I wasn’t so happy to arrive for an appointment to wait 2 hours to be told that the tires I ordered weren’t at the shop. Proactive communication would’ve been appreciated especially since my mobile number was at the top of the receipt. Regardless, they were able to save a trip of mine- put on a loaner tire for a slow leak tire that needed replacement. I showed up for my 2nd appointment and all went well. They are extremely busy, however they are very kind, patient, and solution oriented. Though they lacked some communication- due to their systems and not people - every single person interacted with were polite and helpful.

I made a same day appointment for the afternoon, but arrived in the morning and asked to be slotted in if at a possible. I did have to wait about 2hrs but that was still 4hrs earlier than my appointment, so Im grateful! They fixed my flat for free (standard service! always free!), and checked air pressure in all the other tires.Theyre super busy these days and short staffed so I recommend an appointment. Ill definitely be coming back though for future tire service!

I went to discount tire today around 4 PM and I just had to write this review. So they were busy & I got nothing but wonderful top-notch customer service. Great service! I needed to replace all 4 tires for my Subaru legacy. Luckily, they have the matching tires in stock so I dont have to make another appointment and come back later.

Discount tire staff is always courteous, accommodating and efficient. They price match and offer great value by fixes flats, swaping winter tires/wheels and checking tire pressure for free. I always shop around but seem to go back to them for the final purchase.

We ordered wheels and tires for our car hauler trailer and received the wrong lug pattern wheels and a different brand of tires. We finally ended up with non-matching wheels and one of the (Goodyear) tires has a sidewall bulge. This location failed to catch any of these issues and since they took an extra week to sort things out I was forced to make a cross-country trip with the defective tire.

Had a bad experience where I was not helped for my front tires that I bought from them with 60000 miles warranty and it had only run for 11k and had gone flat on the inside. The guy told me to go replace the tire and will give me discount which I feel is a ripoff..

I had my Dodge Caravan repaired here about 4 months ago. Once you got your tires here, you will get full free services without extra charges for those tires. Jesus, the great amigo there, two thumbs up!

Checked in through their contactless link. Waited 30 minutes and not one associate spoke to me or said anything. Several walked passed me various times, no greeting. I walked inside and politely asked how long would it take to purchase a tire warranty. Was told they’d be right with me. Waited another 21 minutes but after that same attendant walked passed me three times without saying anything, I left. I understand some customer may have had appointments but at least set my expectations. It would take tops a minute to let me know the process. The perception is that people are just coming in after me and being helped. I gave 2 stars because I’ve never had this type of experience at discount tire before. This location set a low bar.

Asked how long it would take to install new tires as I had work and was told easy only 45 minutes - definitely less than an hour if you make an appointment so I did and ended up waiting over 2 hours. If your going to suggest people make an appointment please be respectful of their time as they are of yours. Totally unnecessary headache and bad service. Dont waste peoples time.

Ive been using discount tire locations for years all over the west coast. This location does quality work. Businesses cant always be perfect but what also makes this discount tire stand out is if there is a mistake, they will make sure to take care of it and make you feel like a valued customer. I had an issue come up that was the result of work performed a while back under a prior manager. Brought the car in and they corrected the issue no questions and went above and beyond to make sure that I would return for future business. Highly recommend, thanks for your help Zachary.

Terrible customer service. Directional signs out front have a left facing arrow for ‘check in’ and right facing arrow for ‘air check’. I am an educated adult and the directional signs were very clear. So when following the ‘air check’ sign I was told I had to go all the way back and wait in the long ‘check in’ line for a simple tire pressure check. I am from Phoenix and the Discount Tire by my house has two lanes, one to check in for more labor intensive services, and one for a quick tire pressure check! Get it together Discount Tire Redmond, it’s not rocket science!

Incredible service. My tires arrived early in the week and I was free on the weekend. I called unknowingly that there were closed. The manger picked up and even though they were closed said to come by and they will put my tires on. They even helped me make sure they dont rub. Cant thank them enough! Yall are incredible.

Was quoted one price then when I called back a higher price. They want to sell their house brand tires. When I called back yet again they quoted an even higher price? They used to be willing to work with you on the price, no longer. Super expensive for just tires... go to Costco, better service no bs.

