This location is by far the LARGEST one Ive ever seen and beautiful!! Actually in the origami building in Red Wing MN of train station/depot. Great drinks of all kinds and very good staff.. customer service to a T.

Friendly staff but very slow service. We have also tried to order the hot apple blast atleast 10x and only have gotten 1 because they are ALWAYS out of the apple cider. We ordered it and by the time we got to the window they ran out... Doesnt really make sense. If the drink is that popular maybe order extra. Other then that the building is nice and seems clean.

Loved the atmosphere and staff. Building is absolutely huge for a coffee place. Got exactly what I asked for too. Super pleased. Cannot wait to go back.

Ordered online 20 minutes early. Arrived and had to wait another 15 minutes. Used to be good service but its gone down hill the past month or so. Slow service but friendly staff

Heard great things about this Caribou and was excited to enjoy some light lunch and work remotely in a comfortable manner. After I purchased my food I was told I could charge my laptop and eat at a table that was not within the roped off dining area. Shortly after I used the restroom I was asked to leave by what I assumed was the manager. I complied with my mask and they still asked me to leave. Although I do consulting work with Caribou, I will never again enter any of their establishments.

Really neat building and very clean! Employees were friendly, quick, and seemed to like their jobs.

This is by far the best caribou coffee location that Ive been to, I want to thank all the great employees there, especially Hunter for being the best drive thru person! You all make sure my day starts out on the right foot. Huge thank you for always getting my coffee to taste consistent every time I stop. :)

Got to love a caribou! Really good coffee, especially the cold brew, which was great today on such a warm and sunny day. Awesome space that I cant wait to hang out at once we can dine in again.

I usually give this place 5 stars but today I ordered on the app to pick up my order and had to wait 50 minutes just to get my coffee and on top of that when I was waiting people was in line ordering and got their coffee before me which I think is not right I should’ve got my coffee before them but lesson learned I will not be getting coffee from here on sundays no more

Just stopped at Caribou this morning for a white Berry mocha with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle on top. When we get to the drive-thru we are handed a iced mocha with caramel drizzle on top. We told them wanted chocolate drizzle on top they took to drink back and the girl came to the window and said that is white chocolate not caramel my husband tried to tell her that it was caramel but there were two in the window basically shaking their head no. I finally just got frustrated and said lets go of course it was caramel very frustrated this has happened before and I guess when you tell someone theyve done something wrong they should correct it and not hand it back to you the exact same. Very very disappointed probably wont be back for a long time.

The upselling lately has made us all here at my work (11 of us) decide to get coffee elsewhere, bummer because we otherwise liked it there. I feel like when I get orders for some of us in the mornings or throughout the day lately, they try literally 3 times to upsell in one conversation! Also, I am pretty sure they have been trying to sneak little upgrades in without my permission. Offering a flavor shot or whipped cream is fine, but saying, Okay, so a LARGE mocha after I very clearly said a small (on pretty much every visit now) seems really shady. Co-workers have been experiencing the same.

Good coffee and goodies but very noisy. If you have trouble hearing this is not ideal.

I did a surprise me drink, I forgot what she said was in it but it is absolutely delicious! 10/10, wish I remembered what it was because I would definitely get it again.

The people that work here are amazing at their jobs. i come here very often and they are always extremely kind, quick, accommodating, and friendly! i’ve never had a bad experience here.

Good drinks, sometimes slow wait times. This store has become pushy with selling extra things lately as well. Everytime I come through recently I am constantly asked to add things to my drink without being told it would increase the price. I was asked if I wanted an extra shot in my drink and I figured it would be a complimentary item only to see it wasnt when I got the receipt. Maybe that was a mistake on my end and I should have known. I wish I wasnt asked to add so many things to my drink without knowing it would change the price.

Sad when you pay 6 dollars for a drink and this is what you get. Cant even fill it up. Probably the amount of a sm in a lg cup. Always love Caribou. Normally extremely satisfied. Maybe its time to give local coffee shops my money.

You can tell they seem to be understaffed. They are working hard to keep up.

My drink would have been spilled on me by the barista if not for my cat like reflexes jumping back in time...this was just the start of things. On my refill, I ended up getting a room temperature coffee that they either wanted me to pay extra for and/or wait extra long for to get a new pot going and dump/waste all of the cool coffee. This cool coffee is due to a broken/malfunctioning warmer that they have known about for quite some time. I eventually got them to heat up my cool coffee via some steamed milk with some persuading that I should have never had to resort to.

Star quality coffee for only a few bucks

I love Caribou most places, but this Red Wing store is sub par.I usually order a LG Americano with white chocolate and an inch of 2%. When this store makes it, its always bitter. Also, this RW store is so much slower than the others too. I wanted to get one of the cute Christmas mugs but didnt want the BOGO 1 /2 off, I only need one. So I asked the gal how much it was, she said $18. & change, but wait I think its 1/2 off. After many minutes later there were 3 people trying to ring it up, then finally they opened the window the 3rd gal said the didnt have a 1/2 off button on the register, if I wanted to come back at 5:00 the manager would be there. Seriously!

Was an awesome experience. My good friend works there and she rocks as a manager and an awesome personality.

Very clean, cool old train station turned into the coffee shop. Staff was friendly. Latte was very heavy on foam but when we mentioned it they happily added milk.

Tin soldiers and teddy bears. This a. m. I got a teddy bear, the other day a tin soldier. Bummer their inside is closed. NEED outdoor seating....covered.

