On 10/26 my fiancés dentist attempted to call to place an EMERGENCY prescription and she was on hold for over 20 minutes. When I attempted to call the store manager I was put through just for him to say Im busy unloading a truck. Why would a medical professional be put on hold for over 20 minutes? Why is their call system a big circle of zero effectiveness? The senior staff at this location are dismissive and rude- pharmacy manager and store manager. Neither are competent enough to multitask, the slightest variation to their current tasks causes them great frustration... I think the General Manager needs to Secret Shop this location and see if Im bluffing. Ive spent 11 years in the U.S. Army and I know very well what it looks and sounds like when someone is over tasked. These two individuals are not capable leaders.
The worst experience ever. I was in the drive through for the pharmacy. I don’t understand what’s really going on back there. I can visibly see there is no one at the front of the counter and i don’t know if she’s filling prescriptions in between time but before she took my name i was waiting for 20 mins. Is there no timer back there because the wait time is ridiculous. I purposely waited a week to even get the prescription because i never received a phone call that it was even filled. And even with me waiting she said one of the filled prescription was missing. If i can say anything if you want or need your medicine don’t get it filled here they might not have it
Don’t even consider using the pharmacy here. You will always be faced with a long wait in store or in the drive thru. The couple of times I’ve ever asked where something was the male manager has always been super NOT helpful. He will try saying it’s in whatever aisle. Obviously if I’m asking I failed at locating said item initially and I would really appreciate your help and not being treated like I am asking too much. He told me I just needed to ask today, dude that’s literally what I just did and you acted like it was an inconvenience.ETA: any other person that is a cashier or otherwise (excluding the pharmacy and manager) has always been delightful. They greet you when you walk in and you are able to engage with them during check out. The store is generally clean.
You definitely dont have to be a genius to work in the pharmacy here. Was give and paid cash for the wrong perception that should not have even had refills.. they corrected it, I was out of town was told they would hold the meds just to get home and find out they out them back and filled the incorrect perception AGAIN thats didnt have refills...
Very unfriendly and impatient staff in the pharmacy. I’ve had a few experiences here and won’t be returning.
First let me just say. WOWBrandon really absolutely went above and beyond today for me. I had some questions on shipping a package and took up a lot of his time. He was extremely patient, kind, and went way above and beyond to help me than he should have. This man definitely is deserving of a raise, I really hope Walgreens is taking care of this guy because he really is ahead of the curve!
The pharmacy is well run but the main store is not very well stocked . I found that they didnt have half the items on my list. The service at check out in the main store is run by three young girls who are more interested in their cellphones than waiting on the customer.....
Items were not updated in system. Hard to find someone who worked there.
I have never had such an awful pharmacy experience. It took me 3 days to get through a person with their system and then my script was not filled as they had no record of my call!! If I could give a zero I would!
I have been buying a certain Natures Bounty product at Walgreens when they have it on a BOGO sale every 3 to 4 weeks for the last 8 years. I went in there to buy it, like I always had been doing, and this item was excluded from the BOGO sale! This was highly unusual for this product, so naturally I was quite disappointed. I was completely out of it though, so I bought 1 bottle and left.
Always have super friendly staff always helpful and great prices great curbside pickup and online ordering. 😁
This location is always out of things every time I go there. The people at the Pharmacy counter are very rude, laughing at people when theyre out of stuff.
I am so mad right now. I just learned this store was shut down temporarily because of positive staff covid cases. Well thats just fantastic. I was in there Wednesday night (the night before) and the three staff at the front of the store had their masks on their chins and were eating at the register without washing their hands or using santizer etc.So much for your staff caring for others.I wore my mask to protect them. Now I feel I have possibly been exposed thanks to your staff! I have 3 people in my house with autoimmune issues. We havent eaten out or seen friends and have been so careful since February when this all started and now going to Walgreens to deal w a prescription and to grab a battery and here I am because the lack of care by your staff.
Ever since I lost health insurance, the price of my prescription varies depending on whos working behind the pharmacy counter. Some of them care, some of them walk and talk like robots and clearly hate their job. Another way of saying that: a couple of them will take the time to get me the best price on my prescription, while the rest wont, and they will try to charge me $10-$15 more for my prescription than the nice ones.I know this is sad, but when its one of the nice people working behind the counter (Ive only encountered two) I actually get excited...I dont want going to the pharmacy to be an emotional experience, I just want to get in and out and not be treated like a PITA for needing a prescription. I hate gambling, but thats exactly what picking up my prescription has been for the last year here

The pharmacy is absolutely terrible 😫. I waited for 30 minutes only to find out the pharmacy didnt submit my prescription to be filled. I had to wait another 30 minutes with my sick 7 year old daughter. It was a Tuesday at 2:30 in the afternoon. It wasnt busy. Just terrible service. I dont plan on coming back to this Walgreens.
Photo center here has always been good in my opinion. Ive ordered prints multiple times. Never had an issue. The pharmacy is really slow though which is why only 3 stars. I feel like they should hire more people and that would help?

I like Walgreens.It’s open all the time and is useful for emergencies and has good prices. Great for snake runs and candy. Only problem is it is is a little smaller for a Walgreens.

