My car needed work. It was at Lithia Toyota and I had no way to get it to hold due to dead battery and some other circumstances. Steve W arranged to pick it up and got it to Hild. I’m very thankful and impressed. Thank you Steve

I have always used Hild Collision for my auto repairs & definitely recommend them. They are excellent in all areas.

Ive never actually been here in person but the customer service is immaculate. These ladies helped me find my grandmothers car at crown motors* after CM* had falsely claimed that CM* had sent the car to Hild. They got in touch with them for us and located the vehicle that had never even left Crown Motors. They worked on the car in the past so it was in their system, the work they did then was very good. Like new, cant see any damage. 5 stars.

I do not recommend heels collision center, my vehicle was there for over 2 weeks before they even touched it, they quoted me the initial cost of damages just to did my vehicle totaled after they admitted they just didnt want to work on it . My vehicle sat there in their shop for about a month and they did absolutely nothing to it! Thank you for the big waste of time healed collision center! definitely not the best in the North State... If the job is more than a dented bumper they dont want to fix your vehicle they will deem it totaled if its too inconvenient for them to fix. I come from a family of mechanics a bumper a radiator and a hood should not cost $8,000... This place is a joke.

The entire side of my F150 was hit and damaged along with some front corner bumper damage from a previous accident. The estimate was thorough and fair. My truck was repaired and looks brand new. Couldn’t be happier. Hild worked with my insurance and all I had to do was give them my keys. They kept me informed each step and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they got it all done. Highly recommend !!

These people are super helpful and amazing! I was driving north on my way to Montana when all of a sudden my moonroof shattered (probably from a semi). This meant I either had to wait a few days to get my window fixed at the Subaru dealership or somehow seal the moon roof up and continue my trip to Montana. The Subaru dealership recommended hild collision and I’m so glad they did. They did me a solid. After telling them about what happened and where I was going, they sealed it up for me. After I asked how much they said don’t worry about it! I tipped the guys that helped me out though. Highly recommend them. Thanks for your help and accommodating me!!!

Recommended by my insurance and was a clean establishment, very professional and friendly, and they were easy to use. About 30 minutes for an estimate. They communicated with me wonderfully and also my insurance directly. I would recommend from my experience as my repairs were completed perfectly and they even put back on my hub caps I had been riding around with in my car due to having to take the bolts off to put them back on. They went above and beyond what they were expected to do for me. I couldn’t ask for a better experience to get my car fixed.

They did a really good job on my husbands Audi he had $4,000 worth of damage on his drivers side but now it looks better than before. Except for the side mirror its a little smaller than the other one.

I did not get a rental car when I dropped my Cecile off on a Tuesday. I told my adjuster as long as I had it by the filling Monday at closing I would be fine for I had a Tuesday appointment. He assured me that would work. It is Monday and I have called as I had not heard from them. This time he said it should be done by sometime tomorrow, which is Tuesday. He said he could never have guaranteed the time, because he wouldn’t have known. I could’ve rented a car to make sure that this wasn’t going to be an issue. I’m am extremely disappointed with the broken promise of assurance, and no calls to give me warning, especially since I talked to me about it did not get a rental car due to his assurance.

I can’t express how happy I am with Hild collision Center. I have worked in the automotive industry before and I worked with another collision center in town but I would hands down choose Hild every time. I was apprehensive when I went to pick up the vehicle and inspected it closely. The repairs by hild were nothing short of absolute perfection. They restored the truck to complete perfection. They totally erased the noticeable dent and scratches on the panel over my rear passenger tire. It’s as if it never occurred and looks brand new. Returned car in better condition in what looks to be a complementary detail job.

It took an excessive amount of time. I was told it would be done the first week of the year. They finally finished it on the 18th of January. The door is still not sealed will have to go back and see if it is just an adjustment.
