The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars ⭐️ is because of the cashiers, when he asked if I was paying cash and said yeah he rolled his eyes and sighted. 🤷🏾♀️ He was rude. But the sales girl that helped us was bilingual and was very helpful with all the questions my mom had. Delivery was on the date they had promised and that was amazing! The bed set we got is beautiful!

We went into the store looking for a new stove. The salesman who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable. We had many choices, so we decided to go home and think about it. When we made up our minds, we called in our order and paid over the phone. We were really happy the process was so easy and hassle-free. We feel we are a good deal and are very happy.
Purchasing at the store was great. Was able to find a comfortable mattress on sale. When they delivered, the guys were on time and fast. How can you go wrong with just a $69 one time delivery charge for the whole year on new appliances and furniture in the future?
I am 39 weeks pregnant and I recently moved. I donated much of my furniture to Salvation Army due to downsizing to another home. I called RC Willey and spoke to a very warm and welcoming customer service lady (sorry can’t remember her name) I told her I was so ready to have a baby and wanted to know if I could place an order over the phone. I was transferred to Kip who was more than helpful. Kip was kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable in regards to my furniture needs. He expedited everything so fast too! I’m so happy I was able to do this especially with such great customer service. RC Willey South Reno is refreshingly kind which is so much appreciated during these tough times. Thank you again !

I just moved into a new home and needed a washer and dryer. I walked around looking at all the products and there was no shortage of help. The salesman let me know that a particular Samsung bundle on display in black was $200 cheaper in white. I purchased these and was impressed he suggested something cheaper instead of trying to upsell me. Thanks!

This ended up being a terrible experience.Purchased a table. Delivered. Manufacturers defect obvious and well documented within approximately 6 months of use. Initially RC Willey fought this evaluation. I had to come in in person and show them extensive visual proof. At that point they were finally willing to pursue the manufacturer who quickly acknowledged that indeed it was a manufacturers defect.They eventually agreed to come and return the table and give me store credit. But it was a definite clear battle for to get them to do the right thing by honoring the one-year warranty. In addition to customer service has gone downhill. Every single phone call had to be returned 1 to 3 hours later very sad to see RC Willey going from a top notch furniture store to bottom rank
I normally don’t like furniture shopping. The sales people lingering while I try and look. BUT…. There’s Dana Popovich who listened to what I wanted and directed me to it quickly and I loved it and bought it all. Thank you Dana for a great furniture shopping experience. Great experience. We went in to equip our outdoor patio space with new furniture. We found everything we wanted easily. The person assisting us, Francis, was amazing. Before pulling the trigger on our purchases he encouraged us to check around at other locations to make sure we were getting what we really wanted, not just settling. We did exactly that, but quickly returned to RC Willey. Francis put everything together, clearly explained what items would be arriving at what date, and arranged delivery to our location. We could not be happier.

Refrigerator is going out. Searched all over town and some weren’t taking anymore orders because they were backed up. Some I were to expensive and others couldn’t get til December. The staff had selections to choose from and great delivery times. Thomas Reece was knowledgeable and respectful of need for a new fridge. Overall expectations were definitely met!
I am very happy with RC Willey. Previously, we had to reject a dented refrigerator from one of the big box retailers, this was after poor performance of the delivery team who did not work for the big box store. Resolution to the problem became very difficult and they lost my confidence, so I demanded a refund. Before doing so, I started shopping around. I contacted another big box store, but the appliance department never answer the phone.When I called RC Willey, knowledgeable person took my call immediately. Theresa was terrific. First of all, she was very knowledgeable about the products and help me find a better alternative. Secondly, she relayed the fact that RC Willey does not use contractors for their delivery service. Very important after our previous experience. Last but not least, she offered to be the point person with RC Willey both before and after the delivery.It is very refreshing to find A company who hires and retains personnel with competency and customer service focus. I highly recommend RC Willey Reno.
I never had a more pleasant experience buying furniture in my life the staff was so helpful and willing and knowledgeable the man took us back to the Clarence where they had the same chair that I fell in love with the clearance price and we bought it I cant thank you people enough youre wonderful. The staff is also so friendly I couldnt believe it I definitely recommend RC Willey to anyone buying furniture .the best place around for furniture
Besides that they dont even clamp the dryer to the vent when they installed it. The brand new dryer having a big dent on the side. The TV stand having a crack on that was not there when we ordered it. And a damage on the sectional recliner. I spent over 4000$ on this place and learned my lesson never ever buy anything from RC Willey Reno
We bought all of our appliances from RC Willey Reno location and our experience has been excellent. The employees are not pushy for sales, they are very knowledgeable, and they let us have time to figure out which ones we wanted to buy. The delivery service was also excellent and everything came undamaged. I am extremely impressed with this store.

