Simplify Simple Computer Repair and Website Design Is truly top notch.As an old lady, and an even older computer system, Henry had to come out to my house. I was scheduled 1.5 days out.Henry was on time, friendly, and had to do everything for me, because I dont know how to print, copy, and scan. He placed those things in folders, sent them to my attorney, downloaded files/uploaded files...(I dont know the difference.)He didnt talk to me like I was some computer freak, and explained everything he did in people talk.He was quick with his work, and the price was surely reasonable. I cant THANK him enough.It was such a load off my mind to get everything done.

Seriously the best shop in the county and probably the state for tech knowledge and turn around time on repairs.Took my computer to another shop in Redmond that had the most reviews and didnt get it back for over a month. The dreaded dropped phone? I went to Simplify Simple to remedy a shattered screen. Id heard good things about them. Sure enough Chris had a new screen in stock and replaced it. But over the next day I noticed a minor thing which probably had to do with shock from the drop. I took it back to Chris. As he was inspecting it he dropped it on the counter and it suffered a small crack... again. He was great about it. He simply ordered a new screen, encasing and a few other things to be sure the phone was like new again..... at no extra charge. Love these guys. They are friendly, they know what they are doing and are worth every penny of their reasonable prices.

This is the ONLY computer place to go to in Redmond. Chris is very talented and knowledgeable in his profession. Would give more STARS if possible! Do not under any circumstances go to either computer place on 6th street in Redmond. One is operated by incompetent people, the other is run by a Con Man-literally!
