I had all four of my tires replaced recently and one of the tire was losing air (not flat) just after driving few miles. I came to the shop again for a checkup and the guy at front desk said that I don’t have time to check. So I booked an appointment and came later. After waiting for the appointment day, the guy says if the issue is not fixable, then I won’t put the tire back and you have to pay $550 to replace the tire, which is lot more than what I paid originally. Remember this is not even a flat, just some loss of air pressure which can be due to the weather. I have concerns with the original product being used here at first place and also after service support. I will not recommend this shop to anyone who cares for after service and genuine products. I had a Costco quote which was $50 more than this shop to replace the tires but I did a mistake of trying to save $50 and trusted these guys. Guys, if you are looking to replace tire, just go with Costco. You can trust their quality and after service support, but not these guys. Lesson learned!

My experiences:Scheduled an appointment time over the phone. When I showed up at my appointment time I was told that my appointment was scheduled for 2 hours prior and that this was the end time of my appointment.I was told I could come back (brakes were bad, not an option), but they were scheduling a week out or I could stay and they would fit me inTook about 3 hours before they finally called to tell me they had a chance to get to my car. Took another 2 hours for them to get the parts they ordered. My 2 hour appointment ended up taking 6.5 hours.Brakes started squealing not long after.Tried phoning the location several times on different occasions and never got a human to answer or a message.Eventually got a hold of someone to schedule another appointment to check the brakes.Next appointment revealed that the brake pads were faulty and would need to be replaced.

I work at a dealership and my own shop had issues getting my car to go straight. I spoke to Briann who was a total pro and he set my appointment up and I told him when I needed it by and he got it done far earlier than that. I’m super happy with their work and thrilled my car drives straight now. I have aftermarket springs and he assured me they’d get it figured out. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer and will get some nice summer tires when it warms up from Briann and this store. Also don’t listen to the negative reviews. Being in the auto industry makes you realize how unreasonable some people’s expectations are when it comes to vehicle repairs and cost/time of repairs. I can only speak for myself but can assure you they didn’t upsell me in the slightest and only did what was absolutely needed. Nothing more nothing less. Their cost for an alignment is practically at a loss compared to other stores. Even my own employer charges more for alignment.

Took my van in for a flat repair and leaky radiator. After further diagnosis they also recommended $2800.00 of additional needed services on a vehicle that is barely worth that by KBB standards. Would also agree with other reviews of rims being covered in grease and fingerprints. No attention to detail at all. See attached photo of how my rim was put on. Would not recommend.

Never take your vehicle here. They told my girlfriend she had a lifetime alignment initially then after the work was done they charged her for the alignment because they omitted that it only applied at the woodinville firestone. Next they tried to upsell her on new tires when the ones on the car are BRAND NEW with only a few hundred miles. Next they told her she needed a new cabin air filter which I replaced exactly 1 week before. To top it all off they broke off the door handle on her X5 and told her theyll need to charge her 500 dollars to fix their mistake.

Worst customer service I have ever faced. I had an appointment at noon on Fri (1/14/2020) for oil change and tire alignment. I dropped my car at 11:45AM. The person in the front desk said it will take around 2 hours or more like 2 and 1/2 hours at the latest (and they will call me when its ready). I returned back to Firestone at 2PM and I see the car hasnt been even moved from where I have parked. The same person in the front desk then said oh, the wheel alignment things are not ready yet and thats why its taking so long. It will likely take another 3-4 hours. So, effectively for a oil change and wheel alignment check (for which I have a lifetime warranty), they will take 6+ hours. On top of this, the front desk personnel (his name is Justin or Jason, I forgot but hopefully Firestone store manager can figure that out based on the date/time I listed above) didnt even seem apologetic and I felt like they are doing me a favor by changing my car oil.Thankfully there are multiple oil change option in the area. If I go to any Firestone, I will surely avoid the one at Redmond Way which has the poorest customer service I have ever seen and most discourteous front desk personnel. I would have given a 0-star if Google reviews had that option. I have been a Firestone customer for years in California and didnt face this poor customer service anywhere. With all that being said above, not sure if the manager even cares at all going by the negative reviews I see in yelp & Google. I just wish these Firestone employees learn the ethics of doing business in a sane way and treating customers respectfully. Probably its time to switch loyalty to something else now with this rubbish service from Firestone.

I told them I work at 1 and need the car by 12:30. They took the car, never called us to tell us a estimate or plan, we had to call them. They told us to wait and they would call us back in a moment. We had to call them again 45 minutes later. We drove down in person at 12:45 and our car was still wheel-less, and the insides were out. The manager came out after the front desk guy spent 15 minutes looking for our paperwork. The manager said the mechanic was on his break and said your guess is as good as mine when I asked when he would be back. While I was there the front assured the following 2 customers they were fully booked for the day, but would definitely be able to get their cars done by 6. We got our car back at 2.

