Great place for your oil change. Very quick.

They are so short staffed that you have to call 2 or 3 times and wait on hold forever to be able to talk to someone.Got my oil changed, they said it would take 30-45 minutes.An hour later when I walked back there... oh yeah your cars done now! They never let us know when it was done.Tires were all over inflated and oil was dumped all over the top of my engine. They were definitely alot faster and cared more before

They didnt tighten my lug nuts after a tire rotation! So great full I decided against going to Bend otherwise I would have never noticed the weird noise that made me pull over! Could have killed my whole family!

Itsok they dont offer tirer service for rv though no selling or putting on tirers at all o f any kind now thats big disappointment

The worst service ever. If I didnt have a 3 year warranty on my battery I would have left. I will NEVER buy a battery there again. In fact when I tried to complain to the employee he told me I could take my 3 month old battery and leave.

All these years & they. Still dont know how to control the temperature! They run the heater in the summer! So you cant shop your too hot so you leave!!! Their excuse is its controlled out of state! Your telling me they cant figure out its over 100° here & we dont want more HEAT!! Cool would help people spend more money! I get too hot & grab what I need & leave!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Simply understand there is only a few guys working the entire Auto Center, so be patient. I still feel, however, the quality of service work is good.

Vary unprofessional, 30 to 45 minute job, became 2 hours didnt make pay but still was very lame probably wont go back.

I own a 2000 BMW 740iL... Rear tire size 225/45R18... Ordered two rear tires but was told by car center manager the new policy requires placing car on lift, they dont have a Euro lift or they wont install... Two years ago they sold me the same tires and installed using two lift Jacks at lift points... Walmart will not be servicing any of my trucks or cars from now on... Discount Tire of Bend will install for $25.00 each. They have a Euro lift.

Well I had to take tires to c-m to mount and balance. The air is down I had to go to c-m to mount tires. Because the air is broken and they dont know how long it will be down. I am not happy about it!!

Way to long of a wait. Dont know if they put in the right oil. They were shorthanded and busy tho .

Not going back again.My oil filter was loose & Im not the only one that happened to. My boss granddaughter as well had the same issue. Lost out on $50+ oh well. It will go back to them.

We waited 3.5 hrs for 2 tires to be put on before they came out to tell us the they didnt have the tires we where told where in stock. Then we waited an extra 45 min for them to put new ones on. The lady at the auto desk had horrible customer service and was very rude to every customer that asked her a question or for assistance.

I had my oil changed here last week and i will not be making that mistake again. The tech didnt bother to check my odometer and entered my mileage as 123456, then didnt bother to update my address or the color of my vehicle. And when i returned to ask to get the correct mileage and updated printout for my records for my vehicles warranty, i was told they couldnt make a new print out unless i bought another oil change then the tech just wrote in wrong mileage

I brought in a very difficult vehicle to service and the guys really went out of their way to try everything to make it work.

This is the worst tire center I have ever been to! I go there to have the balance checked and tires rotated, no line in front of me. They appear to have enough staff.Truck gets pulled in, after a bit the serviceman comes and asks me for my wheel lock key. I dont have wheel locks, I explain this and loan him my thin wall socket. It gets worse from there but its a long story. Long enough that it takes him 4 hours, and he only does 3 wheels. I take it to another shop to find that the 3 he did, none of are balanced, attempted is giving too much credit.This place is horrible, will never return!

Good people that go out of their way to help. They go as fast as they can and try n get it right.

Had four new put on less then 3,000 miles ago but i was told i would have to get four new after one tire had an un-patchable gash. Because it would ruin the alignment due to it being a european car. Smh

Arrived at 2:45pm to get new tires installed on my vehicle. They said that there would be no issue and it should be done in 2 hours. Finally at 7:00pm they tell me they didnt have the right bit to remove the lugs on my tires. Total waste of 4 hours. The guy who was working on my vehicle couldnt give me half of the answers to my questions. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else that specializes in tires NOT WALMART.

Would have gotten five star rating but the way it was extreme for one tire change

Had my oil changed and they even replaced my windshield wipers for free. Everyone seemed to be very nice and helpful.

Prices are great /need more staff on hand to cover the work load/ otherwise good

On Sept 4th, Tuesday we arrived at the Tire Center about 11am. We needed 2 new tires. Immediately we got our order in & was told it would be about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hrs.Well, at 2pm our truck is still sitting in a stall. When we asked about how much longer we were not given a timeline. Needless to say, we continue to wait for our 2 tires to be installed.The workers seemed not to care that it had been 3hrs.Please be aware when u come to get any work done to ask specifically how long it will take.We were told to call URBER!!!!What the HELL. Very rude!

Arrived at 7 am to have 4 new snow tires put on that I order on Walmart .com.they sent me wrong size tires ..found this out after we arrived..the width was 2 inches narrower but rim was right size..they still look good but thats not the point..its a giant hassel to return them ..wait at least another week for Walmart to send the right ones..Walmart does not take any responsibility for their screw up!!.I was second in line..Juan & Cory were great guys..their supervisor was an ass..we had our 2 dogs with us that r super friendly.that lay in back of crew cab well be haved..Supervisor told us to remove the dogs or they wouldnt install tires..WE LIVE 50 MILES AWAY..OUR BABIES GO EVRYWHERE WITH US..we walked our dogs for 5 hrs..Im not kiddin!! 5 HRS!!..WONT GO BACK..GOING BACK TO SWABBS IN PRINEVILLE..PAY MORE BUT 10 TIMES FASTER!!

The redmond walmart auto center is the absolute worst. It took them over 2 hours to change a new tire for me. Their staff (particularly a girl, Alex) were extremely unprofessional. She ignored me at the counter, helped other people who got there after me, had personal conversations with a girl named Melissa instead of assisting me (when I was the only person standing there waiting to be helped), and didnt have a clue in the world what she was doing. She would also complain to other customers about her day and how broke she was. They honestly were the slowest place I have ever been, zero sense of urgency, and there werent even cars ahead of mine after 30min. Seriously the worst! Dont waste your day here.

Tech lied to me saying my tires couldnt be balanced do to being to worn out so got a second opinion. And what a surprise they said they had plenty life in them and did a rebalanced them for me.

Fast, thorough, cheap. Full synthetic for under $50. Cha-ching!!

I was the only car in the shop and it took over 3 hours to get my tires put on. They said they forgot they were directional tires so they had to redo it. Im never going back, not worth the 25 dollars I saved over tire factory.

Ill shop there but I wont have my oil changed there, twice now they have not done a good job, this time made it offical!

Horrible service, staff is not knowledgeable. They refused to put the tire I bought at walmart on my car. The assistant manager was a snotty young thing with no tire experience. I will never buy tires there again.