Please stop using sharpie in the lid of the coffee. When I drink I can smell/taste sharpie and it ruins the taste of my coffee. Oh and there have been a few times my beverage has a strong smell and taste of someones perfume which ruins the taste of the coffee.

Really great service. Cheerful and helpful staff. I enjoyed my coffee and breakfast while sitting upstairs in one of the comfy chairs.Lots of people were there studying or doing group meetings which created a really nice atmosphere.

Awesome Coffee Place. Yummy treats ro delicious coffee. Excellent place to even sit and read or meet up with a friend or even use there conference room for a meeting. Its really nice place if you have never been to this Caribou Coffee and your in that area you should stop and go inside.

Its a lovely place, the staff is friendly, neat and clean, but the prices are *way* to high. For example, $1.50 even $2 is a fair price for a coffee house bagel, but an *additional* $1.50 for a smear of cream cheese? If youre heading to Caribou be prepared to stick to Coffees and teas.

I truly love caribou but at this one I had a terrible experience. Went in to get a coconut milk pomegranate acai berry tea latte was told that the base milk has changed and they couldnt do it so I ordered a oat milk green tea latte with sugar free vanilla and got it made with regular vanilla and 2 percent milk. Both the milk and vanilla made me really sick. I love caribou I wouldnt ever say a bad word about the name but this drink made me really sick and I was on a road trip so this made it really hard. I hope you guys get your stuff together. Mistakes were made but the rude people I delt with and the drink that made me sick wasnt very good.

Really cozy in the winter, cool in the summer. They make a fantastic hot chocolate, and in the summer the White Peach Berry Smoothie is my go-to (especially if you like those mixed berry smoothies). Service is fast and friendly. There is a drive-through I believe, though Ive always gone inside.

We stopped in while on a road trip. Its what youd expect from a Caribou. The interior space is lovely but the parking lot was full and we had to get creative to park the car. I think two other cars were waiting for spaces to open up. (lots of people inside on laptops... did they all park there?) Overall, I wish Caribou had better baked goods. IMO, theyre barely worth what youd spend on them. Our preference would have been to find a place with freshly baked goods - not something pulled out of the freezer that day. But I cant hold that against this one Caribou.

Love iced coffee

Easy to spot from the road and easy to do most of the day, but this last time we were there during their morning rush and holy cow they are busy. It took about 15-20 minutes for us to get our coffees. They also have great smoothies.

If youre visiting Red Wing, MN and you like Caribou Coffee, this is a great place to stop and visit! It is located near the downtown area along the river in what was once a fire station. It has two levels of seating with a variety of tables and chairs as well as comfortable couches and lounge chairs to choose from. There is also a small conference room which can be used for meetings or other occasions....while I was there it looked like students were using it to do some studying. Very cool!Perhaps my favorite part was the small library collection they had on the 2nd floor, stocked with books from a local book store. The books were available for reading there, or could be borrowed to read elsewhere. A sign posted on the library shelf stated that if you were to take a book home to read, you should return it to the bookstore where you could then purchase it if desired, or find another.

Got the wrong coffee

I love the two levels in this historic building. There are lots of nooks to settle in to get some work done or have a conversation with friends. One of my favorite spots!

I visit Caribou a couple times a year at most. Most times are fine. Today was ridiculous. The girl who waited on us was rude. She wasnt pleasant at all. My daughters and I all got ice coffee. Mine was nasty warm and the ice had already melted. The girl who handed me the coffee closed the window, no thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. Just here...shoved my coffee out the window and closed it again. Rude.

Very large coffee shop, with an upstairs seating area. I love that the building is an old train station! Unfortunately it seems to be the only coffee place open in town on Sunday, so it took like 15 minutes for my husband to get a depth charge (coffee with a shot of espresso).

Decent drink, WAY overpriced, but thats not the fault of the individual store.

This is the best Caribou I have ever visited. This morning the store manager exchanged a cup I bought a few days ago in Springfield, IL because the logo had rubbed off the side of it with barely any use. The staff was friendly, and the store itself is the coolest coffee shop, bar none, that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting.

Brett was SUPER helpful, and Caitlin was also quite helpful. Very friendly staff and a clean establishment. Always a pleasure to visit. My friend Melissa was in from out of state and she enjoyed her visit.

Not a big coffee drinker but I had the chicken Apple sausage breakfast sandwich and it was great!! I also like the coolers they are very good!!

This building of Caribou Coffee is by far my favorite (the historic Chicago Great Western Railroad Depot). The servers tend to be friendly, but because of its popularity the wait can be a bit long.

Spacious two story location for a caribou coffee. I love that the old rail station has been repurposed into this coffee shop! I stop here when I drive along the river road. They also have a drive through.

2yrs later, still slow 🐌...but very friendly. I think the old building is a poor layout for staff to work efficiently and quietly.Every time I go,I get asked to donate coffee to the troops. Well, Im a troop, deployed 4x (#5 shortly) and Ive NEVER seen any beans make it downrange. What gives?

Always takes forever and typically they get your order wrong. Ordered a turtle with white chocolate. Got a white chocolate mocha. To fix the problem they just threw some whipped cream on it and gave it back to me with an attitude.

Very frustrating when you want to order food but they are completely out. If they offer food items, there should be enough to get through a day and not running out by early afternoon. This is a consistent problem here.