I hate wasting time to review a bad business, but these guys deserve it. I have been a customer of this place for the last 4 years bringing in our company fleet vehicles for maintenance, repairs and inspections. Even brought in my own person car once. The manager changed about a year ago and the new manager is a real jerk. Brought our company truck in for an inspection and when I picked it up he literally said 3 words to me. I asked if there was anything wrong with the truck (had been driven into a ditch) and he said nope. Okay, whatever hes not a happy guy fine do big deal. Go out to the truck to start it and the battery is dead, wont start... another guy comes out and starts the car with a jumper, I ask him if the battery was tested during the inspection and he said yes and shows me on the paperwork. On the paperwork it says that battery should probably be replaced soon, obviously with this information and the fact it died so quickly, it needs to be replaced soon. Wasnt communicated to me at all. I dont really care if someone doesnt like me or if someone is just cold, but I also think as a customer you should be thoroughly explained to about the product or services you are purchasing. I will not ever go back to this place. They have lost my business forever. I manage 7 vehicles that need heavy maintenance, tires etc. continuously, but will find somewhere else.

A few years back I purchased a lifetime alignment service from Firestone. Every 5,000 miles I brought my car in. Turns out, they never put a wrench on my car. This has been verified by my mechanic, as well as the Toyota dealership. The last time I went to Firestone in Redmond, they tried to sell me $800 in front end parts, claiming my parts were frozen up. Toyota got my alignment done, and told me the parts hadnt been adjusted in years. Firestone took my money, and lied to my face for years. The service manager and the mechanic. If you like wasting money, and buying tires you shouldnt need, shop here. I will be spending my money elsewhere. Shame on you, FIRESTONE ! We expect better.

Ive continuously had great experiences with this Firestone shop. While at times it can be very busy, leading to a long wait, its understandable as they often try their best to accommodate as many people as they can. Otherwise they would be turning people away right and left. So, go in with plenty of time to spare and dont be surprised if things take a little longer because you came in at a day and time that theyre packed. Also, Im surprised to see comments about negative demeanor from staff. Ive always had kind and friendly interactions with the staff. Now, I wasnt there when some people said they had bad experiences, but it may come down to the way YOU interact with staff and how YOU treat them. (i.e. being entitled or rude to staff)Onto the main reason Im writing this. A few weeks ago, my car broke down and I had it towed to this shop to be looked at. They finished the inspection and determined that there had been a major fault in the timing chain, which for those who dont know, means the interference engine essentially destroyed itself. The repair work needed would be almost $6K.Unfortunately this far exceeded the cost of vehicle, as well as the funds at my disposal. Therefore, I made the decision to junk the car. Which turned into a process/headache on its own. However, through the entire thing the Manager, Kevin, remained both patient and understanding with me as I worked to get the vehicle out of their lot. I felt awful at how long it took for a place to finally come and pick it up (almost 2-weeks), but Kevin remained understanding as he knew that getting rid of car can be extremely difficult when youre tight on funds.I greatly appreciate the kindness and patience both the shop and Kevin had with me throughout this process. More importantly, I will continue to give my business to this shop for as long as I am in the area.

My 2002 Toyota Tundras A/C light was blinking. I brought it in on a Wednesday (6/17) and they fixed it right up for a reasonable price. The following Friday (6/19), the A/C went out again and light began to blink. I called the store to let them know (about an hour before their closing time) and spoke with Ken. He asked if I was available first thing in the morning the next day (Saturday 6/21). Since I was not, they made an appointment that fit MY schedule, not theirs, on the following Monday (6/22). Again, they fixed it right up. That evening, the A/C crapped out yet again. I called after hours and someone still picked up the phone!!! He said he would leave a note and someone would give me a call when they open tomorrow. I got a call from John at 7am the next morning, right when they opened (Tuesday 6/23). John asked me to bring the truck in for a 3rd time and will have it fixed for good. You may be wondering why I would be writing a 5 star review when I had to bring my truck in 3x to get the A/C fixed. The answer is simple. As far as the mechanics knew, they fixed the problem each time I brought in the vehicle. When I left, the A/C light wasnt blinking and air was blowing cold. Second, every time I called, they were more than accommodating to fit me into their schedule. They even offered to pay for a rental car during this experience. On the 3rd and final visit to get the A/C fixed, they were very communicative in that they were going to make the repair and take the truck on multiple test drives with resting breaks in between to make sure it works once and for all. Upon pick-up, I spoke with Matt who offered a free oil change for the troubles. At 9:30am on Wednesday (6/24), John called again just to check and see if the A/C was performing up to par.I know this is a long review and I rarely read reviews of this length, but I needed to share this story. Their communication, determination, transparency, and customer service was above and beyond most other auto shops. Every employee I worked with at the front counter was very friendly and professional. Thank you, Ken, John, Matt and the Firestone Complete Auto Care Crew!

