Okay Ill be honest I had my doubts about cricket thats the best damn service Ive ever had I would absolutely recommend Cricket for anybody

These guys are great they are very respectful employees who are very easy to get along with, very helpful and they have really good prices, probably the best ive seen in redding. Prefer over t-mobile.

If I could give them a zero I would told one thing on the phone when to store and no resolution. 2 phone in less than 6 months that just up and quit! After being told the phones were new not refurbished. Told would be reimbursed for the 2 weeks of no service i paid for. NOPE!! You get what you pay for. Run.

The only thing good is nothing. Really a 0 no star .just the manager Mario.,..he had bent over backwards, above and beyond...as we all had to jump through hoops (that were not there) and b.s. to boot Nothing like spending 2 1/2 hrs with a phone that was defective and under manufacter warranty2 weeks into it..we sent phone to them and still got the run around. And another 2 hrs. ...still No phone yet. Communication to whom ever is above retail store is the worst. I feel for management that represents crickettIts poor, and an embarrassment to hard working employees.

Mario is the new store manager here and I have to say he was absolutely wonderful. He spent a lot of time explaining to us the details of switching our service over and gave us a great deal. I definitely recommend this store for anyone looking at switching service or getting new service.

Well Ive been trying to go to this store for an 1 1/2 hours the first note on the door said closed from 2-3 so I came back at 3 and there is a new note on the door back from lunch at 3:42. So Im guessing one one person works at a time here. I will update my reviews when I can actually get some service here.

Mario was AMAZING!!! He literally sat and dealt with an issue that was NOT their fault (completely my fault) but still took care of everything. HIGHLY recommend these guys!!!

I went to this store location after my Mom had lost her phone while we were on vacation. After bringing in a phone and the SIM card slot getting damaged accidentally in store when putting in the new SIM, Mario made sure to provide my Mom with a replacement phone that fit her needs. As a long time cricket customer, we appreciated being taken care of!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Cricket Wireless, I switched over from AT&T with no regrets. I get a good signal and reception just about anywhere. I see no validation for complaints on here, go back to your overpriced providers if you do not like Cricket and like wasting money.

Im kinda on the fence with this place . i liked how the store looked . and thr phones that we will be getting is eather a lg in wich i personally hate or a Motorola in wich peeked my interest for 4 new lines its only 25 dollors for each line .and has unlimited talk an text as well as unlimited data . now thats what i need becouse im always on line doing this and that .. Gota like it

Cricket Wireless has been the WORST cell service I have EVER used. I live smack in the very middle of Redding, Ca., and I had absolutely no reception. 80% of Redding has no reception or poor reception with Cricket. I get in the car and drive down 99 towards Yuba City, and in the middle of absolutely nowhere, I have full reception. I do Craigslist all the time and rely heavily on a dependable cell phone and provider, and I had constant dropped calls. Furthermore, the sales reps at the store are very dishonest and pushy. You tell them that you are NOT interested in a case or anything for your cell phone and it literally goes in one ear, out the other. They HOUND you to buy something. Also, I stopped using my cell phone after 4 months because it just was not working for me. Every single call dropped, literally. Now I am having trouble selling my cell phone because Cricket is refusing to unlock it. They said it needs to be activated for at least 6 months in order for them to agree to unlock it, and I only had it activated for 4 months. I didnt really have a choice but to switch providers because my service was so poor. I feel like I was trapped by them in a horrible deal. If they ever close their doors I will seriously rejoice because they are a seriously flawed company. The store rep couldnt even tell me if I owed on my cell phone. They dont know what they are doing and I wouldnt trust them with my life. I am one horribly POd former customer!

Hidden fees family plan is a scam they tell you they only have 1 of the advertised smartphones available forcing garbage phones w no hd running on 3g we switched back to Metro in less than 30 days
