I had used them for several years to fix a Chevy Traverse that was non stop issues. They were the only shop I felt really good about with knowledge and quality of work. I got rid of the traverse and haven’t needed a mechanic since. Till today when my young niece visiting had a light come on. I stopped in and they helped her even though they didn’t have to. Super appreciate the kindness to make sure my niece could get home safely.
It was my first time coming here. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The price is also fair. Thank you very much again for helping me get through my day! I will definitely come back.
I went in with concerns about my car not driving smooth on the freeway at 65mph. And my engine light was on. My scanner showed catalytic and turbo issues. Cub looked on the outside of the catalytic converter and the turbo for around $80ish. Then he said he would charge me just under $600 to go in and check my turbo and catalytic converter. He told me I needed a coil and I said the numbersPO301-304 usually come up when I need one. He kind of talked around this. He never took it on a test drive. A friend recommended another repair shop and they took it on a test drive. The mechanic said I needed to balance and rotate my tires. Checked out the catalytic converter and turbo and said they were fine. Cost $144. Got my tires balanced and rotated and my car has been wonderful for over a month. And no engine light on.
The team at West Werks are always thourough with their work. Highly skilled and highly dependable they have always delivered quality service when car troubles arose for me. Matt is also kind going in depth into how the process goes from getting my car back to good condition. I would highly recommend West Werks to Mini drivers in Redmond who are looking to get repairs done.
Needed some service done on my car. They were fast and did quality work. I would recommend them to anyone.
Greatest guys ever! I ordered a part but it was a nearby store with a slightly similar name. They knew the owner of the store and DROVE ME THERE to get it. Wow! So kind and amazing.
Matt aways helps me / us out when in a jam. They are experts who run a tight shop. Many cars serviced by them over the years, always with a great outcome!

Ive been going to West Werks for several years; they look after my whole familys cars, both European and Japanese, and Ive always been pleased by the level of service I receive.Matt and his guys are courteous and professional. Theyll quickly diagnose any issues, carefully explain any problems that need to be fixed, and give you a reasonable estimate. The final price has always been in line, with no unexpected costs tacked on.Theres always a certain amount of trust that needs to be established with any service provider, whether its a contractor, plumber, lawyer, or mechanic... its just a byproduct of the specialized knowledge that the average person doesnt have and therefore we as the consumer are relying on the other party being fair and honest.Thankfully, Matt and West Werks work diligently to build and foster that trust, which is why I continue to recommend them and bring my cars here.
Great guys and great work!
These guys are unbelievably great. Whenever I find a tradesman (contractor, plumber, auto tech, etc.) that I trust, I stick with them closely. These guys diagnose and fix things, and dont just swap out parts hoping itll fox the problem. Theyve handled some oddball issues with my turbocharged Miata and have kept my e39 BMW running great for 140K miles. Theyll let me know if something is a problem, and even better, let me know if its not. I trust them completely and theyre very fairly priced. If your car is out of warranty and you want to be sure a job will be done right, I see no reason to choose a dealership over West Werks.
Super knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. Ive been taking my BMWs to them for years
I will not go anywhere else. These guys treat my car with the upmost respect. Ive been going to this guys since 2008 and havent gone anywhere else. Theyve done everything from your standard oil changes to tracking down difficult parts to find from a yard.
Polite, and friendly doesnt make up for the cost and the fact that they didnt fix the initial problem
I had brought my car here several times over the past few years with nary a problem. However, dishonesty is something I cannot abide by when it comes to an auto mechanic.I dropped my car off late on a Friday, well aware that it wouldnt be evaluated until Monday. I parked it in the rear parking lot, making sure to inform them where I had parked it. I was told that it would be moved inside of their gated area for the weekend and that it would be looked at on Monday. The following Sunday I drove by the lot after family members who live in the area informed me that it was still sitting where I had left it. Lo and behold, there was my car, still sitting in the dark parking lot, unmoved.I called them late Monday afternoon to check on the status of my car and it was very clear that my car had been completely forgotten about, as the employee who answered the phone was completely unaware that my car had been scheduled to be looked at. I cancelled their services and informed them that I was coming to pick up my car. When I arrived I asked the owner why my vehicle had been left in the parking lot when I was told it would be moved. His response was that he had never said they would move my vehicle for the weekend and that I was mistaken.Heres the deal; There are key phrases that a person makes a point to remember in any conversation, and I specifically made it a point to remember being informed that my car would be moved. While disappointing, what was most upsetting wasnt the fact that my car wasnt moved, or even the fact that it was forgotten and not even looked at the following Monday, its that I was lied to, by the owner, about what he had said they would do with my car. There are an abundance of ways that an auto mechanic can take advantage of a customer, so character and honesty are two of the most critical traits I look for when choosing a mechanic. My trust had been betrayed and as such, I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere for the service it needed.UPDATE 8/20/2013 - Earlier this week a terrible screeching, metal on metal noise started coming from the right front wheel well of my car. I had it towed to my new mechanic who found that the front axels on my car were too short and needed replacing. They stated that it appeared that someone had jury-rigged the wrong size axels onto the car which resulted in their early failure. The last mechanic to work on the axels on my car? West Werks auto. To purposefully fit the wrong parts on a car is outright criminal.AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS
Charged me over $1000 and now vehicle is dead. want $1600 furthermore for a part that failed in their care.worst possible service.
Awesome service! Thank you!!
