Absolutely delightful, tucked away location at the end of a small shopping center surrounded by trees. Friendly employees who greet you and want to know your coffee preferences. Lovely selection of regular and gluten free food items like cookies and scones and whatnot. Clean and well organized place with good seating options, including the indoor-outdoor countertop that just feels so fresh and fun. So why less than five stars? The coffee was good but not fantastic, the roast on the beans tasted undeveloped and immature, as if depth of flavor potential had just begun to come through and then bap! the beans were removed from the roaster too soon. Just my opinion. Ive had coffee in Perth, Australia, but I will admit I have never had coffee in Sydney, Australia, so it could just be a style thing. I prefer more depth and a wider range of roasty nuance to my coffee. So, would I recommend Cypress Coffee? Genuinely, I would, Id just remind folks to expect a more light and beachy sort of coffee that features a green chippiness to it. Not a bad thing, but an interesting thing. Try the mocha and sip, watching perfectly formed milk bubbles swivel against your lip. Gaze into the trees. A hummingbird might pop by. Relax. Nibble the pain au chocolat. People watch. Smile. Its good here.

The people here are so incredibly friendly! They are so nice, and this coffee shop is easily one of my favorites in Redmond. I dont even live very close, and it is 100% worth the drive. Their scratch latte is my favorite. Such a comfortable & lovely environment. Please support their business, they deserve every penny.

Quaint little coffee place tucked away in the suburbs of Redmond Ridge. All the staff are always polite and the owner, Ryan, is a really nice guy.I always get my morning coffee here, and occasionally pair it with their sandwich or breakfast burrito, which hit the spot too. My only gripe is that I can seldom get my evening dose of caffeine here as they close shop at 1pm most days.

Wonderful vibes in this secret on Redmond Ridge. There is care and consideration in all steps of the process here. I would say they offer the best, highest quality coffee you can find along with pastries and food options for all. If you like great truly great coffee - try them. Offering homemade chocolate sauce, caramel and vanilla syrup plus Campos supplies their beans. AND they even have kombucha on tap!! YES! You can order with ease at their drive thru and go about your day a little brighter thanks to their friendly staff. Love this place.

So many positive things to say about my neighborhood coffee shop.Their coffee is delicious. My iced latte is always strong but balanced.The staff is sweet, genuine and efficient. Does hurt that they have my order memorized and started as I pull up :) that’s customer service.They also have delicious “treat yo self” breakfast sandwiches, treats and other foods. A few vegetarian options too!I think if I ever moved from the complex across the street I would go out of my way to come back here.God Bless Drive Thru Coffee 🙏🏼

I love this coffee shop. The baristas are always so friendly and they have almond syrup, which is my favorite but sometimes hard to find at other coffee shops. The owner is also really kind and remembers repeat customers. I had not been there for a few months and he still remembered me after all that time. It definitely made me into a repeat customer!Bottom line, great customer service and really good coffee.

This shop had a nice relaxed atmosphere, was clean, and had inviting customer service! We enjoyed the breakfast croissants a lot, and the drip coffee was excellent! They had a wide variety of coffee options and other bottled drinks, as well as a more limited (but appetizing!) selection of baked goods. All in all, a great experience and definitely worth a try!

While traveling in the Seattle area, we were looking for a coffee shop on the way to our meeting. Came across the non-descript gem tucked away in a residential area. I am 0% exaggerating: Cyprus Coffee Co. served me the best plain, black, coffee Ive ever gotten at any coffeeshop. My companions and I were so blown away by the complex flavor of their coffee that we stopped here every morning of our trip. Is it the best coffee in Seattle area?

Came across Cypress while driving through the area, and what a great find! Perfect atmosphere for studying, reading, or great conversation. I love the decorations, but I love the coffee even more! I had a Oat milk latte and the chicken pesto panini, 10/10 would recommend!

Theyre trying something new for the area regarding ambiance... It works mostly and honestly Ive really warmed up to it, its a very comfortable place to hang out or work remotely. First class, top flight espresso. I was pleasantly surprised to find (by accident) such terrific quality in a quiet residential area. And the staff are great, too. This new shop has the potential to be a community landmark. I highly recommend Cypress Coffee.

Just discovered Cypress Coffee. I know one of the owners from previous coffee shops. He consistently makes great coffee drinks. The drink I had today was no exception. A new favorite coffee hangout!

I havent been in the neighborhood for a while and this coffee shop changed ownership. Figured I would check them out on my way out. Well, it was a massive disappointment. There are no menus posted for food items, the lady had to recite to me for five minutes what they have. Why?.. Also the menu above the window has typos. The Americanos I ordered were super weak, as in the dollar coffee from Costco is better than what I got. Sandwiches, priced at $5.50, were super dry. Scone had consistency of a muffin. I ordered for three people, paid quite a bit. Had to ask twice for an itemized receipt. Im all for supporting local small business but I wont be going back again. Mercury coffee has this place blown out the water, both in quality and pricing.

I cannot overstate how thrilled I am to have good coffee on the Ridge! Especially with a drive-thru which I valued not-at-all until: kids. The owner is really nice as was the other barista that was there. The interior is comfortable and inviting, there is a great range of bites (gluten free, thank you!!), and the coffee was GREAT (I like a good, well-roasted drip). Glory, glory, glory, now I just need to figure out a way to afford and justify going there every day :)Also, child-friendly (I was there with my 1 year old, and a friend and her baby), but not to the extent of hey, this is basically a daycare with coffee, which I very much appreciate.

Friendly and comfortable. Plenty of beverage options ranging from coffees, and teas to handcrafted kumbucha. The espresso is one of the best in town.

Came in today for a coffee and a smoothie. The company jas no clue what brand of smoorhie they carry, nor rhe ingredients, or the best buy date. They told me they purchased it at cash and carry and after speaking with two managers of two locations of cash and carry, they confirmed they do not sell this product. So what is it? Im pregnant and needed a healthy option. We paid over $11 with tip for a strawberry banana smoothie and a 12 punce americano she gave us a 16oz americano with one shot diluted down. We will NEVER be back.
