The best popcorn chicken I’ve ever had and the boba is delicious as well.

Lots of variety, flavor is good on the ones Ive gotten, and they dont overload the cup with ice so youre actually getting a good amount of tea. Always clean and usually not hard to get a table if you want to stay to eat.

Second time here, this time our popcorn chicken and fried snacks were burnt and dry, definitely not juicy. The calimari didn’t taste as good as the one in shoreline, this one taste like it’s bought from the supermarket.

Chicken steak is good-UpdateI ordered chicken popcorn today. They’re both good but I still prefer chicken steak more.I personally like their Earl grey milk tea more than original milk tea.

The workers here are so rude. Right before entering my m@sk broke. I opened the door to ask the worker if they had another one. She said no and told me I needed to leave. I asked if I could place my order and wait outside and she ignored me and told me to leave again. The real kicker was that at least 15 other people were sitting inside without m@sks on sipping their boba. My 3 year old daughter started bawling when she realized they wouldn’t take her order. I will never go here again.

Outstanding boba. One of the best places to go around here. Customer service is outstanding, the guy taking my order checked that the amount of extra tapioca he put in my boba was alright. Amazing. Im blown away. Try the food here. Everything Ive tried as been amazing.

Been to a few locations and it’s always …. Off. Not sure if it’s the boba pearls but i never taste the actual flavor I order and it tastes bitter. Customer service is also no the greatest. There are small businesses who have better quality bubble tea and would appreciate your business more than them.

If you are going here for a coffee be warned its going to be an authentic to the culture coffee. If you add a splash of half and half its 75 cents. 🤦Go here for the boba and fun drinks not a coffee.

Pretty sure this is the same chain that I used to go to in Honolulu 15+ years ago...so much nostalgia. The food here is amazing, as are the drink selections. Highly recommended!

I was not gonna write a bad review about my bento box even though there is a wool string inside the pork sauce until I see the second order they make for me. It is so gross. The manager remade my order and specific said to put no pork sauce in it. However, there are still pieces of the pork in the new order. This is not acceptable!!! It is safe to assume they just take the popcorn chicken with the gross pork sauce and put into a new box. Otherwise if you truly remake the order why there is still pork sauce piece on the popcorn chicken????? I just feel like I don’t want to go back any more.

Two things to get, there traditional boba milk tea and popcorn chicken. Everything else is ok

I’m really sad to share this review but i had the worst experience here today. I regularly come here and i tip very well so this hurts extra. i was the workers working today took my order then proceeded to push out large orders for families and other several other customers that had walked in and were in line behind me. i had ordered 2 drinks and waited about 35 minutes before they lazily came around and made my 2 drink order ):we won’t be coming back. that was terrible. i regret recommending this place to my friends.

Came here for the beef noodles but they didnt served that day, we ordered thefried chicken noodle in soup n pork chop bento with green tea instead. However, the portions of the meals were like snack sizes, cant really feed half of my stomach... Really enjoyed reading those old Chinese comic books though.

I recently tried the coconut snow bubble, it was good, maybe a new favorite.Having said that it adds up to $5.50 +tax which is a bit pricy, there are places in dt Bellevue where you can get pretty much the same thing below $4.One big plus is that this place is open pretty late.————I go there for bubble tea! I really like the coconut milk with tapioca flavor.They have lots of tables where you can eat or drink and hangout.

This is a favorite Boba spot for many of the college students around the area! Great boba flavors, great food! It is a lively atmosphere and has a little nook with anime comics you can pull off the shelf and read while sipping in your drink! They also have board games you can play with your family and friends as well!

The tea is too sweet or no flavor. The food is below average. Do not recommend.

There were only a few customers in the shop other than the staffs when we entered. The cashier took my to-go order, and I waited for about 10 minutes before it was ready. I ordered the railroad bento with chicken steak and it was alright.

The pork chop was quite juicy, and the braised minced pork over the rice was a plus, a perfect balance of lean meat and fatty meat. This meal included a small black tea or jasmine green tea. After tax cost was still less than $10. One more thing is that they are open between lunch hours and dinner hours, so if you want to have some Taiwanese deli at this time, you know where to go.