Not impressed. I ordered a set of winter tires and wheels from them, was told I would get an email when they arrived. I never received an email and had to call back to check in. They said everything had arrived, set up an appointment for the next day. After arriving, waiting an hour for them to work on the car, I checked in and was told fedex delivered the wrong tires and that they were putting new ones on, not sure how long I would have had to wait if I didnt ask. Ended up spending about 2 hours for something that was promised in an hour or less.People working here were nice and did rectify the mistake, but I would have appreciated better communication, felt like I was being left out here to dry while they scrambled to fix their mistake.

These guys are great...they have good competitive tire pricing and always good service. There is even a coned off drive up tire check which dont have to even get out of car. At my last tire check my car battery died and I needed a jump start and the employee didnt even hesitate for one second to pull his personal vehicle up and help jump it to get me going. Quality business.

Not even minimum training provided to these kids that work here all day in the cold. I stopped by today to get my air pressure checked . I drive a dually and i had my trailer so 12 wheels . Gave the kid a 20 when i said hello . I said trailer at 80psi, truck front 80 psi and truck rear duals at 65 . He asked me 4 times during the process what pressure i wanted . All good . I leave there and i check my dash . Front left 67 . FR 73. Rear left 75 and 90 . Rear right 67 and 90 . Trailer 65 . It is not this kids fault . The management that did not tell these kids that what they do can kill ppl are at fault . Oh and they dont have any extension for dual wheels . Kid said they lost it months ago . . . I am going to stay away from this place .

Had an appointment at 1:30, at 2:20 I still hadn’t been seen so I went to see if they could still change my tires. They asked me to wait and left the desk to do something in the shop, so I waited for about 10 minutes and when the guy returned I just had them refund me. I understand that running late happens, but I was bummed that they didn’t apologize or express that they were sorry for making me wait nearly an hour after my appointment time. I have very limited time on my hands and had made this appointment a week in advance, not sure when I’ll have another opportunity to get my mom’s tires replaced.

Took my Land Cruiser here because it had a steering wheel vibration at highway speeds. This location has high quality Hunter road force balancing machines. They have a window with some benches where you can sit and watch the shop floor. The folks working here were really professional. They worked very quickly. I was in and out in about 30 minutes on a weekday. After testing my car out on the highway, the vibration is completely gone. Its a much more comfortable car than it was before. Heres the kicker: total bill was $0. Discount tire is too good to be true

Ok... so I had to wait about two hours to get my tires rotated. 30 mins longer than they originally said. HOWEVER... This team at discount tire Redmond is ON IT with customer service. Brian and James inside the shop were phenomenal. It was SOOOOOOOOO busy!!! Phones never stopped ringing and the line was constant - they never let the stress wear them out!! Amazing service!! Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Great customer service, even though I was late, they took a look at my problem. when they determined that it would take 4-5 days for the replacement tire, they didnt charge for checking while recommending i reach out to dealer. I will continue to use them as my preferred location

Excellent prices, customer service, and Covid social distancing policy. They now have drive up check in, and you drive your car into the shop so that no technition needs to get in your car.

Despite great reviews I had opposite experience. After the check in I waited long in the queue. Despite my turn my place was given to someone who had just entered the business. When finally my turn came they guy went somewhere and didn’t return for more than 15 minutes. Out of frustration I just left the place.

Really need to give a big applause to discount tire store in Redmond. they are offering curbside service, meaning that the technician will come to you to communicate, take and return keys to ensure the safety of everyone. there are plenty of parking spaces to keep social distancing from other customers. one really thoughtful thing they have done is they would go extra mile to clean the wheel lock and put both the key and lock in a ziploc bag. This further limits the risk of exposure of both the customer and their own employee. i will have to say i have purchased two sets of winters tires from them, two sets of all season tires and they have never disappointed me with their great customer service they offer. for those who need tire services, but are worried about safety, I think going to discount tire store is safer than going into a grocery store or pick up an order from an restaurant.

Had a great experience from ordering online 4 tires. The website was great and scheduling the install was easy. Left my car there at night and they finished early the next morning. They left me a message on my phone and ran in to pay and get the car. Very helpful staff and even though they were busy they were friendly to tell me theyd be with me shortly. Would totally buy from them again!

I had an unique situation where we couldnt use the tires I had purchased to mount on my factory wheels (classic vehicle). I felt that Preston went above and beyond to take care of the issue and made sure that I left happy. One remaining issue was easily resolved over the phone with no hassle. The customer service is easily as good, if not better than other major tire stores and the prices at Discount Tire are far better. Same warranty, better prices. Not sure why everyone isnt shopping at Discount Tire. Do yourself a favor and at least go in for a quote.

