I’ve been helped several times by Amber in your store and she has always made the experience enjoyable! She is kind and knowledgeable. She was personable with my grandma who I brought into the store with me one time. I really appreciated her positive energy and her ability to make such a daunting task into something somewhat pleasant.

Stephanie and Princeton or an absolute delight to work with while making our purchase. They were happy and cheerful and accommodating to my lack of knowledge. Call back real quick if you need product go see him. I highly recommend speaking with either of them to meet your needs.

My experience at At&t was a breath of fresh air after having a horrible experience at another company. They wouldnt allow my client to get the phone of her choosing. Everyone we encountered in the store was wonderful. Travis Peterson was the one who assisted us and he was a dream. So nice and helpful. He was went above and beyond to help my client. He even brought a chair to where we were sitting so that my client was comfortable and didnt have to move. It was thought and considerate of him. He made sure explain everything and help find the right fit for my client. He was kind and engaging with my client, making sure she got what she wanted. Great customer service! Give Travis a raise. I will most definitely recommend in the future.

I was not treated very well at this store. Went in with a broken phone I could make calls on but nothing else and my replacement phone, was sent away and told to factory reset my phone. I left with no phone working at all. Bought a new phone at Costco where the guy spent 20 min trying to fix my old phone situation. Very disappointing, with these fires all around me I needed a phone and at&t was not really concerned about my needs.

We visited this At&t store about updating my boyfriends Iphone. The reps were very helpful. And the problem was solved very quickly..

Steven was super helpful and had deep product knowledge. He also really went out of his way to help my grandma. Only other feedback is I wish the store would open earlier.

This AT&T has given me the most spectacular service. As soon as I entered the door I had a gentleman named Billy welcome me with the up most respect. I needed a lot of new services from them since I moved into the area and they’ve made the entire process effortless. I highly recommend the AT&T in Redding and this whole staff... especially billy. He deserves a promotion with all of the help and kindness he has had for me and my family. They are so kind and I look forward to more business with them in the near future.

I had an amazing experience. They guy who helped me Jarren was very professional and helpful. All my questions were answered. I was able to get what I needed/wanted without any hassle. He made it as easy as possible for me. He also checked for every deal and ways I could save more money with my plan. Definitely would recommend this place.

The staff at this store is great! Especially Steve M. Very helpful every time I need to make a purchase, very patient. Would happily recommend that people seek him out for phone information and have done so in the past. Only issue is that the store opens so late in the morning. Would be way more convenient if it was earlier so i could get my errands there to start the day.

If I could give this ATT store a negative five stars I would. ATT offered us a free phone since the network is changing to the 5G system. Went in and spoke to a woman (AMBER ALERT) who couldnt have cared less about us as customers much less human beings. Asked her if the store had the Samsung free phone. No. Curt and unprofessional. No offer to help us locate one or anything. Just NO. Then asked if she could transfer data from old phone to new one if we were able to get one. NO. Once again, just NO. No offer to help up locate a service to transfer the data or anything. If I owned a store that sold things I would never hire this employee. Called ATT and they suggested a different phone that would be comparable to our old Samsung. Went back to the Browning store the next day and, unfortunately, were confronted by the same employee (AMBER ALERT). Asked if the store had the recommended phone. Once again just NO. No offer to help us find one or anything. This employee would not be working for me. All we can say is if you go there AMBER ALERT.

Nice and very helpful to father in law ...This is edited .. I dont know that what I was saying came across the way I ment so I wanted to clear it up to be sure the people there were very very nice and they were very helpful to my father-in-law my father-in-law doesnt hear so well even if you talk really loudly because he refuses to where is hearing aids at all and he isnt very well versed at reading lips so theres a lot of tones and things he just doesnt always get but when I talk to them and told them what it was that he wanted and needed and then he confirmed it and whatever then he was able to talk to them and they kind of already had a heads up on what it was that he needed cuz I had talked to them prior and told him to go in and ask for this person they were amazing at the store when we called the customer service from the phones to handle what needed to be handled also and the ones at the store were amazing also

Stephanie was amazing! First she helped fix my husbands older phone, then she helped us upgrade my phone and set us up with a new plan using my previous phone for my husband and a new phone for me. She was very patient and knowledgeable and we greatly appreciated her outstanding service!!