My favorite bubble tea place ever they have amazing food and amazing drinks many different flavors and I totally recommend going there. Fairly good price and very good size 100% recommend.

Called to place an order. A lot of background noise. Girl says theyre out of boba (thats okay) and says list of toppings. We put her on speakerphone and tell her to repeat herself. She lets out the longest sigh, then says really?. Repeats herself, then halfway through says we dont accept orders after 9:30. It was 9:33. Why did she pick up the phone. Horrible attitude. Seriously.

Regular customer and I usually buy it take away after my whole day shopping, tonight same thing, i went in with my 4 years old son to order some food, all of suddenly, my son said he needs to go to restroom urgently, the cashier can see my son crossing his legs and shaking. I asked them nicely if we can use the restroom but she said no with a careless attitude, couldnt care a thing. I left the shop and will never come back again.

One if my favorite places to go! Its a great place to hang out and theyre open late for when you have a late night craving for bubble tea and popcorn chicken.

Really bad custumer service, i am not planning to go back to this place, i usually buy smothies with tapioca and they usually baged with a drink holder inside a plastic bag( because I usually buy 3 or 4 brinks) but tonight they did not sealed 2 of my drinks, how they usually do it insted they used the round lids and they did not put it inside a bag and, there drink holders are really soft!!! The thing is that one of my drinks fall down inside my car😡 because of the softness of the drink holder and when i complained the mannager said that it did not happen inside the restaurant and they did not remake my drink......really bad custumer service. I worked with custumers for more then 7 yrs and one thing for sure custumer are always right and i did not expect this people to work like this.

The bubble ice doesnt actually come with boba. I guess you have to add it on. Bit of a disappointment but it was pretty good anyway. They have a really impressive tea menu and a nice selection of Japanese and Taiwanese snacks.

Great late night hang out for high school and college students. They are very busy, and tables fill up fast. However they have a very large food and boba drink menu. I suggest the matcha milk tea or any of the Yogurt Frosts. Food wise I suggest the Taro fries or boiled veggies. They also allow table top games and sometimes have Netflix showing on the TVs.

Favorite spot for bubble tea and dinner. Pre covid used to come here every week. Favorites are the Carmel bubble tea, mango bubble tea, mango yogurt frost, railroad bento, popcorn chicken.

NOT open until 12. Drove 25 minutes and showed up at 11:40 and the shop was dark, empty, and looked like it had been closed for quite a while. Very unimpressed. Please edit your store hours, it takes TWO SECONDS. In fact, Id do it for you if I knew what your actual hours were. Yikes.

We were thinking of ordering delivery since we had a super busy day...we ended up call-in for to-go order, so our girl can select her drink in the store. Warm-Yummy-Taiwanese-Food sounds PERFECT for this cold rainy evening!Easy ordering over the phone (they now have a QR code order/pay system, so smart & convenient!!! I save a pic on my phone for next time)Seriously, you cant beat that price in Bellevue: $11 for a bento box meal, including black or green tea.... All surrounded restaurants were charging $15/bento and hubby was never impressed.We got our warm food after a quick 10min stop from Trader Joes across the street. Oh my! I have to take some pictures to post on IG because these IG-worth-quality bentos makes us so happy! Glad we did because we finished ALL in 20 mins! So good....one happy weekday evening...P.S. we stole a few sips from our girls mango slushees with mango jelly. Sooo good!

My experiences on multiple visits has been the sameWhen I ask for Juice they always mix it with water and I feel the juice in the retail stores taste much better...it is not about sweetness they just dilute it and doesnt taste any good.....For the price I need a quality drink...thumbs down.

Great customer service: I changed my add-on in the last minute and the guy there changed it for me without any problem. The only complaint I have is that this place is SUPER noise when the blenders are turned on.

Does get crowded during lunch time, service is fast.Recommend the popcorn chicken with level 3 spicy. Bento box options and grass jelly were all decent and delicious.

Amazing little place to grab a quick, cheap bite. The railroad bento is a great choice for variety and flavor, coming with seasoned pork on rice, marinated egg, drink, cucumber and extra meat option. You can even upgrade your drink to a bubble tea. The chicken with basil at spice level 3+ is great. I love that its open late, too. Very convenient.