Normally this location is good. Today absolutely HORRIBLE. I have been here 1 hr waiting on script for my son. I have been in line twice and told it will continue to be a bit after pharmacist told me 15 minutes. O, but of course he left and went on break or left for the day. Customer service is not on point. Not a fan of this place.
The nurse was so rude to me and my daughter that I left my appointment becuase I didnt trust her to administer a flu shot. We were the last appointment of the day and she seemed more interested at getting off work than helping. I wish I had three hands to give this three thumbs down.
Worst pharmacy experience EVER. Been trying to transfer a prescription since 9am, it’s now 5pm, they have 3 different profile accounts for me, why?? Idk. Waiting in drive thru line because I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes and THEY CALL ME WHILE IM ON HOLD AND ASK IF IM THE PHARMACY I’m trying to transfer prescription from?!?!? Seriously???? I guess I’ll just go ANOTHER day without my prescription because it’s too difficult for them to do their job, which Hyvee and Walmart can both do successfully without taking more than 8 hours and they have waaay more customers than Walgreens

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Filled last month said I would jor come Back came back to give them one more chance this month and it was worse than the month before it took me 3 hours to fill a prescription that I had filled previously absolutely ridiculous
I have been filling two 90 day prescriptions in particular here for about a year and I do so because they are the cheapest here through GoodRX. That means it goes through the insurance and I show up with the codes for GoodRX and they have to run it again and they are always really great about it, EVERY TIME, no matter how busy they are. And, on my most recent visit I happened to arrive about 20 minutes before closing time at the drive through window and the lady insisted that she take the information I had for GoodRX and she took my insurance card and they tried one other thing to make sure I got the best price between all three options! That was especially good service, all without asking!
Ive used this pharmacy 4 times in the last 4 months and they never have my sons prescription ready. They say itll take 15 to 20 mins to fill. After waiting they tell me they dont have the quantity and will order it and send me a text in 2 days when filled. When I get no text, I then have to call and am told it will be a few more days. This is a repeated occurrence and quite frustrating! The 2nd time they lost the prescription completely!
I used their photo finishing service to have pictures printed, and they turned out HORRIBLY. Complete waste of money. I cant adequately describe how awful the prints were, or how disappointed I was when I saw them. They were all very dark, and the colors were grotesquely over-saturated. GROTESQUELY. Do not have photos printed here.

Anthony, a very nice employee, devise a way to use regular eyeglass lanyard to hold their glasses in place. Anthony was so patient in trying to understand my problem and what I needed. Great photo center. Incompetent pharmacy. Deliberate misinformation regarding drug availability, arrival time, and delivery of special orders. Staff works hard, but today was the third and last time the pharmacy failed to notify me of important script details. I am in their customer database, and have signed up for all email, text, and phone alerts. Dropped script off Wed, told would be ready in a couple of hours. By Sunday still not ready, not A SINGLE CONTACT. Counter said if wanted, they could order, ummmm yeah maybe if you let me know 5 days ago! Same story with general stock steroids last summer, pharmacy misleading about drug availability AND time of arrival. I am extremely allergic to poison ivy/urishol. Due to pharm misinformation, ended up in urgent care with shot in ass. Avoid filling anything here.
All I have to say they are great peoples really they are &helpful friendly and forgot about the meds they stated that they had it sense June 1st,2015 and they have it for 10days they still had it and they the man stated will go ahead and refill again which I come there all the time close to home no wait time if so 10mins in the in side they are good peoples like to give a Thumbs up and a :) smile
Like every Walgreens, they tell you 15 minutes for a prescription. Its now been 45. This is ridiculous! Can they maybe hire more staff to keep up with the workload? Oh no! That would cut into their profits! This happens every time!
Was trying to transfer my medication to this store the man did not no what he was doing so he told me to hold on for me to talk to some one else put me on hold I held on until there phone hung up thats fine I am going to stay where I am at bye

Medicine is never ready on time, they will lie to your face, they could careless if the medicine is on time on auto or not, told me it was not ready at window because computer was down. So I parked the car walked in and medicine was ready setting in rack ! This has happened several times, the people there filling our scripts could careless and act like it is a game. They will put a date on bottle the day you should have got it, but lie and tell you it is not ready days later or it is insurance, computer down, out of the medicine, doctor didnt call it in. Then find out it is nothing but lies. Contacting my insurance company, and state board. This has gone on for several yrs.

I turned in my prescription on a Wed and was told by the Pharmacist I could pick it up on Friday after 8:00am. I arrived around 10am to find the I now could not pick up that prescription until the next day - Saturday. I was very up set and asked for my prescription back. I waited over an hour in the outside drive through in 15o temp. and asked them on several occasions had they found it yet. Were still looking but not having any luck was their reply. After that hour waiting they admitted they couldnt find it, but they could fill that script on Saturday after 10am. I left feeling helpless for my wife was suffering at home in bed w/o pain pills. Later that afternoon I called to see if they had found the script - it was in their busy time and I left my phone number to call me later and let me know. Sure enough, at 9:30pm they called to tell me that they found the script and I could come by on Saturday and either get the script or the medications. I felt this was a ploy to not give me that script so I would have to purchase the meds from Walgreens in Raytown, MO. This will be my last visit to Walgreens after I pick up the meds for my very ill wife.
This has been the best and fastest Walgreens in the area. there are some very slow ones in the city.

Horrible place!! Waited 3 days because the pharmacist wasnt there so I couldnt get my prescriptions. Then when I do I only got half of it but she rang up all of them. Never going here again!