We visited RC Willey over the weekend, and I cant say enough about the wonderful experience we had. We were shopping for appliances and after perusing for about 10 minutes, we had a few questions about the models that we liked. The prices were great, and I can definitely say we will be returning in the near future!
This was our first time visiting the RCWilley store in Reno. We were approached by a Sales Rep named Shannon Lundquist. We asked her for information about mattresses that the store carries. Shannon was very friendly and informative about which mattress might suit our specific requirements. She is very forthcoming and showed concern for our satisfaction. We will definitely seek Shannon again for our future furnishings and assessories, in the very near future.

The fact they have financing is awesome. They always have great deals around the holidays. Most of the sales people here are very nice and helpful. Ive had a few bad experiences with a couple of them where they were kinda pushy and rude. I like the buy back program with the extended warranties where if you dont use it they will buy it back at 50%. Once you buy something and have it delivered they give you free delivery for the whole year!
Friendly Greeter right away, informed us where products were that we were looking for. After walking to area of interest we were greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable salesperson. After deciding on a couch the salesperson entered our info into a floor computer & handed us an invoice with item delivery date. It was fast. We were then informed of area were other items of interest were. The store is divided into different sections - appliances, beds, couches, T.V’s, tables, etc. It is fantastic to have salespeople that are knowledgeable in their product & will research the info if they don’t know the answer! We will definitely shop here again for anything we need! Reasonably priced & good selection!
OMG! I love this place. RC Willey should have been my first choice years ago. I just purchased my first home and needed some appliances. I walked into the showroom and was blown away. The sales team were chilling and standing around like they do at a car dealership. One dude introduced himself and made shopping easy. The check out was amazing. The loading dock guys left womens underwear in the drawers. Also, damaged several top corners (corner were perfect in store).
This place is huge. They have tons of furniture options set up in faux rooms so you can get a feel for how it will look. Theres a clearance section too.

Places my order over the phone with Lisa and she was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.I will buy from them again in the future.
We went in to look at recliners after shopping at Reno consignment stores and were so impressed with RC Willeys Back Room where their Discounted merchandise is kept. Wow! What amazing values they have and all of this furniture is new. Their low prices are such a deal. Our sales person, Erik Hedaria, even found a $50 off coupon to help us get an even lower price than we had! Kevin Pinto, the manager of the area, was so helpful and worked the delivery out with our schedule. This is definitely the place to shop before going to look at Consignment Stores.

Excellent experience! Dealt with Kevin P, was knowledgeable on stock inventory and how long it would take to get other items that we needed to order. Jose the store manager came over and helped out and stayed until we had finished shopping even though it was after closing time! Appreciate you guys and this is the main reason we keep coming back!
It took at least 20-25 minutes for someone to come help me, by then I had already found what I needed. Multiple employees saw me and didn’t even ask if I needed help. The one employee who came up to me did apologize and said she thought another gentleman was helping me. When she realized I wasn’t being helped yet, she did assist me in helping find stools to the dining table I had picked out and was extremely helpful and friendly to me. It would have been nice to get help sooner because I had all three of my kids with me and I am a single mother. Finding and picking out a dining table on my own with three kids was a bit challenging because I had to search for where the tables were instead of being shown. Definitely when I walk into a store where there are salespeople, I expect to be helped within at least the first 5, 10 minutes tops. I give my salesperson 5 stars, I give everything else a 4 because I was literally passed by about five employees before I was even greeted.

Had a good time exploring RC Willeys wide range of dressers for my new condo. Representative was helpful in showing all of my options as well as the benefits of joining RC Willeys delivery club. Only problem I can think of is that the salesman was not completely transparent about what I was buying with the dresser + nightstand combo. Not everyone expects to buy 2 nightstands off their first furniture purchase.
I just moved to the area and everyone kept telling me about how great shopping at RC Willey could be. When I was finally able to go I was overjoyed that they had so many departments and I could do so much shopping for my new house all-in-one place. Incredible selection and best of all was the knowledge of the 2 associates that helped me. Mike in Furniture was great and so was Tatlin in Appliances. Both of them helped get the delivery day that worked well for me. I will go shopping there again and again.

