I was on the search for a specific prescription. My current pharmacy in Tucson Arizona has been out of the prescription for months and I was constantly hopping around trying to find what I needed. Knowing that I would be in Bend this Tuesday, I decided to call the Walmart and asked if they have this particular prescription. I had the honor to speaking with Jamie or Janey.... I cant recall precisely, but she was amazing! She looked for my desire prescription and was able to secure 2 in the generic form. She then helped me set up a profile over the phone so we could transfer the script from Walgreens in Tucson Arizona to her pharmacy. I called back on Sunday to only speak with the wonderful Janie again, I was following up to ensure that they were able to get the prescription from my pharmacy. Janie assured me that she had called them and requested it however they had not sent it. I then called Janie back for the 3rd time, asking her to call CVS pharmacy who also had this prescription in Tucson for me but could not fill it! Janie was kind, understanding, helpful and most of all patient. Walmart is very lucky to have an individual with such strong customer service skills. It is very apparent through her service that she appreciates her job and customers.