When my wife and I decided to purchase new iPhones, we already knew that we wanted the new iPhone 12 Pro. Steven, the man who helped my wife and I with our purchase was very knowledgeable about the technology we were about to buy. He guided us through the important decisions and went well out of his way to make sure our buying experience was lasting and meaningful. I came in and purchased a new iphone from Travis Peterson about a week and a half ago. Travis was very helpful, by the time I was done my purchase was over $900.00. During the Purchase he found out that I am a first responder, he encouraged me to return to the store with documentation. I returned to your store a few days later with the documentation he had asked for, but he was on a lunch brake. I showed the documentation he had asked for to another sales person. That person was not helpful and just started giving me a hard time. I finally just left the store. The trip was a waste of my time, I guess you had already gotten my money. That guy was a piece of work.

The young man who helped me was friendly, efficient, and professional and seemed to anticipate all of my needs

I couldnt be happier with the service I always get at AT&T in Redding. Any questions I have are always answered politely and professionally. Matt helped me get my new phone downloaded/uploaded even had me bring my car to front of store to par it to blue tooth. They are what service used to be.

Anyone else hate the new bill paying kiosk. Old one was better. I dont like how it just asks for your phone number... no pin or anything. Also the screen is HUGE. So huge the entire store can probably can see what you are doing and I feel like thats an invasion of privacy.Also not really the stores fault but the last 6 months Ill have 3-full bars. Fresh paid Bills with unlimited data and my phone is slow as heck and never loads anything. Might just go head over to Verizon.Oh another complaint about the store. When I first got my new phone I wanted the pay if off in a year contract. They gave me the 2 year contract and I didnt even notice until months and months down the road.Also dont let them make you fall for the tablet nonsense. Sure its a dollar or whatever the offer is at the time but its also a 2 year contract. The tablet I got was so out dated but they seriously talked me right into it. Stupid me.

Five stars for trying. I’ve been told I cannot resolve my issue regarding an incomplete, bad port from Puretalk. This cannot be the case and I don’t take no for an answer, so I’ll get it figured out. It’s really not an issue other than being told I can’t port back to ATT which is not only false, but federally illegal.

Eric is the BEST! I have been with AT&T for over two decades and Eric is by far, The fastest, most knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous representative that I have had the pleasure of working with! Also if he does not have an answer, he will take the time to do is research and get back to customers in a prompt and efficient manner :).

Advised by salesman I needed to upgrade my iCloud storage to be able to transfer data to new iPhone from old iPhone and needed to be on WiFi. I recalled my previous experience at another location where the person there took the time to walk me through what I needed to do to transfer data while both phones were in proximity of each other. This was I after I did the upgrade. However, I was able to do it without actually requiring a large backup or WiFi. Would give higher rating if rep took the time or was better informed vs me paying additional $2.99 unnecessarily.

Well if 2 people are on a plan and you both go to get new phones plan on one of you sitting in the car while the other picks everything out. They only let one person in your party in, even if the entire store is empty, due to Covid. Go to Costco if you have a membership, they give you Costco gift cards.

I always get good assistance when I come in here. The associates are always very knowledgeable and helpful and i can tell they mean well and aren’t trying to scam me. Steven helped me get a new iphone 11 today and he exceeded my expectations. :)

I have been with AT&T for over 15 years and I have 21 wireless numbers with them. After reviewing why my bill was larger than normal. Someone from this AT&T store opened up 26 extra lines to my account. Instead of fixing the problem they have avoided my phone calls and refuse to return messages. I have spent over three weeks trying to get things resolved. They will not return my phone call and they do not have an answer for me. This leads me to believe that this stores management has been trying to hide that they are steeling from their customer. I still am not able to get a response from them and resolve the over $1,200 that they are trying to overcharge me for.
