I had had some disappointments with the oven I bought in 2018. Right from the start there was some uneven cooking and when things spilled on the top plate they stained it. Then the snap thermostat went out the first time I used the broil function. Customer service sent me a video tutorial so I could reset the thermostat myself (which involved pulling the oven out and taking the back off, using a magnetic screwdriver and was not terribly easy) and then said they would send a technician out to replace the thermostat. That never happened. Recently the oven stopped heating and we guessed it was the bottom element that was out. I called customer service, dreading the experience before it even happened. I have been so pleasantly surprised! Cheyenne Clark, the customer service rep I got was amazing! She offered to help with all the issues I have had with the oven and called me back when she said she would. She was pleasant and professional and changed my whole opinion about the company on a whole! Thank-you ZLine for upping your customer service game with employees like Cheyenne!

Very dissatisfied!!! Item took 2 months to receive. There were no installation information. The item was received in a badly damaged box and and all pieces do not match. Definitely would have been a lot more satisfied if I were able to speak with a representative. We ordered a 33 inch range hood and the hood is 27 and some inches. The intake fan works but the lights do not. This is not what we expected from this company. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your item. This item is not at all what we ordered. If I could zero stars I would.

We were very happy with the quality and finish of the products we were delivered. After a small issue with one part of our order, the customer service team was quick to respond and corrected the error efficiently without any headaches on our end. The supervisor personally handled our call and made sure they went above and beyond to address the inconvenience. Products arrived without damage and the quality was even better than we expected. Some of the best customer service ever. After 2.5 years the lights went out on my range hood so I contacted Z-Line. Rebecca the customer service rep was outstanding. She listened put me on hold, checked my order, explained my fix and immediately had new parts shipped to me free of charge. All of this took about ten minutes.I have professionally evaluated a lot of customer service experiences and I have to say that this was right top there with the best. Accurate, smart, pleasant, helpful and timely. The way it is supposed to be.

We’ve have all Zline appliances and have been very happy! Our Zline drawer microwave, which we’ve had for under a year, started giving us trouble. I contacted Zline and after a couple of emails and some photos of the damage, they immediately shipped out a new microwave and return label to send back the old. Thank you Zline for making this such a seamless process and for getting me out a new microwave so quickly! Living w/o a microwave takes getting used to! Don’t hesitate to buy Zline.

I ordered a range hood and the product arrived with some damage. I emailed customer service, who responded immediately, asked me to send a picture, and upon receipt, confirmed they will send me a new one right away. I did not have to return the damaged one so will be donating that to an organization that may be able to use it despite the damage. The response could not have been better and it was nearly instantaneous.In addition, the product is absolutely beautiful and I am super excited to have it in my newly remodeled kitchen!

ZLine helped me with an issue and had great communication with the entire process. My one year warranty had run out and they took care of me every step of the way to remedy the problem. It should be noted that there wasn’t an issue with the appliance…someone cleaned it in a way that marred the surface of the cooktop range. We couldn’t get it nice and shiny again. They are wonderful. Top of the line product and customer service.

I submitted a claim on my range, the starter stop working, has been 2 months since last reply with the case (email) from their claim department and no one has follow up on this. I tried t call several times at different hours and they never answer the phone. Not even the sales department. I’m still waiting to get this fix under their warranty, I have this range less than a year ago.

Rebecca with Zline Customer called me regarding my issue and walked me through the fix. I inadvertently had water in the spread cup which was disallowing the burner from catching. She was wonderful as I had to clarify the terminology of each part and had several questions. She was patient and explanatory, answered a couple of operational questions I had and overall provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend the ZLine appliance line.

I bought the RG-36 Gas Range in July. It is a great range but the broiler has never worked. It is now October, and until recently I have had no luck getting help from Zline warranty service providers. It is a simple fix, but for some reason, getting Zline technical help was next to impossible. However, I finally connected with Zline customer service professional Rebecca Johnson who quickly understood the problem and was able to resolve the issues with my broiler. She was able to quickly identify the parts I needed and coordinate the resources nessessary to fix my range. Kudos to Rebecca for restoring my confidence in Zline products and customer service.

