Great service and even gave me what I wanted for less. Ive been looking everywhere for the perfect table and Im sure I found it.

Rude sales staff. We were visiting family in the area and came across this Bassett store and decided to stop in since we had been talking about replacing our old Bassett sofa & loveseat. Just because we didnt live within their delivery zone they felt they didnt want to waste their time assisting us. We know this because we clearly overheard them talking about it while we were in the store. Whats worse is that they werent even trying to be descreet! How difficult is it to coordinate an order to be delivered in another location (approx. 5 hrs away), even if they have to contact another store location to assist? NO desire to consider the brand now
