Not even worth 1 star. Took in my 04 Dodge Durango to get the heater core and blend door actuators done. Paid for them to do all 4 and they only did two. They broke plastic pieces on my shifter.My seat belt indicator was messed up after and the rear vents no longer blow air and they did when I brought it in. They are very dishonest said if I want the back fixed it will be about another 1,000$ And they just explained every problem away. Tried lying saying there were things wrong with my car whip on arrival that were not true by any means. Very very let down and unsatisfied. Would have been better off paying someone off the street 😤😤😤

Great shop they could have easily taken me for a ride but they were honest and I only ended up paying $80 on something the internet had me convinced would be 800 + great mechanics highly recommended honest

My son and I were passing through Redmond on our way to Portland and our car started making a funny noise. I talked to Mike and C&M got us in ASAP and took a quick look at the car for us. Super nice guys and I highly recommend this place!

Quality work at an affordable rate

Made an appointment a week in advance, dropped the car off at 9 30 AM went by at just before 5 PM and it was not done, he said he was super busy and he guessed he overbooked. I had to get a ride and it was not done by his normal closing time. He said they would keep working past normal hours, we Went back at 7 Pm and he could NOT fix one of the two things I took it in for. That whole thing was pathetic and I will never go back there. Now i need to find someone who can actually fox my car.

Made an appointment to mount and balance set of tires. Was in and out in less than a 45 minutes. Mike thanks for the great service

Had them do winter tire change over, then last year went in and purchased a new set of winter tires from them. They had a good price fast service and were nice guys that treat you right. will go back to them again.

When it comes to tires, I have learned to go local. This is the second time I have gone to C&M for my tires. Their prices are very reasonable, and they get the job done right the first time. Best of all, you arent 47th in line like at the big tire chains.

3 year loyal customer who got taken advantage of on a bad deal by the owner mike bought a car from them nice little 2004 xterra needed some work seemed to have little power but ran and drove well within a few days I brought it back thing wouldnt go over 55 on the highway they worked on it said it needed plugs so they put plugs in for free great awesome yet got it back still no power horrible fuel mileage so took it back diagnosed a knock sensor (here is where it gets good) they replace knock sensor and relocated it as we agreed 200 miles later motor blows up so 2 months and 900 miles later motor is done for ok well things happen mind you my wifes almost due with our second child so my stress level is maxed so now I bring it back on a trailer mike pops off saying I bought it as is I just laughed and said well I hope you plan to make this right well correy jumps in and says they will so I leave it there get a call 2 hrs later saying if I agree to pay half of a used motor $500 they will cover the other half and labor I said ok great lets do it well I dropped it off on a Thursday so was told it would be fixed a week later by Friday well Wednesday comes around I pop in the old motor is out but new motor hadnt even Ben shipped yet mind you Im paying for a rental car so theres more money out the door so I call where there getting the motor to see if I can just go pick it up well come to find out they had just paid for the motor Tuesday so the car was put in line to have motor pulled from b&r so I called mike and asked what was going on got some bogas story and then was ready to pick the car up and take it some were else well the mike calls me back saying for 800 I could have it back the following Friday so 2 weeks after it broke for a warranty Remained motor from lkq I just said sure well poped in to see new motor it wasnt the motor he said it was a used motor out of a rolled xterra so at this point in furious but needed the car back so said whatever put it in so Friday comes along yay right this is all over and its fixed well paid him 500 like agreed but not 800 since he lied about motor he was pissed and words were said I left well the a.c didnt work no surprise then a bunch of hoses were junk cracked on new motor so they broke so $50 in parts later replaced them 200 miles later lost tensioner pully while driving almost caused wife to wreck btw it was brand new when motor was replaced so I put a new one on noticed motor was sitting funny well motor mount bolt had almost fallen out other side mount had lost the nut and the bell housing bolts were all loose so basicly they just threw the motor in so I went over everything and checked every bolt and it was almost scary what was loose on the car so I called to tell them everything mike knew it was me and hung up before I could say much I was even nice about it $4500 lesson to find out they dont do any sort of pre check on there cars before they sell them contacted previous owner of car and was told the car was hydro locked and sold at auction for cheap lucky me I now feel completely screwed over after years of sending family and friends here I will never recommend this place to anyone
