Very friendly and helpful. We were exhausted but they helped us and we are very glad they were patient with our brain fog. They werent phased by silly questions I wouldnt have asked in a more rested and less stressed state. We will be back for more games another day

This place has great customer service, I went in for used wii controller and the employee gave me a large list of games that they had, they were very friendly and sociable, the only reason for 4 stars was for the pricing of their used products they were only 10$ less for used products. I would understand for the wii remotes since they stopped production but I also bought a newer used controller for only 10$ less and one of the buttons would get stuck, but all products were clean and looked like new.

Always willing to help you get deals on pokemon cards and usually have them in stock.

Good customer service, selection was a little light but it is close to Christmas. Would be nice if the games on the wall was up to date to what they had in stock took 5 games up to counter to find out they didnt have them. Overall good experience got a playstation 4 pro daughter will be happy!!

I only talked to GameStop on the phone. I didnt go to the store. But, the employee that helped me on the phone, did a good job. Answered all my questions. Worked for me.

Always been a staple for pre ordering games. Although one thing that I loved was that I mentioned that I wanted a pin that they were out of and the employee went ahead and made a direct order for it and had it shipped to my house. He was super kind about it even though he was obviously busy due to it being after Christmas.

Wow Zack did an such an amzing job helping me out tonight. I came in the store very late before closing. Zack was very courteous, professional, and friendly. He led me to find exactly what I needed and I felt more confident in my purchase because he was so down to earth that me made feel way more relaxed. I am person that at times I can look at certain products for an hour and never make a decision but because of Zacks expertise I was able to make my decision within five minutes. What an amazing manager. I never experience this level of service in game store.

This location is at least as good as any other GameStop. I would go so far as to say that it is even better. Many times I have asked for opinions on games or expert advice on Xbox accessories and received competent and quality responses. They are very personable and approachable. I enjoy giving this location my business.

Lots of overpriced stuff, but also quite a few people buying it, so there must be something I am missing! Most consoles and even the games are cheaper at a nearby electronics store or online. The store is clean and the people working are usually pretty good also.

Just had to wait in like for 15 minutes and couldnt get anything because the cashier was WAYYY too slow. Would not recommend if you dont have 45 minutes to an hour to spend only waiting in line! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

They never seem to have what the app or websites say they have or if they do they say its different in California so they cant give you the sale prices. Besides that the staff is really nice

Great location, staff is always very knowledgeable I prefer the Anderson location though. Because of where they are located so close to the mall they are always packed, and what would be a five minute trip can turn into an hour wait for the checkout. There is like 1 employee here that is decent. It reeks of marijuana and its pretty regular so it seems to be an employee. They arent very knowledgeable and previous reviewer is correct with the multiple pointless conversations while a line sits, or messing around between the counter and backroom (manager or equivalent) and taking the customer service persons attention away from the many customers waiting by asking them to look stuff up for them mid transaction instead of writing it down and looking it up themselves. Not professional and when I get the chance Id rather go to Anderson, they are always polite and have knowledge enough to help someone.

Game selection is dwindling, filled more with cheap junk like pop figures and gamer gear rather than games, you know, the thing we go to a video game store for?!? Prices are ridiculously high for used copies, usually only 4 bucks cheaper than new. Worst that ever happened to funco land was getting bought by Barnes and Noble and being made a publicly traded franchise that we now know as game stop.

A great store for gamers, or anyone wanting to buy them something. New and used games a plenty, helpful staff, and lots of other merchandise that you can enjoy too from stuffed animals, shirts, mugs and more. Looking to get game that will be coming out, preorder here and make sure to get it. I truly love this store.

A fun store, but if you trade in there you will feel seriously taken advantage of. They offered me 15 dollars for an Xbox 360 in great shape that they sell for 110 dollars. I guess kids dont value money the way their parents do, and gamestop loves to exploit this.

Ive always loved gamestop. I make it my goal to buy a new game every pay day and to beat that game before or on time so I can get a new game the next pay day. Staff is always nice and helpful and Im always filled with nostalgia whenever I enter a gamestop where I can buy a cool game, awesome merch, or even drop some cash on a preorder. I understand why people dislike the company because of ridiculous trade in values but no one is forcing you to sell or trade in your games to the store. I will always support the company and always enjoy buying physical games!

Was able to trade in old gaming system for credit towards replacement system minus 30 dollar fee . No problems no hassle. Bought system black Friday 7 months ago.

They were great and we got in and out for the black Friday sale today at 3 pm and they were just great at getting me everything we needed.

I mean they had xbox 360 games. So thats cool

We love GameStop, but every time we come they are short staffed and it takes almost an hour for my husband to check out and get the things he need, there is usually only one person out front. It is frustrating having to wait so long.

I really only shop there because its pretty much the only place in my town for used games and accessories. That said. It is rediculous enough to need a paid (not cheap) card to get what ought to be the regular price for the item, but now they have 2, yes 2 different pro memberships or pro membership platinum or whatever they call it. It like $20 for the original and then idk, bit over $30 for the Platinum.They pay next to nothing when you sell or trade in your stuff. But charge a LOT for most everything. The sales people are always waisting time engaging in pointless conversations while the line sits still. I WISH THERE WERE STILL SOME ACTUAL COMPETITION, then either theyd have to do better business or I could just do without the place then actually.Also, this is something that is illegal i would imagine. They have sold opened merchandise as new to me and Ive heard of them even selling used game consoles as new ones. Dirty pool there.