We purchased this after seeing a ZLINE Range in a friends kitchen. It shipped quickly and was delivered in meticulous, high-quality packaging. The conversion to LP gas was simple and the flame adjustment is also very simple. The burners have impressive modulation and can be set very low for simmering or slow cooking and dial-up more incrementally than the competition. Finally, the unit has a handsome appearance, is sturdy, and well-built. We had to communicate with ZLINE to troubleshoot one minor question respecting the flame, but ultimately, it was an air quality issue resulting from the humidifier in the babys nursery. A real person answered the phone quickly, was very helpful and patient in exploring all possibilities, and treated us with kindness. Bravo! If the unit performs well over the long-term (which we expect it will), we will be lifetime customers.

Have contacted customer service several times about our oven on our 30 in dual fuel range. got several suggestions but no fix. have had to send invoice twice. Last email was from saying they needed more info. I sent everything they asked and still no response. our oven will not hold accurate temp since we installed it. it sat in the Garage for 2 months til we got propane hooked up for the top burners. Waiting on a response. I will update after service

Super customer service and also range hoods! Purchased our wall mount range hood in October of 2017 and had it installed in our new kitchen in February of 2018. Needed a new transformer/light kit in November of same year. No problem due to three year warranty. Same problem occurred in June 2021. I had no PO just dates from my CC billing. By chat, everything was located. Due to this inconvenience, a one-time-courtesy was extended to us for a free transformer/light kit. Above and beyond what we expected! Thanks ZLINE!

My new stove is a dream come true. We are constantly amazed at the difference the electric convection oven makes. A life long user of gas stoves I have never had the pleasure of the super accurate temperature of the electric oven. I have never had a 36 inch stove top. It is a game changer. The quality of this product is astounding. It is the centerpiece of our kitchen. I am off to cook Jambalaya.

Kitchen looks amazing!!!! We did a full remodel with a 36in Gas Range and a Hood, the Microwave Drawer is really nice as well. I had a couple questions on installation, and it took the company 2 days to call me back, which was kind of annoying, but they did call back, and the customer care was very helpful, it was a success, and I would buy here again. Great group of people and solid business

My wife and I ordered a ZLINE dishwasher from Lowes in May and immediately after installation noticed the bottom tray did not function properly. The tray would continually catch on the rubber gasket making it a nuisance to push in and pull out a fully loaded tray. I contacted ZLINE and was lucky enough to deal with Rebecca Johnson of the customer support team. Rebecca was very attentive and genuinely wanted to resolve our issue. Throughout the process she maintained constant communication. After sending videos and pictures of the issue we were having, the service team quickly decided to send us a replacement dishwasher. We should receive it within a week. Over the past year I have noticed a decreased interest in providing great customer from many companies and organizations. That is not the case with Rebecca at ZLINE. Thank you!

We came to the showroom in Reno today and met with Logan Belew and Michael Aboussie of ZLINE. We were interested in doing a kitchen remodel and so they showed us around and were excellent with their knowledge of the products and availability. There are so many different ways that you can order the ranges, hoods, sinks, etc. that it can be a bit overwhelming. Logan and Michael helped us and understanding what our options were. By the time we had finished (in about 45 minutes) we had decided on our range, hood, microwave/oven, sink, and faucet. Their knowledge of the product line really helped us in streamlining our decisions and making it a rather fun instead of a stressful shopping experience. We highly recommend these two!

Ordered an 18 inch SS dishwasher with the Traditional handle from Lowes. The D/W arrived within 1 week, but the front panel, shipped separately, was lost in Memphis by Fedex. After numerous calls to Lowes and Fedex with no success, I contacted Zline directly. They reshipped the front panel but included a modern handle. Contacted them again and they shipped another modern handle. Finally got ahold of Cheyenne, she contacted the shipping dept, requested they send a picture of the handles an determined that the handles were mismarked and in the wrong bins. Thanks to Cheyenne, we finally received the traditional handle we originally ordered.