Just picked up my Toyota MH yesterday @ noon and everything came out perfect. Kevin their new Service Manager fit me in, even though I didnt have an appointment. Kevin contacted his Store Manager and also, got me $10 off each tire, which was unexpected. They also had time to do my Lifetime Alignment recheck and perform a Coupon Oil Change. This isnt the first time, Firestone in Redmond has fit me in, last week, I called the Bellevue Store on Saturday looking for an Oil Change, but they were booked until Monday. The young lady, Carolyn I believe fit me in right away and I was done within the Hour. They have a whole new Crew in the Front. New Store Manager whos doing a great job and the new Tire Salesman, Sherman from Spokane is also excellent. If you need Car Repairs and/or Tires, you should give this new crew a chance, youll be pleased.

To start off, the hours for an alignment are awful for anyone with a job. To have the last appointment available at 3:30pm because your tech leaves at 4pm when you’re open until 7pm is crazy. My appointment was at the Redmond location prior to leaving on a road trip. I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment (leaving work early) only to be told the machine is acting up, so they can’t do it today. This already seemed fishy since they offered an appointment first thing tomorrow morning. Agitated due to the lack of notice and communication; I overheard the manager tell an employee they let the tech go home early, not that the machine was broken. I understand we all have lives outside of work and things come up. However, as a manager you should know how to perform all tasks asked of your subordinates in case of a situation like this arises. Finally, don’t lie to a customers face and let them overhear a conversation forcasting your lie.

Went in for a minor repair. They charged twice as much as the other repair place, but LeSchwab was closed on Sunday, my own fault.I was told about an hour to fix, 3.5 hours later they called to report ALL of my engine mounts were broken, my shocks were leaking horribly and ALL needed to be replaced, and other URGENT repairs of almost $5000.I paid for the minor repair and took the car for 2nd and third opinion. 1 engine mount needed work, there was nothing wrong with the shocks, and all work needed was done for less than 700 dollars.Very dissatisfied, will not be back or recommend.

Every time i bring my car in here a new thing breaks the next day. They say they didnt touch anything near that area but its too frequent and im tired of spending half the value of my car every time i go in for an oil change. Never giving them my money again.

The last two times I have been here they didnt tighten the lug nuts on both front wheels of my car. Thats ten lug nuts, two times in a row. 50% is a fail so I rate one star only cause I cant rate less. Im actually missing a lug nut now. Were talking less than finger tight. This could lead to very dangerous consequences if a wheel were to fall off while driving on the freeway.

They are bad aggressive sales people. They will take your car all day. Call you10 times 2 hours before closing to tell you they havent worked on your car and try to pressure you into fixing a whole bunch of other random urgent problems at a rediculous price..... they deserve 0 stars.

The Champion HR tires I bought for my Prius are delivering horrible mileage. The rolling resistance must be incredibly high on these. I certainly hope they deliver better snow and rain traction.I came in with a tire quote and an appointment. Service was somewhat slow and my online quote somehow ballooned over $100 with un-asked-for add-ons. As it was, Firestone charged an additional $7 per tire over the quote because I have pressure-sensing tire system on my car. In addition, I received the usual admonition for not getting an alignment. What is it with Firestone and their fixation on alignments as an automotive maintenance cure-all?To top it off, when I inquired about tire pressure, I was told I was nuts for expressing surprise that the tires I bought (which replaced tires with max pressure set to 44 PSI) had a max pressure of 35 PSI, which, according to them, is pretty standard. Guess what? When I got home, I checked the sidewalls of my new tires: max pressure...44 PSI. And they had set them to 33-35 PSI, way below where they should have been. So obviously, no one is even looking at what the product recommendations are, WHICH IS WRITTEN RIGHT ON THE PRODUCT THEY ARE INSTALLING.Eh, I wont be back...

Dropped my car off here for a regular service (basic oil change and inspection), booked it in for 2 pm and went out into town, about an hour later I receive a call telling me that the rear brake calipers and pads need replacing and that they need to import parts, total cost: $2,500 (this is a 2011 Audi S5). In shock I immediately called Audi Seattle and was relieved to hear that the total cost would be no more than $800. After the initial bad start I went to pick the car up, after arriving at 4:45 the car had the bonnet up and no tires on it. I said Id wait in the parking lot and sat observing the workshop guys sitting around chatting and joking around without a care in the world, so I thought OK, Ill leave and do some shopping then come back. I returned around 5:20 and the tires were back on, however this time the workshop staff were unable to figure out how to get the oil level reading (to be fair, this may have been a fault with the Audi oil check system in the absence of a dip stick). Again, while this one workshop guy was trying to figure out what was going on the rest of the crew sat around having banter while 4-5 people sat patiently in the waiting area for their cars to get home. I came to Firestone because as a main brand chain I thought I might be getting reliable quality and excellent customer service, but instead I was literally appalled by the lackluster attitude, after seeing the culture there on the drive home I was literally pumping the brakes and checking the steering to make sure they hadnt forgotten something safety critical. This may have been a one off, but, not a great sign.
