Same category as Holiday. Price wise SAV-MOR more is a bit cheaper. They are a sister company, so expect about the same. Holiday is a bit nicer though. Its a good spot for convenient shopping. If Im doing a big shopping trip though, theres other places I would rather go. Some prices are good others are outrageous so as long as you watch what you are shopping for its a good spot to shop.

Not bad for a local mart. Prices arent the best, but if you catch a sale theyre reasonable. Has all the staples and limited house made cold and hot food. Not going to be my regular place to shop, but good for last minute grabs.

I always get great customer service and the store is clean. I like the new updates and changes too. The meat and produce sections are fantastic!

I really enjoy having a grocery so close to where we live, it’s a great alternative...BUT..... With that there is compromise, there is so little options as far as a fresh bakery goes, along with other key items I can easily get at the big box stores. If you need the bare essentials, go there, but if you need something more, go somewhere else.With that said, great atmosphere, great people.

You know they have really good customer service but this was a couple months ago they have one employee who didnt give me any service or gratitude of saying good afternoon, hello how are you today, did you find everything ok something like that didnt say anything and after I was bagging my stuff she said to him how are you today so dont say anything to me but say something to the customer behind me very bad customer service. I think the person needs a customer service certificate to prove they got there certificate from any college. I forgot what she looks like I think she had dark hair, she had glasses, and I think she was kinda short probably 52 or 53 but to whoever this is needs to be fired or go to school and get a customer service certificate from any college. So Im not making any suggestions but I think the manager or boss needs to find someone with better customer service and not have someone thats gonna be snotty to anyone else like me.

Customer service is good. Gentleman in front of me was having difficulty with his card and spoke little English. They were very patient and found someone to translate.

SAV-MOR is a great grocery store to shop, if you want to stretch your dollar. The store has a beautiful produce section that is reasonable priced. Very helpful employees.

True I probably wouldnt shop at sav mor foods if I wasnt in the neighborhood. But every time I go in Im greeted with a smile. Not only is the facility clean and tidy but they have excellent prices. Their produce and meat counter is wonderful and the grocery department has its act together. All and all I know that my needs will be met. They even order new products if they happen not to carry something.

Employees friendly and helpful. Recent remodel was a great improvement. Selection and inventory levels much better in the last 2 months. Frequently use this store as is in the neighborhood.

Way over priced! The produce is always sticky and grimy and going bad. The store always has a very strong bad smell that you cant get used to. The store itself is filthy..The staff is friendly enough at least. I will never shop here again. Ever!

Having lived in Big cities I can say that this store actually seems to care, in comparison to large corporate stores. Having shopped here twice now Ive interacted with multiple employees. The. manager was friendly, smiling and helpful. Employees are also friendly and helpful. Prices are fair and product quality is high. Impressive meat selection. Good produce. Im genuinely impressed. This is an employee owned store, Ive always said keep your employees happy... They will treat the customers right.

I dont usually shop here. The prices are sometimes higher than Walmart and not as much selection of products. But, it is convenient and its a nice store. I come here when I dont need a lot of groceries. And, its faster to get in and out, as its not terribly busy and I have never had to wait long at checkout.

A friend took me geocery shopping for the first time at a SAV MOR. Its a bright, clean store and had more selections than I had expected. I found plenty of my favorites here. I would definitely shop here again. Employees are helpful and friendly.

Fast and friendly

Very reasonable prices on many of the groceries that they have to offer. Good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. They also have butchers in their meat department which is plus on finding the right cut. The deli has prepackaged salads for grapping a quick side dish and a hot case for a quick snack. Everybody that I have met working there has been helpful and cheerful.

Price is cheaper then most, service is friendly. But most customers dont wear masks in store even some employees dont. I didnt buy veggies like I wanted,just milk with husband in chemo couldnt take the chance. I wont go back for awhile.

What I go into a store, I get what I want, then I pay and go home. The people in the store are very kind and helpful. And help me find what I am looking for.

