My first experience here and I am very pleased. I bought a beautiful couch and coffee table. Everyone was super friendly. The sweet old man that cashed us out made the experience even better. Delivery cost more but was definitely worth it because they carried everything in and set it up. It was also delivered early too. Definitely giving them 5 full stars!

Bought our new bed from these guys. They have layaway with no pressure to hurry and make payments which was nice when we really didnt have extra cash. When we did it was as easy as how much would you like to pay today? Cant get any easier than that.Update: finally paid the new bed off. At first we were not impressed. But after a week for my wife and three days for myself we love our new mattress!!!! You guys this place is awesome. I can not tell you enough. We came here and put 100$ down for a 1500$ mattress and 100$ for box spring. We paid 1200$ for the set and made layaway payments and some times went two, three months with no payment and never received one call asking for payment and we paid no interest!! Easy place to buy furniture from. Go, check out what they have available.

Bought a love seat for 600.00, that was on sale from 800.00 while it was selling next door for 478.00. Sold me the wrong type mattress for a reclining bed, after one week I got the right mattress that they sold me for 500.00, they actually tried to sell it to me for 50.00 more. The same mattress next door is 312.99. That is a big difference. So much for me wanting to buy locally. This is a SCAM store. At the bottom of the receipt you get AFTER purchase is a note saying all purchases FINAL no returns. There is no sign of this in the store, they get you after you buy. No more local buying for me, I will go to the big box stores.

I went in knowing I wanted to purchase but wanted to browse a bit, the man who helped us made himself present but not pushy which I appreciated. He came when we needed him and only that! The space allowed for social distancing and the staff wore masks. I got a couch, coffee table, and side table for under 900 including delivery. The delivery was quick and painless. Would recommend, and would shop here again.

Went to find a lift chair for my mom, the staff was great.

Giving this place 1 star is too high. I bought a mattress and headboard and attached frame. This furniture was in a spare bedroom and rarely used. My elderly aunt sat on the bed and the whole thing collapsed and part of the headboard shattered. I called to complain and they said all sales were final. I explained the wood was defective and it fell on deaf ears. They were supposed to call me back for follow up and they never bothered to call back. I would never shop here again

It happened again in the same place due to some obvious design flaw. They had me come in and pick a new set and even exchanged the coffee table that wouldn’t work with the new set. Just amazing customer service. Trust them they will do right by you.

My friend bed that pulls out into a bed from for $700 and in three weeks the bed pullout broke and the Manager will not help her or take the couch back.. Shame on you guys.. People are having such a hard time right now and you guys are selling junk!!

So I bought a bed and frame from this place. Had to put the frame in storage for a while. I finally put it together and the parts dont match. Now this place does everything in writing and keeps it stored. I called to get them to return or change for a part that fits and theyre not willing to work with me because I no longer have the receipt. I get it. But you have my name and serial part. The part is no longer offered so now I Im just screwed with a frame I over paid for. Try the big stores first. Hell, RCwilley is better than this place. I will never purchase anything there again.

Cant describe how wonderful this place is. I bought a sectional here earlier this week and made the (really) stupid mistake of not measuring my room before i bought it. I realized after measuring the room it would simply not fit. I went back to furniture discounters, told them what happened, and they were more than happy to help me out. I was worried because they made an AMAZING deal on the other couch that they would not be so willing with another. I am glad to say I was completely wrong. They helped me pick out a new couch that would work with my space and gave me the same amazing discount. Im excitedly waiting for the couch to come on Monday! I cant thank them enough for their wonderful customer service and fantastic deals. I will most definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know and I will also be coming back here for all future furniture shopping .

Where to begin, they took such good care of me and beat Ashleys prices by a huge margin. Then on top of that when my furniture arrived they did great job setting it up, was all wonderful!!! But then I realized I bought a bed frame that was slightly too small for me (Im 6 foot 5 inches) so they found new bed rails, from a totally different bed set, that matched and fit and they brought them out and swapped them for me. Just an incredible group of people working for this small local business.If you want good quality at a great price with friendly, knowledgeable, and go way out of their way to make you happy, then these are the folks for you!I will be buying from them again in future without a doubt!

I feel this is an awful place to buy furniture. The owner and staff dont have a clue about customer service and I had an experience in which they charged my credit card for furniture, well after the order was cancelled. Who does business this way? Yuk! Skip this place and go to some place reputable.You do get what you pay for, and I sure wish I thought of that before coming to this store.

I had horrible customer service issues. Their employees would hang up on me and not even address the issues I was having...likely per the owners blessing.This makes no sense at all! I DO not recommend this place at all! If you look on reviews by yelp and YP, the reviews are similar to mine....no 4 or 5 star reviews for this place on sites with actual customers.

This is a place I would never purchase again!Friendly only before you purchase!We bought a king size mattress at the price of $600 which is not a really good deal. This mattress is supposed to be a hard mattress with 10year warranty. However, it only stayed in shape for 1 week, sank immediately in the 2nd week. We thought maybe because it was new, so we rotated it every week to see if it would be better. But that didnt do any help. The areas we slept on sank so much like two huge dents that made I & my husband both rolled to the middle of the bed. We had to sleep on one side of our body which was close to the middle of the bed to keep balance. I stayed on the right side of the bed and got pain on my left arm, my husband got pain on his right arm!Its hard to show in the photo because of the way the pillow top was made. We felt like sitting in the bed rather than sleeping in it. The mattress made all body weight to the butt that we had to use other muscles of the body to distributed the weight equally while sleeping. We got neck and lower back pains after a whole night sleep. Whats more, this organic cotton pillow top got so hot even in the winter night that we had to keep rolling over and over again to keep away from sweating . That woke us up several time per night! The Mattress is definitely a fraud! We got better sleep in the hotel instead !Anyway it was like a nightmare to purchase this mattress. When we called the store, no customer service at all! The manager blamed the bad quality on the manufacturer. When talking about quality they compare themselves with Walmart but when talking about customer service, they claimed no customer service because they were only a local business! So literally they were telling us because they were local business so they have higher cost of manufacture and lack of ability to provide customer service! What a ridiculous excuse! As a customer, my only fault was purchased in a local business store!Dont purchase there! You can get a much better price online or at Macys with better quality!It’s a big joke that the seller tried to confuse warranty with money refund! We didn’t get any problem solved after we called the seller or emailed them. How shameless! The quality didn’t match the price! Plus, the original price were marked way much too high, so you basically don’t literally get any profit after discount.

Dont waste your money! I bought a Recliner, Loveseat and Bedroom set from here almost a year ago exactly (Christmas Presents) and the Loveseats Foot Rest already has cracked right down the middle so you cant put your feet up and the other side wont recline at all now. The Recliners fabric has already torn on the underside of the Arms and the Beds wood is cracking bad even though I have oiled it once a month. Wh en I called to complain only about 6 months after they explained to me that they are only a wholesaler and to go to the Company that made them, which of course did not ever respond to my calls or email requests. Save yourself the wasted money, heartaches and go to the Swap meet in Sparks and get something of better quality. I dont know where they find the stuff to sell but if Harbor Freight had a Furniture Department it would be just like this place.
