Usually have a decent experience here but this time I was paying for my groceries and the cashier did not speak a word to me but was plenty chatty with the customer before me. Even offered to help the customer carry their bags out. Her name tag said Beatriz. Please teach your cashiers to at least greet their customers. Was about to snatch my receipt out of her hands but I remembered MY manners. Very rude, do better.

Normally I have a pleasant time shopping at the Redlands store however today I was treated very rudely. I approached a register to check out. The light was on but nobody home. I realized that the cashier was chatting with the girl at the next register. She finally saw me but when she came to ring me up the other girl came with her. They continued their conversation. She never spoke to me. Never said hi, bye, thank you or anything. I needed bags but she never asked and I didn’t want to interrupt their conversation. She was still chatting with her friend when she handed me the receipt. Never spoke to me at all. Her name was Francine. I just wonder if she would like a cashier to treat her like that..

Open TIL 12AM! Clean and well stocked store. The cashier was talkative and friendly.

They almost always have what I need but they always have such big lines. Whats the point of having so many lines if only 3 are going to be open despite the lines being way back in the aisles closer to the back of the store. Its also impossible to find help here.

Sufficient parking any time of day. Employees are mostly friendly and willing to help. They should always have the line open of 15 items or less the whole day. Most of the time they have good sale on items i want. Some things cost more than walmart thats like 20 feet away, food4less has more variety or choices. At night theres enough homeless to make me uncomfortable.

Great variety of fruits and veggies and nice wide aisles and there are restrooms.

The prices are great. Lots of parking and theyre very helpful when you dont know where anything is because this isnt where you usually shop. Ill definitely have to go there more often. ☺️

Wish I could give it zero stars. Went in there today because my mom likes this ghetto market for some reason and at least 6 people, including employees had no masks on. Never going here again. Ghetto, ghetto, ghetto.

Always great service at this store. Francine was especially helpful to me last week and helped bag my groceries. Delores is usually there to help me and always goes out of her way to give excellent service. When you combine with low prices its hard to beat Food for Less. Thank you.

This store has exceptional employees! They are knowledgeable, friendly, hard working and have been there for a long time! The produce clerk gives you good cooking tips! Their vegetables and fruits are the freshest! When theyre busy they run all the checkout lines! Their prices are reasonable too! Store is quite clean! Everything is super easy to find! Ive shopped here for many years! I know most the cashiers and the produce clerk! His name is Jeremy!

This is a nice little place to stop and get some groceries. They have reasonable prices and sometimes you can get epic deals. My one issue is sometimes the waits can be a little long for my liking. Ive been here more than once where they only had 2 lanes open for over 10 customers to check out.

Food 4 Less is a subsidiary of Kroger grocery chain. Its the basic store within that companys hierarchy. With that said, this store has all the pantry necessities youll need and more. The prices are very fair, the selection is good, and the store is clean and well maintained. The produce is fresh, the meats are cut nicely, and the dairy cases are freshly stocked. However, this store does not have a cold cut or hot deli as youll find in other stores. They do make fresh rotisserie chicken, wings, and potato wedges during lunch and dinner hours. The staff at this particular store is fantastic. Ive always received excellent customer service from every person that Ive asked help from. Theres plenty of good grocery stores to shop at in Redlands and this is one of those gems.

Great place to pick up last minute things before midnight. Good clean store with bright lights both in parking lot and in store. Staff is always friendly and they to accept Samsung Pay.

Did not know about this place until a friend brought me there. Place is great for off-brand (and sometimes brand) goods. Their meat prices are pretty good and sometimes only beaten by the local Mexican market miles away. Definitely recommend for frugal shoppers.

The cashier was very nice and customer service was great. Except for I didnt know you gotta pay $0.15 for a bag. Lol. She gave me boxes which worked out great.

Awesome Bakery Team. I needed a cake for my granddaughter on a budget and the bakery Ms. Lilia arranged a beautiful small cake with cupcakes surrounding it for me. My heart was overwhelmed with thanks. This a Great Food 4 Less to attend.

I stopped by this store at 5:00 pm to buy sweet corns 5/$1special.But those are gone early. So I had come back without those.If those were all gone early, those had to be restocked.But a employee denied to restock those.I made my mind not to shop again there, because of no believing the storesmanagement.

Very friendly staff at this place, excellent items stocked, good parking lot, store is easy to find. Prices are also excellent.I recommend this store.

Produce associate Londell is awsome! his customer service is outstanding he is super friendly while I was in produce he helped me out with what I needed to find. I heard him saying hi to every customer and ask if they needed help with anything. I could walk around the entire store and not one other person will say anything to me.. I have been shopping at this food for less for several years but never had the customer service I do now at least in produce, he is a great addition to this store..

Grocery prices are very reasonable. Stocks Kroger brand just like Ralphs but priced cheaper. Very few cashiers soooo checkout lines are slow.

I shop here 95% of the time. Employees always friendly and helpful. Always has some kind of deal to feed my family. And thats important.

There prices at food for less are great. They always have great deals on their meats. If your looking for reasonable priced food this is the store to shop. Its conveniently located next to the 10fwy. If youre looking for a walmart its right next door. If your on vacation and looking for a grocery store to stop at exit california street in Redlands California.

Used to be a great place to shop, now most prices are as bad as every other grocery store. No longer worth going out of way, to shop. Store is clean and well stocked... Not enough cashiers.

Better prices than many stores, if you shop carefully. Weekly specials often best buys. Produce VB plentiful and good quality.

I recommend buying a 6 pack of 20oz soda, chilling it at home, then take 1 with you when you go out to eat so you dont pay $2-$3 bucks for a drink each time you go out to eat. You can save a couple hundred a year that way!☺

Most everytime i go there and have to use bathroom its the most UNSANITARY . They need to focus on the bathroom it should be clean its a grocery store where we BUY FOOD poop smeared all over toilet on the floor DISGUSTING

The staff is helpful and friendly.It was great when they were open 24 hours. Now they are only open 6am-midnight. :(I find most of what I need at Aldi at a lower price.F4L still beats others (except Aldi) on non sale groceries. Most Latin markets beat F4L in produce with more selections and lower prices.F4L Redlands expanded their produce section (May/2016).

Food for less at that time i was in a big hurry but mange to get some food needed the everything was neatly in order.

FOUND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AT REASONABLE PRICES, JUST WISH THE BOTTLED BEVERAGE/TEA SELECTION WAS BETTER.

This is a bargain based shopping experience. International frozen foods available and a wide variety of frozen seafood and meats.

Parking lot is near the entrance making it less stressful with heavy winds. Cashiers are very quick with groceries just be ready to pay and not be one of those people who lag to pay and cashiers are waiting.

This is one of your older Food 4 Less stores the appearance is very disorganized there doesnt seem to be a sense of organization here in the store employees walking around the store with it looks like nothing to do the company needs to send higher Ups 2 teach them to be better organized in the store and make it presentable looking

Store was ok,but its not buy food for less,prices are just as bad as Stater Bros. However,from my walk to the store from my car i was asked by a handful of different people if i wanted to buy dvds from one guy,then tamales from a different guy, then candy from a girl then gas from a homeless dude. Waited in line 20 mins to check out.