Staff/ Employees very friendly and helpful. Items are easy to find, and isle directory signs easy to read. Excellent prices and nice variety of brands. Does seem to be popular, but the first sign of any wait in line, they already have another(or more, depending on increase of shoppers in line) cashier opening their stand.

Not really a save more type of place. One cashier needs her attitude checked. I get that retail isnt easy. Been there done that. But atleast I would stick with the routine of have a nice day with a smile. The floor associates are pretty nice. Especially the cart man. Not my favorite store.

Its in a convenient location for me. Some real bargains (mostly on meat) & some more than average prices. I would rate it $$ out of 3.

I live close by so I only choose to go there for last minute convenience reasons. But that is the only reason I will go there. They are extremely expensive and extremely rude. They follow you around the store and not once do they even ask if you need help finding something. If I go there enough to recognize the manager and main employees then Im sure at least one of them recognize Im a frequent paying customer. Instead Im treated like Im a horrible person and they make feel extremely uncomfortable. They have actually accused my husband of stealing .25 cent koolaid! After they seen the koolaid on our receipt and in the shopping bag they didnt even have the decency to apologize. I know they are a franchise but I wish the people who control the sav•mor foods name would do something about the way they treat paying customers.

I have tried to stop going to SAV MOR in Redding because they are doing almost nothing to provide shoppers with a safe experience. The ONLY precautions they have take are to provide shields at the registers and some hand sanitizer in the entrance. NO MASKS FOR EMPLOYEES, little attention to social distancing. They DO HAVE MASKS but they are not requiring them for the employees. I asked one cashier why employees werent wearing a mask and she said: Im claustrophobic, I would have to stay home. Ill give her the benefit of the doubt (a lot of doubt). I asked the manager why she wasnt requiring masks and she passed the buck up to corporate. I asked her if she had authority as a manager to implement the requirement and she said there were discussions at corporate. If I could give a negative number I would!

Dont come looking to save money. Same prices as Safeway, but you have to bag your own stuff AND the store is not clean AND their produce goes bad very quickly. I only go there because its closest to my house. The only item thats cheap here is the milk.

This grocery store is supposed to be a discount market but I found some prices here to be the same or higher than Wal Mart. They also dont sell a wide variety of foods. You have to bag your own groceries no matter how much you have purchased. I didnt mind doing this but people with some disabilities or the elderly may find this very challenging.

I got Bing Cherries for .99$ a lb. This place has great prices, Wonderful employees, & whoa noone was bickering! The fruit was time! The bread not moldy or hard...The womans bathroom was very clean. I was very impressed

Sav Mor is a smaller grocery store. In fact, Id never heard of one until I came to northern California. Its not Safeway or WinCo and doesnt have all the bells and whistles of large grocery stores like them. Still, it has a hot deli section, a small fresh-baked section and all the other areas youd expect to find in a grocery store. But if youre looking for lots of variety or specialty items you may not find it here. However, if you just need to grab a few items on the way home from work for tonights dinner, its the perfect place for that, and its a nicer, less rushed atmosphere.

SavMore is convenient. Thats the good. But the name is deceiving. We actually call it Save Less. This store is owned by Holiday Market, so its all the price, but none of the flare. The selection is more than a convenience store, but by no means what you would expect at a grocery store.

Savemor but more like save less... Id only go here if you arent able to shop anywhere else. The few times Ive had to shop here it ended up being twice as much as it would have been somewhere else and they dont have much of a selection.I actually just posted this before reading any of the other reviews to realize Save less is actually common for people to call this store

Walmart refuses to bring in a certain flavor made by Coffee Mate and had it but got rid of it and Safeway wont do it either 😞 But am employee at Sav More heard me talking about it and said come to Save More and they carry it and I said how would you know and she said I work there and know our products 😂 How sweet was that and I went and they do 😊 Creme Brulee is there best flavor 😊 Plus they have so much other stuff in there store so I buy other stuff too. 😊

The store and the staff are friendly and helpful. The selection here is mediocre but they do have a little of most common grocery items available. Upon my second trip here I realized that it is fairly high priced on most healthy foods. Which is why I gave three stars.
