I understand that it is difficult to get items at this time with no one working however when you know you are out of items especially Mocha, you should post signs so customers dont waste their time waiting in line.This is happening at this location often. Frustrating.

Monday, open till 9..... Yet here I am just before 20 to 9 and theyre already all closed up and honestly look like they have been for quite awhile. 4th time this has happened to me at this location, honestly not going to bother anymore. Atleast when Caribou says theyre open till 8 theyre ACTUALLY open till 8 and possibly later if theres a line in the drive thru. This is rather disappointing since Im rather fond of Starbucks.Update: Friday, open till 9: 5 after 8 already closed. Again, whats the point of having hours posted if you arent going to be open during them? Try calling and it doesnt even transfer it just immediate hangs up. At this point yeah, Im officially done, worst Starbucks ever and thats saying quite a lot considering the service or should I say lack there of Ive received at other locations as well.

The new girl acted like she didn’t know how to do her job. The drink I ordered wasn’t what I said. And it took a while for all three baristas on duty to finish my order. And the same girl accepted food from a stranger and left it on the line. Because of COVID-19 that is a violation. And even if it’s not a pandemic that should not be acceptable.

Im a Starbucks lover for life. Now 8 can shop and enjoy....thanks

I just wanted to post on here to thank Hailey again! I went in today during my dinner break because i forgot my dinner on my kitchen table (For work) and i currently am not able to have a lot of sugar. I planned on getting a keto styled drink to fill me up and they didn’t have any heavy cream so she went out of her way to make me a drink with different type of milk. (It didn’t work for me and she remade my drink) She was so patient and really listened to my request and went to the store and brought some Heavy cream. If it wasn’t for her help i don’t know what i would have even Eaten to help me get my macros in. So i appreciate the customer service !!! Give the girl a raise!! Lol. She was so nice! :)

It wasnt Starbucks that I was patronizing, it was target as a whole. I work at target. I loved it there. Great service friendly employees, all around great experience whether working or shopping !!!

Usually great. But had to sit in like for 20 minutes just to get talked to very rudely by the dude working.

As a former Starbucks employee, this location is disappointing at best. The drinks are NEVER consistent, theyre poorly staffed and rarely fully stocked, and even during hours theyre supposed to be open, youve got about a 40% chance of seeing someone behind the counter to take your order. Ive seen strictly display pastries served to customers, drinks haphazardly thrown together, a significant line when most people are ordering one drink, and most of all an uncaring, flippant attitude by a number of the baristas.

Usually great coffee, and amazing staff. Kind of disappointed at the few selections because of the holidays. Usually great selection and switch out specials, but only 1 barista on shift

Too open and not conducive to a quiet conversation with friends. Okay if youre just grabbing a coffee to go.

I have have been to Starbucks at least 5 times in the last week to try the cloud and each time Ive been told they dont have vanilla, cloud powder. Love the young people who work there and their dedication but gosh

This Starbucks is the worse one I have been to, after 3 years and who knows how many BaristasIm not sure why its so hard for the Baristas to make the drink I like, the last time my 14 year old and I went my daughter said her drink wasnt made right.I stay far away now.,

Went here to get a coffee lady ignored us for over 5 minutes straight while she was making drinks(2 feet from away from us) and couldnt even say hi or be right with you with ZERO stars for customer service still mind blown how ignored we got with a empty store!!..