This place doesnt even deserve one star!! We left the car on Saturday morning to replace a flat tire. We agreed to pick up on Monday morning because they are closed on Sunday! When we picked up the car at 11am Monday they still had not fixed the tire! Ill never go back here again. The competetor down the street is much better!

I was a customer of America’s Tire store prior to moving to Washington. I have a vehicle that is a pain to rotate the tires. The rear wheels are dedicated. That means all the tires must be broken down off the wheels to rotate them. I’ve had people try to charge me as much as $140 for a tire rotation. So I made a deal with America’s tire store for life. Discount tire is honoring that deal I made. I really appreciate the fact they are willing to do that for me. I’ll be their faithful customer for life! 🙏🏻👍🏻

I used this tire shop the past two sets of tires Ive purchased. I thought they were a decent shop. One that I thought I could trust. As to why my opinion has changed has to do with my experience with them today. It started with my significant other informing me today that her front tire had a serious sidewall bulge and sent me a photo. The tire was completely unsafe to drive on. I called Discount tire up since they were my go to shop. They had some replacement tires in stock, and said they could get me in today if I could get there in 10 to 15 minutes. I understood cause it was near their closing time. I headed out the door since I only lived about 10 minutes away. I called them when I was two street lights away saying its going to take a few more minutes to get there but that I was on my way (this was only 10 minutes after I last talked to them) . The guy changed his mind and said they just want to get home and dont want to take us in now. He said maybe tomorrow. Because of this they betrayed my trust and I guess they dont appreciate my business. They tell me one thing and then change it a few minutes later. I guess they dont care about going the extra mile to maintain brand loyalty, its just a job to them. Im now getting my tires installed at a different local shop, hopefully this one will go the extra mile if its ever needed.

I just dropped in, no appointment, due to a tire with a slow leak. They were very busy and I did have to wait a couple of hours till they could get to my car. When it was my turn, they found a nail, fixed my tire and also rotated my tires, which I asked them to do if they had time. No charge for any of it. I was speechless. Will definitely be back when I need new tires. Oh, Tesla 3 if that helps.

Had a great experience getting my tire patched when a screw found its way in my tire. Huge shout-out to Joe for staying a bit later to make sure things were right. He helped me spec out some wheel and tire combinations for my other car. Its great when you meet staff who have personality and are genuinely trying to help out without any salesman bologna. Have purchased multiple sets of tires over the years. Always was pleased with price and service. Not anymore. Tire pressure monitor sensor light went off at least 10 times since latest purchase of new tires - sometimes staying on for hours or even days. Visited Discount Tire store three times to ask that sensors be checked. Each time was told that sensors were fine and tire pressure was okay. Asked that sensors be replaced. Store wouldnt do it unless I paid, wouldnt even pull a tire off to check if they had installed sensors incorrectly. Will be buying tires from Costco in the future. They understand how important service is to maintaining a customer.

Wish I could leave a 1/2 star, poor customer service. Waited in store for my truck’s tire to be replaced. Watched in sit in the lot while 4 of the 8 employs talked with each other and messed around. Laughable professionalism.

Discovered my tire had a screw in it and the tire seemed to be losing air. I got into them just before closing time and they were so friendly and took care of the flat for me staying even after hours! It was a new car and obviously I did not buy my tires from them. Im still stunned that theres businesses like this that treats people so well! Will definitely go to them when its time for tires.

How do you get a tire place, called a generic Discount Tire especially, to have some of the friendliest, most professional service people in any industry? Its a mystery. But such is the magic of Discount Tire in Redmond. Everyone is friendly. Prices are reasonable. Rotations and other basic services are free.They take walk-ins but I highly recommend getting an appointment as they can get very busy (bring the best in town died that!).

On average $100 lower cost than Firestone and unlike Firestone they really honor their insurance. They dont push an up sell every time you get a flat. Its so refreshing to not be lied to about tires and forced to but 4 new tires every time you get a flat. Firestone lied and told me it was a law that I had to but a new set of tires. Over an insured flat. They said they couldnt fix it. But same tire was fixed in an hour at discount tire. Cost $35 for a tire rotation.
