Such a cute little Grocery Store with just about all you need to get by, and some cool local finds! The real reason I shop here is for their meat. The case always has looked fresh and full.The manager of the meat department is always courteous, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Will be back for some more Ribeyes soon!

Once upon a time our communities thrived on businesses like these. Small mom and pop grocery shops located in our neighbourhood. They provided everything we needed for our everyday dinners for our familys. And today these few but proud business need our help after all these years of helping us. When the government would have us turn to big Corp like Wal-Mart for our grocery and smother out the small guy. Lets remember who we are. We are the small guy and the only one looking out for us is us so lets stick together and support each other when we can, and shop local and support small business. Like this great Mom And Pop, Buchanan Grocery because you aint getting any better meat. And when you come here your family!

Buchanan Grocery did a wonderful job with our wedding day luncheon. We had beautiful cheese and meat trays for sandwiches and veggie trays to nibble on. We also had 3 different salads, all delicious! They had everything that we needed. We highly recommend them!

Quaint local joint with eclectic selection of unique items from baked items, sauces, cheeses, and a fantastic meat and fish options. Clean, well stocked, and kind and helpful staff. Love this little market!

I dont want to think about how long I have been shopping at Buchanans. Probably around 40 years now. Its still a weekly stop for me to raid the meat counter--same meat counter I sat my infant kids on--for summer sausage and danish ham.My eldest, when he was a toddler, called this place Mc-Canons and its been the household nickname ever since. An absolute gem of a mom and pop grocery store. Dont want to have to run to Walmart or the larger grocery stores for your basic essentials and want to be in and out, well then this is the place for you. Also they have an awesome selection in high quality meats.

This place is a gem. Incredible steaks and brats along with really friendly people and atmosphere. My daughter loves going there because their grapes pop. Highly recommended.

Great little shop! Very responsive employees to new products. They ordered in a Korean sauce thats made in MPLS - one less reason for us to have to go to the Cities! We also appreciate the clean food options.

I stole a candy bar from them in 79 and its wrecked my life with guilt since then. I never married. I dont know how to fix it.UPDATE: Ive found a wife! And have moved beyond it. Thanks for all the (paid) candy though throughout my Jefferson years, Buchanan.
