I love this salon so much. Whenever I need help Azalea always slides me in and does her absolute best work on my hair. She is very professional and takes her time to make sure you leave satisfied. I have been coming here for a year now and would definitely recommend her services.

Visiting from out of town for work. They have a great selection oof hair for a reasonable price. I also found a local braid with the help of both staff members

I love this store! Ive ALWAYS received GREAT customer service. Theyre friendly, helpful, so nice. Theres alot of great beauty, hair, and wig products at affordable prices and they even hand out lollipops when you make a purchase!

Edit* the hair was awful. After the 2nd wash it was so matted and never got back the softness. I would not reccomend getting human hair from here.If you need hair extensions asap I can see paying the price for the human hair. It was $175 for a set of clip in and the quality didnt last after the first wash.However they do have an amazing assortment of faux hair and for a good price.

This is a black owned beauty supply store.. they were so friendly and welcoming. Reasonable prices and u don’t have to worry about being followed and harassed while you shop.. never will I ever spend my hard earned coins anywhere else.. very pleased!!

Great choices on good brands that you cant find anywhere else. Some things may be on the pricier side. But when have great items ever been cheap. Always are greeted with great customer service and a wide variety of hair to choose from. Love as but black when I can.

The people are so nice. They are so helpful..sometimes its hard to pay for hair at the prices they are sold for here. I went in wanting some hair today, I knew they had it..but also knew I could get it for a 1/3 of the price if I just ordered it online and waited for shipping. I didnt buy anything today. I know they are just trying to make a profit, but some days I just cant do it!

Lots of everything dont really see stores like this much in Reno anymore but this was a pleasant surprise. A place black people can go to get all your supplies and needs. From waves to weaves they got it all

Owner is very sweet... The store is small but has mostly every thing you need from wigs and laces to products for dreads. The only store in Reno i know catering to my lovely African American Culture! Love It!!

Black owned with no black people, with the exception of owner dad or brother at the door. She is taking advantage of us just as others do. Dont give your money! Ordering online will still save you more than spending here and you dont have to support someone locally that doesnt support us.

Just moved to the Reno area. Originally from Detroit. I know that I wouldnt find access to black beauty supplies like at home, but I have to say that I found exactly what I was looking for and the customer service was excellent! I am happy and proud to support! Especially in the Reno area.

Ive visited this location a few times. This last time was very different. The clerk followed me around giving me poor unsincere customer service. It was obvious she was watching me because when she was checking someone be else out she made sure to watch me. So I tried to make it clear I was just shopping. I stood back from the shelves and only touch things I was truly interested in. After I paid for my stuff, when I got home I realized I should never feel like that when I am shopping. I will not return. Shopping for hair should be fun experience. I

I usually go to the Bay Area to the beauty supply warehouse but Ive been going here lately. The owner is rude sometime and they never exchange Anything that was mistakenly bought and never used. I have two products that I wont use because they didnt have the correct product (which they never do). I didnt get offered for the correct product to be ordered. Theyre more pricey than Walmart, Target and Sallys. Ill just order my hair products and hair on Amazon because its cheaper and if I dont use it or its the wrong product purchased, I can easily return it. Thanks for nothing.

Very nice and friendly service

The customer service was horrible the are completely unprofessional and are not up to date with obviously fashion that they expected me to leave my mini backpack purse at the front door with a complete stranger. This would not be my first time have horrible experience with this store. It’s sad because they have no Competition with anyone so they think they can treat you like whatever. Much rather buy from Sally’s or online.

They have a better selection than anywhere else in Reno that I know of... I usually go to Sacramento to buy hair but this palce is at least more similar than anywhere else nearby. They were helpful as far as referring me to locals who provide instal services and even let me know when they were expecting there next shipment of the specific type of hair I was looking for so I could come back if I wanted more color/style options than what was available at that time which I always appreciate as a lot of places just want to get you to make a purchase right then and there rather than risk loosing your business by having you wait for a pending shipment, so the fact that they were more concerned about my overall customer satisfaction than making a sale that minute, definitely made a positive impression

A little over priced, but a much needed service. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Hours are not very accommodating, but again this is a much needed store and there are lots of options. Not sure if you can order, bit it would be a nice added option

I would give 5 stars because everything just about is absolutely amazing the owner, the customer service, the selection is on point!! I love it I would rather go here then Sallys any day of the week!! the only thing I dont like and could be improved are the prices the prices are just too high for the most part also their hours of operation really suck, theres been so many times when I went to go over there and theyre closed when most businesses are open during those hours theyre not open Sundays and theyre closed Mondays as well and they close somewhat early I think at 6 or 5 I dont like the hours and I dont like the prices but theyre better than any other hair place in town (missing ensoul:( I think she said shed carry it now but I really dont understand the fact that they didnt have solid gold one of the most popular best hair glues there are...hopefully next time I go in there they will have some...I love you guys!

No one asked if I needed any help at all. And when I finally did get someone they werent very helpful but more sarcastic them anything. I ended up spending way more money then I needed to on their products. Not very good customer service or information about the hair they sell.

They are never open when you need them. Its 3:41 on Friday 8/23/19 and the only hair shop in Reno Nevada is closed. This is not an occasional thing this is a reoccurring issue. Being a beauty business owner and a Master Educator for a beauty school instructor, this is extremely bad for business. Us professionals have constant issues with trying to give unbeweaveable business by buying hair locally. Now we constantly order online. Please do better or check in on your employees. Youre missing out on money.