Tom was awesome helping us get a new washer and dryer. My washer stopped 9 minutes from being done, full of rinse water, of course. We had to dump it with a bucket and cups. Tried fixing it ourselves and it quit full of water 7 minutes from being done. Luckily we had no clothes in it that time. We got a loaner from our son but I was looking online for new ones that were in stock and available for immediate pickup. Not much to choose from out there. We looked at RC Willey online and called the Reno store to see what was really in stock and, lucky for me, got Tom. After a couple phone calls back and forth within an hour or so, he managed to get both pieces shipped into their store within 2 days. We live about 2 1/2 hours away. We picked them up a few days later. I cant say enough about how much he helped us and how much we appreciate him!!! Dont have them hooked up yet but they look great.
The salesman was helpful and did not try to sell us anything that we didnt want but did offer us everything we might have needed or wanted. I cant wait to get our new washer and dryer.
The selection at RC Willey is so diverse, my Wife and I were looking for couches and went to a furniture competitor but prices were above our expectations. RC Willeys has everything that your home could ever need and prices are reasonable, the employees are very helpful when needed. I loved how easy it was to buy appliances at RCWilley. The staff are friendly, they gave me a military discount and made choosing between different models a very nice experience. I also enjoyed that they had what I wanted in stock and could deliver it in a little over a week. Overall, if I could give them 10 stars, I would. Great experience! Btw, I liked how they have a loyalty program so I get 1% back at the end of the year, too.
Hubs and I came in specifically to purchase a LG fridge. RC Willey has an impressive inventory, so our salesperson, Bradley, patiently and professionally showed us features and corresponding price points. We made our decision, and he arranged our delivery. We also looked at microwaves, and Bradley once again assisted with our needs. He explained the install, and arranged the date. We were very pleased with price and options, and we will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

He went out of his way to get me every detail I asked about and was concerned with..Tommy Crook also helpful and very patient with all my comparisons. The only downer was Brandon at the cashier.he did not listen to how I wanted to pay and he tried to rush me..Tommy came up while I was paying and said he thought one of my tags was incorrect so he was checking .but Brandon did not want to wait and therefore I had to do two separate payments on the same ticket..and Brandon expected me get back in line and wait again..I told him I was not happy about two separate pays for the same ticket and I would not get back in line. He was not nice at all.
I walked in knowing EXACTLY what I wanted, told the sales associate, had my invoice typed up, paid and out the door in 10 minutes. And getting my purchase delivered and installed in 3 days! (Hopefully that will go just as smooth!)

Although the delivery was running late, they were very courteous and professional. The website was very efficient, updating delivery status quickly as well as letting me know via text. I wish I could give zero stars. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The item that they claimed were in stock still have not arrived after 5 weeks. Customer service line has 30 minutes wait whenever you call. Tried returning defective item, they refused to accept claiming return is 14 days. This applies to regular returns. This policy doesn’t apply to defective item.Will never return to this store again.Update answer to owner: The defective item was brought to the store in original packaging and was clearly defective. I don’t remember the exact day of delivery but it was no more than 3-5 days overdue. We notified our sales person Craig immediately when we saw the defect. He said we can bring it anytime. Due to heavy smoke we could not bring it earlier.Regarding delivery: it was scheduled on 08/12 and the day before delivery sofa all of a sudden went out of stock. Nobody ever apologize for this inconvenience either. Living without a sofa for 6 weeks is truly inconvenient. Especially considering the fact that the time of the purchase we were assured that it was in stock.We left the defective item at the customer service desk as we don’t want to waste our time anymore.
Visited the Reno store to look at appliances and talked to Allen who was very helpful explaining the pros and cons of the different appliances. We ended up buying a refrigerator and washer, dryer. On our way out found a entertainment center we liked and purchased it to. Overall a great experience with no pressure like some other stores we visited.

She checked on each one I was interested in so I would now how long it would take to arrive for pick up. She was professional and personable. I selected a sofa that would be available in a few days. Ana texted me personally the next day to say it had arrived and was ready for pick up! What a nice approach to customer service to stay in contact with customers in such a personal way. RC Willey is fantastic!
My experience at R.C. Willey Reno was absolutely fantastic! The product offering is outstanding. They offer anything you would want or need in home furnishings. I was extremely impressed with my sales associate, Daryl Schlenker, in appliances. His knowledgeand presentation of the many different appliances they sell was amazing. His patience with helping us select what we needed was outstanding. Without his professional knowledge and taking the time with us to understand our wants and needs, making a decision would have been a disaster. Daryl is a true asset to the R.C. Willey Family. We have had the WORST experience from buying from RC Wiley. I will never in my life buy from them again. Don’t waste your time or money. We purchased furniture over 6 months ago and WE STILL HAVENT GOT OUR PURCHASED FURNITURE. They told us they had over 40,000 pieces of furniture that were delayed and in unknown locations in their different warehouses that they had to “sort” through and could not give us an estimated time on when we get our furniture. We are now going on over 6 months. We got terrible customer service and terrible customer service from our sales rep. One of the worst experience we’ve ever had with a company. So disappointed with the lack of care for your customers. We just want our furniture we paid for.
Purchased a floor model TV. Ended up w a very good price w 5 year warranty. Only hiccup was the salesperson said the warehouse people would box it up so that it would travel safely home. But the warehouse people just brought the TV to my vehicle as it was on the floor, no wrapping or nothing to protect it for travel. When I told them what the salesperson had said they said the salespeople up sold what was going to be done. Would have been nice if the sales and warehouse people could have been n the same page and not made each other look bad.
Absolutely love the personal service from Ana at RC Wiley. She always keeps me posted on my purchases! The furniture I have purchased is a great quality at a decent price. I recommend Ana and RCWiley to all my friends.