Wide selection, good boba, nice atmosphere. theres a tv at the back where they play music videos, it gives me good vibes. if you want a recommendation, Id say try the mocha snow bubble with coffee jelly

Their chicken katsu curry is really good. I love their drinks too. The watermelon icy is my absolute favorite! However, they are almost always out of a lot of stuff when I go there, and I can rarely get the drink I was going for.

Fun, casual atmosphere and great food, all reasonably priced. They have great milk tea as well. The TV playing music videos in the back is a bit loud but it kinda fits the whole places atmosphere so its not a huge issue.

Really hit or miss with this place.The first few visits were great, but the last two times have been terrible. I always order half sweet, but it tastes like Im getting double sweet and its undrinkable.Hopefully this is just die to some new staff learning the ropes.The Taiwanese fried chicken is really good though, and a its a somewhat hard to find dish.

If you want to see incompetence displayed this is the place to go. The owner doesnt even seem to care about the complete downfall of the place. I feel bad for the employees because they are set up to fail. They do their best to be nice though. As far as the food. Some dishes are alright. The drinks. Dont expect real ingredients. Its cheap though at least. This place used to be booming with customers. I wanna support the place but I just have a feeling that the owner is a person who just wants to go collect the money and doesnt care.

Asked for milk tea mango it was full of black tea no mango flavor at all. When asked they say pay for new one if you want

This place was good. Its front door is wheel chair accessible but the restrooms are not. The milk tea was good. Tasted more bitter than sweet. The portion size is good but a little bit over priced for the bubble tea.

Don’t trust the “open” hours on google maps, or even the ones posted in their window. This is the second time I’ve driven here while they were “open” to find the door locked and the store dark. I tried to call the store because I saw somebody in there and got an automatic message saying their offices were closed. Not sure why they can’t just update their hours.

So happy to find this place and that they made me a smoothie with my special requests! I’m a huge fan of a watery smoothie, with no ice! Recommended!

This is my favorite bubble tea place in the city. Not only do they sell bubble tea, but they also have small dishes you can eat or snack on if you get hungry. The atmosphere is similar to Starbucks where people can come chill with friends or work on homework. I see a lot of study groups here and they also have a book case full of manga if you want to read (its like a small library except you dont take the books home).

Bubble tea here is just that, more tea than sweetener, so if thats your thing, try it out! the food is pretty good too, its mostly Taiwanese style rice bowls, but they are very good. I recommend the popcorn chicken rice bowl!

Convient place to get bubble tea and Taiwanese snacks and meals. It serves good Taiwanese popcorn chicken. For the meals, the meats always have good portion but side dishes can be lacking.

Ordered 4 drinks. Everything tasted bland, just tasting icy. All 4!!! Two orders missing toppings. The guy in front, very rude, unhappy, throwing the rag to the wall. I am not even going to go there to tell the guy the issues with our drinks. Will not ever come back here.

Honestly, they have the best popcorn chicken Ive ever had. Milk tea here is awesome too! Havent tried their meals yet but Im usually in to grab a quick milk tea and chicken and Im back on the road.

Good bubble teas. Most are cold, frosty (with shaved ice). The teas are very sweet, but still have some tea flavor.

My drink was disgusting, I do not recommend it, call to let them know and they did not even want to give me the name of the manager, but only once does it happen to us not to buy again in that place

I love your drinks but I would appreciate it if you would use real fruit instead of artificial flavoring. By the way in case you may not understand the meaning of no ice. It means in my drink I want zero ice cubes in my drink.

I’ve been here a couple of time at around ten or later, and they are always out of boba. They’re open until late, so I don’t understand why this happens. I’d understand it once or twice, but it’s consistent after ten. Also, their ginger tea was incredibly, incredibly strong. Perhaps it was just that day I got it, but I teared up drinking it. Other than that, they have fairly good selection of drinks.

Drink is fine, meals are above average, but the fries combo plate which comes with chicken, fries and the other fried stuff are super delicious. I went there mostly after work out or badminton games, and I love it!

Now they start shutting down early before their pisted close time. Wouldnt even serve me a milk tea 20 minutes till close. I go here a lot and always tip. Treat your regulars better.
