This is a great import auto repair shop that charges a fair price. This is my second interaction with them and I have no complaints. Pro tip though, make sure you arent picking up your vehicle on a Friday afternoon during the summer.

They explained to me all of my mechanical issues in an easy to understand manner, gave me repair options and and even delivered my car to my doorstep when I couldnt find a way to get to Redmond to pick it up. They are honest and reliable and I have never been gouged or misled! I never worry about sending my wife to get an estimate or have work done because I know she will get the same treatment as I do...they are some of the last honest automotive wizards.

They have earned my business... way below estimated quote, and got it done quick. I had a stripped oil drain plug, I tried everything to get it out. They got it out and even changed my oil. I had a quick trip planned from Pdx to Redmond, and then back to Pdx that happened to coincide with the Solar Eclipse hoopla. I left Pdx late to avoid traffic and at 1am, just South of Madras my truck made a huge Bang and that was it….. Sounded like a rod blew, or a backfire - who knows? The next morning (Tues) I started calling, trying to find a repair shop I could have it towed to. But no one would help me. Most said they were too busy, or they were taking time off before eclipse, or whatever... Finally one of them gave me C&S ph# along with a positive review, but I didn’t have much hope. I wasn’t sure my truck (older) could be - or even would be worth repairing and I needed to get back to pdx by Fri. Ha! There wasn’t a rental car, plane, bus, train or anything to be had either. I talked to Stephen at C&S - told him how desperate I was, and he explained they also were busy- he wasn’t sure when he could even take a look but said he’d do his best to take a look by Friday. So Friday morning he calls & I just knew he was going to tell me he didn’t get a chance to look… would have to postpone, yada yada. But to my total DISBELIEF he said he had looked at it, and it was fixed, ready to go and the bill was $40.00 I am still in shock! And now, 4 months later my truck hasn’t missed a beat. If that doesn’t say it all… here I was - from out of town, I had told him I was desperate, I had no idea what could be wrong, it was the week folks were charging $10 for 50cent hamburgers… Grateful doesn’t even come close to covering how I feel. I’m also grateful that every other shop was too busy to give me the time of day. When any of my vehicles need any work you can bet I will drive from Pdx to Redmond and I’ll have the work done at C&S Auto Repair. They’re STELLAR!
