What a health food paradise! Located right here in Red Wing! Ive been living here for years and finally stepped foot inside its doors to discover an oasis of health. The level of service and knowledge I was greeted with was far and above anything I could have expected. Question after question on herbs and essential oils met with detailed answers was next level customer service. The amount of essential oils and organic foods here will keep me coming back just to read labels. I absolutely love this place!

My friend and I were having an adventure and decided to stop in for some snacks, and we were so glad we did!! They have an amazing wellness selection, a good bulk section, and some really great snacks & frozen items. The snack bars we found by the checkout turned out to be amazing!! A small but amazing natural food store. My husband and I stopped to find some snacks for our son on our small road trip. They were very helpful and even made a small bag of raisins for us, as our son won’t eat as large of bag as they had. We also got a small treat for ourselves. Will definitely be stopping back!
