybody.

Showed up as a walk in and was seen immediately. I dont recall the name of the woman that helped me. But she told me more than once. Lol. I have an interview tom. One Im nervous about and thought a cut would help my confidence. I have to say I was treated very well and found myself laughing early in. In the end she was so generous and tossed in a blow dry for free. Which made me feel really good. Sometimes a little generosity can go a long long way. I feel blessed. All it took was a hair cut and the big heart of a woman Ive never met before. Thank you. 😉

I love the crew! I have been getting my hair cut by Shanice for years there now. She does a GREAT job at keeping me looking crisp. Ive had a few male barbers in the past but she is the best.

Im not the pickiest person when it comes to my haircuts, but I always leave salons wishing something...theyd cut more off, better layers or something...but not enough to speak up. In this case I had no issues. Best hair cut Ive had in ages.

There was two ladies and neither asked how much to cut off, I had a 9 yr old and an 11yr old it was around 40° out so I washed our hair at home, the lady soaked our hair sprayed my face numerous times never offered a blow dry. They was nice and loving to my kids and I did enjoy it just wish there was more hospitality.

I like this place. It is closer to home. The staff are friendly and helpful. They seem to know exactly what I want done to my hair.

I typically love this place. However I took my daughter there to get her haircut for kindergarten and we got Lauren. She was terrible. I got home and looked at her hair more closely and one side was at least an inch longer than the other side. She didnt wet her hair down, raise her chair up, she didnt even pull her hair out towards her when she was cutting it, she just tried to cut it straight across her back. Maybe shes not used to doing kids hair, I dont know. But, the manager and assistant manager are great stylists. Ill continue to come. Just wont see Lauren.

The place was understaffed, they two people who were working were not overly friendly, the wait was 2 hours.

After waiting an hour for a stylist and then waiting for 20 minutes for her to clean up the hair then stare at the computer for several minutes trying to figure out who to call next when it was myself and a woman who just walked in and she just put into the computer. I think this gal was either very new or there was something wrong with her thought processing but by the time she was ready to call me, I was already walking out unserved because I didnt trust this woman to cut my hair! It would be a minimum of a 6 week to 3 month mistake just waiting to be dealt with! Not for me!!! Not going there again! I have given too many chances and Im done. This was an extremely frustrating experience for me and any client, for thatmatter. This shop has been declining for the last 3 years or so. Change the shop name to Bewildered and Confused! Its not gotten better, but worse.

Should he a zero-star. The stylist did everything she could to persuade us to leave and we were the only pShe said she had a client on the way, that our cut and color would take 5 hours and they closed in 3, that she didnt have the right black, etc. Utlimately, we went across town to SuperCuts and got exactly what we wanted despite all of the stylists had clients. Avoid the Belton Fantastic Sams.