Also in intense cooking levels, the ZLINE cooking hood is exceptional when it comes to design and capacity to contain smoke. Nice lightning, high wind, and much more shouting because of a rise in air pressure due to heat. But thats fine, implementation went well.

I purchased a double oven range with a 48 range hood. When the installer opened the range hood he noticed it was warped. I quickly returned it to Lowes and ordered a new one and we had to wait a week and a half to get our new oven installed with the range hood. This time frame would normally not be a problem however we are already into a 4 month kitchen remodel. We finally received the replacement and we had it installed. After everything was already set the installer noticed a ding in the front. I tried to call several times and no one answers. The message says email.in to file a claim. Did that. Its been almost a week and I heard nothing. Only a automated emails issuing claim number. This is not the type.of customer service you would expect when purchasing high end appliances.

I ordered our kitchen appliances through Premium Home Source all appliances were Z-Line products 36” duel fuel range, Drawer microwave, 24” Dishwasher, Range Hood and many of the items were shipped at different times with different tracking numbers, also I received two incorrect items and thought “great, now to try and explain the situation to customer service”!!! Well I was AMAZED with the response from Zline!! Rebecca (customer service agent) went way beyond my expectations of customer service!! She researched and said she’d call me back, and she did with all the solutions and tracking questions I had. I would highly recommend Zline products their customer service is second to none!!!! Here is the value proposition that ZLINE brings to the table.Timely assistance. (even with the pandemic going on)Knowledgable staff- I had several questions in regards my kitchen remodel.The only detractor is that they dont have a fridge (yet). I was able to find a wall microwave, range hood, and 30 range at a far better price and quality.Shipment was pretty straight forward.Product quality- Huge appreciation in the design and functionality. I ve never heard of a crown with speaker, but it adds such a fun element to entertaining around the kitchen!

Found this company on Home Depot and actually am quite impressed with the quality, I wanted to get one of the copper hoods matching a copper range, but they dont sell copper ranges. I love my copper hood, they have some innovative designs at a good price.

Purchased their hood 4months ago, it stopped working 2 weeks ago. I liked their product, its a good looking product, and I can accept the product failure. its happens, but their customer support is terrible. You can not get connected via phone, and their chatbot is useless. so I emailed. A first I did not get any response for 2 days, so I commented at fb, they responded and arranged shipment in a timely manner.. But they shipped the wrong parts:( then next they claimed they shipped the correct one, but I was shipped to someone else (or they just gave me the wrong tracking #).... So I asked them to ship correct parts to me. then they said they already shipped by referring the first shipment of wrong parts! Unbelievable... You can enjoy their product, but if something happened to the product, you need to throw it away. the support does not exist. oh, btw they have the survey systems on their support and the survey is broken. you can not finish the survey due to a software bug.

Buyer Beware! Manufacturer defect causing explosion! I purchased this new from a known vendor to this company. It arrived in original box, unused. When a licensed contractor installed, there was a leak from one of the burners under the cooktop that combusted! Thankfully no one was injured, but it left the stovetop bowed, chipped, and scratches on statinless steel. ZLines response from several reps, its not our responsibility and buying from this vendor voids their warranty. Really? It was clearly a dangerous manufacturer defect yet this multibillion dollar company does not want to stand behind their product. SHAME ON YOU!!

Heather Leseganich was the Customer Service Parts Specialist assisting me with the Zline 687-48. I was trying to understand why the 8 duct unit did not have a damper where the 6 duct did. While other customer service just stated thats just how it is built, Heather went above and beyond to get a real answer from the corporate headquarters. She took the time to get an answer and called back when she said she would. She was fantastic and committed to excellent customer service! Thank you for all of your help!

I contacted ZLine with a minor issue I was having with my range hood. Despite my product being well out of warranty, they understood my issue and that my options for fixing it with a non-OEM part would be limited given the age of my unit and type of issue. Steven offered to send me out some replacement lenses free of charge to address the problem and did so promptly. Really appreciate going the extra mile for me and helping fix a minor, but difficult to fix, issue.

We got our island kitchen hood from Z Line 42 inch from Home Depot. We had an issue after couple days of install (it was not turning off). Z Line sent a circuit board, which fixed the problem.