The first sales person asked if I had been helped when I said no she said okay and walked away. The second one didnt even take the time to explain to me the features of the chair I was looking at. But I think I figured it out. I made the purchase for delivery and communicated it to the said person I work graveyard so the delivery needed to be in the afternoon. Nope it was scheduled for sometime been 10am to noon, the time I wouldnt work. Very unhelpful canceled the order. I checked into living space in Roseville and looks like I will be purchasing from them.
I came in with a general idea of what I wanted, and Eric, the appliances salesman, answered all my questions and set up delivery for me quick and easy. I appreciate that I didnt feel rushed, Eric was available but not overbearing. Ill definitely work with him again.

1st time visit.... Was surprised how big there showroom was. There were many staff on hand today standing around..(staff meeting I was told)...I had 2-3 staff (I approached) just direct me to the areas where a chair for my wife might be. No one at 1st seemed like they wanted to put the least amount of effort in to help me find the chair I was looking for. I wandered around the store looking for the chair, but was surprised that no one approached me to ask if I needed help . Then a nice gentlemen (David marks) finally approached me and walked me around to different chairs until I found one. Besides this one gentlemen I was not impressed by the other staffs customer service skills! He is the only reason I even decided to purchase a chair that day. Sales staff seemed preoccupied on their phones and personal conversations rather than providing customer service!.
Our sales specialist, Randa, was very helpful and not pushy. We were looking for living room furniture with specific features for back support and comfort. She showed us furniture that met our criteria, explained the features and then remained near but not right on top of us while we discussed and evaluated the options. She didn’t waste our time with up selling or suggesting items that didn’t meet our criteria. Excellent!
Bought a washer and dryer have had nothing but problems. Supposedly covered under warranty and had repairman out at least 6 times!!They scheduled a delivery of new one but last minute get message it’s back ordered!! It’s been really frustrating!!You wanted a review on our shopping experience. We didn’t shop it’s been messages back and forth!!!
Usually love this store. Was very disappointed in the lack of help. We did finally find the dresser we were looking for on our own. Also needed some replacement chairs, bar height.we had to seek out a store associate and were told to just look around. Finally got tired of wandering. Never did find the chairs we needed.
Had a great experience with sales people on the floor today. Toni was super helpful, explaining to us all of our purchasing options without being pushy! Thank you. This was a very pleasant experience and an exciting purchase! For this a 5 star rating! Once we arrived at the cashier we waited which is common and understandable there, on our turn I walked up to Aiden who had called us over himself. I with my daughter in an excited voice said enthusiastic Hi! No response he was short with word, no eye contact, no talk other than how much I owed. Not a pleasurable end to a positive fun experience. You need some customer service training Aiden. Hence the 2 stars. Sorry
It is a very fancy furniture store with great furniture and deals there are different sections including a electronics for gaming, home stereo, or all ur personal electronic needs!!
We live on the west shore of Tahoe, and have furnished 2 homes with products we bought from you.Recently we spent thousands of dollars on a remodel. One item was a sectional with motorized parts to recline. We told the installers (from RC Willey) that the console (cup holders and charging station) needs to be at end of the sofa, or at least not in the center. They put it in the middle, and we thought we could live with that. Now my son likes to sleep on the sofa, and the console is in the way.We know that RC comes to the west shore once a month, but they refuse to come by and fix the issue. The sofa is only a few months old, and with the amount of money we spent, you would think they would honor this request.Not happy. I called the manufacturer, and they said it is a job for the installers, and not something a homeowner should attempt.Be warned.
Not enough sales people to help customers.Already knew what I wanted and had to hike a 1/2 mile to get someone to help me and even they said they don’t work in that department and had to go hunt somebody else down.Definitely didn’t want to show up to the cashier department with just the tag of the item I wanted to buy because that would of spun them out and “customer non-service” would of not only continued but would of been uncomfortably nonexistent. Not only would the ball been dropped but lost.Eric- 1990’s big box retail Home Theater commission only salesman.
Appliance sales person was very courteous and helpful. He took the time to answer all our questions and help us narrow down options to what fit our needs best. Not pushy in any way.
Staff are well in formed and wonderful to work with. Furnishings are good quality and reasonably priced. We appreciate the store hours and like that the employees are off work on Sundays!
Each visit has been met with a very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable sales associate.

Walked in to get a refrigerator. Maybe took 10 minutes. I liked that I don’t have to wait in that big line to purchase my item anymore. That purchase line was always annoying to me so I’m glad I could pay in department.
