Absolutely excellent customer service. I took my bike in for a couple flat tires and purchased a handheld pump. He got to work instantly on repairing the tires and even offered to install the pump on my bike. I chose this company simply because they were close to my house, but I Will definitely be back in the future if I have anymore bicycle related needs. Would definitely recommend! Thanks again!

Needed my chain fix on the bike which was very good. But what was really nice he gave me some great ideas to take my little dogs on bike rides with me. And they have the device to put on the bike. Thanks

Excellent service. I have bought a couple used bikes recently and took them them to bicycle service center to be tuned up. They did an excellent job both times. Great quality, great service, good pricing. And they were done when they said they would be !

Understand why they are closing, Dave the use to be owner was horrible and didnt fix my bike.

They built me a Surly Karate Monkey, it is exactly what I was looking for!! I am a beginner trail rider and didn’t even know what I needed/wanted other than safe, stable and easy riding. I happened to call this shop after no luck anywhere else, they immediately could see what was going to work for me, I couldn’t ask for a better bike for my purposes, and really good pricing with excellent quality components!! Absolutely in love with this K Monk!!! And thank you both for helping me out, the world of buying a bike when you don’t know what you’re looking for is risky, they made sure that I am set for a long time!! Incredibly knowledgeable, they live for cycling and it shows! I will definitely take my ride back here for anything it needs for as long as we’re all around.

Great bike great value

Recently took my road bike for a full tune-up. I had put a lot of miles on the bike and it really needed it. They did a wonderful job! I took it out for a 33 mile road test the next day and it rode like a dream. Very happy with their work. Would definitely 👍 recommend them for serious cyclist.

This place is great, I have come here 3 times and each time I get great service. Dave is friendly, fast, and professional. They also have chickens in this charming backyard operation.

I thought it looked a little sketchy on google maps but once I got there i was surprised to see it wasn’t at all. Nice guy who works there’s, got my tires changed in under 5 mins and the prices are the best I’ve seen. I’m a student at Unr and this is definitely the place I’ll come back to if I need anything else done on my bike! Highly recommend :)
