I had my name on a list for a Pedego electric trike for so long I had forgotten about it, but the wonderful Pedego store owner had not, so he called me. (It was not his fault the trike took so long to come in. At one point they were held up at a port in S. Cal.) My most recent experience with a trike had been to twice fall off one with fat tires, and I could not regain confidence enough to even test drive the lovely new Pedego. So I left the store without it, but it will make some lucky person a great trike. And from my brief experience with this store, customer service will be fabulous.

The staff was friendly and full of knowledge about the very cool electric bikes. I was able to try one out and it was very fun. My mom and I got my son a bike for his b day. It is a great alternative to spending ridiculous amounts of money on car insurance and gas. I highly recommend this place.

We had an appointment at Pedego Reno to test drive some ebikes yesterday. Pat and Diane greeted us and had our bikes all ready to go when we arrived. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and very accommodating with our requests. We left the store with 2 ebikes all customized to our specification the same day. We are very happy with our new ebikes and would highly recommend Pedego Reno. Excellent customer service.

We were able to ride several bikes to get a true feel of each one. She swapped out seats and really made us so comfortable. We bought 2 bikes and are so excited to start riding them!! My wife and I wanted to check out some electric bikes and booked an appointment at the Pedego Store in Reno. We arrived on time and were promptly welcomed by the owners. They showed us many bikes and we were able to learn quite a bit about them. We test rode several models while the patient owners took us through everything there is to know about the Pedego products. The bikes seem to be well made and high quality. We enjoyed the lessons and the time spent in the store. Im not sure its in the budget at this time but Ill be back when we get it figured out.

Diane was so helpful and knowledgeable. Although Ive ridden all types of bikes I had never tried an electric bike, but with her help and encouragement I rode one and fell in love with it. Highly recommend Pedego to anyone who wants to know about these great bikes!

I thoroughly enjoyed learning about Pedago ebikes from Pat and Diane. I joined my partner as he picked up his new custom bike. They were helpful and informative. It was a relaxed and easeful time while riding and exploring different styles, pros and cons, with several to actually ride. We are each very pleased and appreciate Pat and Diane and the time and space we spent with them.

I bought my bike from them earlier this year. Had a great buying experience. I was getting ready to go on a month long trip with my bike. I found that my bike was having issues. I took it in on Friday and explained that I was leaving the next day. They went out of their way to make sure my bike was repaired in 24 hours. What great customer service! I can’t say enough good thing about Pedigo Reno, they’re the best.

Diane and her husband are the greatest!! We tried several models, they are more than accommodating! They are in a perfect area to try a hill, if you’re serious. They are adding a few upgrades and we pick up Tuesday, can’t wait!!

They were very informative and answering any questions on the specs, specifically pros and cons of mid-drive and rear hub drive. Test ran the bike and it clearly had a smooth powerful ride.

Wonderful help, and they took time in educating us. The location is key as well, we were able to test ride the bikes in a huge open space comfortably. We pick up our new bikes tomorrow because we made an upgrade on tires. Can’t wait to take them for a spin.

Went in to get the throttle on my wife’s platinum checked out, unfortunately we couldn’t recreate the issue but the owner (Pat) made adjustments to her handle bars, cleaned her brake pads and checked everything else out for free! We will definitely use Pat in the future for any repairs we may need down the road.

We had a really nice time talking with Pat today on our first exploration into the world of electric bikes. Pat was very knowledgeable and generous with his time. We took two bikes out for a ride in a beautiful neighborhood close by. It was uphill all the way but we zoomed effortlessly up to the top and enjoyed a gorgeous view of Reno.Pat was not a high pressure salesman and we appreciated that!!We’ll definitely both be Pedego bike owners soon!! We just need to decide which ones!!

Diane and Pat where a great help as I knew nothing much about e bikes. Really appreciated the ability to test ride around the area as it has a park with dirt paths and a nearby hill with only a little traffic. If you want to see what e bikes are all about I highly recommend Pedego Electric Bikes on Lakeside drive .Particularly like the ability to cruise using throttle, besides the pedal assist that the Pedego has. I tried two other bike ships . All the others had was peddle assist only. I’m leaning toward the Commuter Lite but also tried Ridge Rider .

Every we time we come to Reno, we visit this great shop and are always very happy with their friendly service, knowledge and the merchandise that they carry for Pedegos. Although we have two Elements, after thanking a test ride, we are now tempted to invest in a Bomerang!

We rented a few bikes for our family who was coming in from out of town. We had so much fun cruising around town, and they were delighted that they didnt have to worry about all the hills! The bikes worked perfectly, Brian gave us a through explanation on operating them (super easy!). Pat was also a pleasure! Will definitely rent again!

We test drove a few different bikes at Pedego yesterday - so much fun. Pat Hogan has taken great extremes to comply with social distancing and disinfecting everything. We were all masked and gloved up while in the store. And the lemony fresh disinfectant! He has an extensive product line available for test rides so you really can make a choice based on preferences.

Went to Pedego Reno today to ride and check out the bikes. Everyone was super helpful and especially Brian. He took me out on two different bikes, one mid drive and the other a hub drive. I was very impressed with the ease of climbing a very steep hill. After coming back to the shop, he showed me some different options to get a very specialized fit. Cant say enough good things about this shop. Thanks especially to Brian for taking. 2-1/2 hours out of his day to accommodate my wife, Vicki and I.

I recently purchased an adult trike from Pedego Electric Bikes of Reno. I tried out a number of bikes on two occasions. The owner and his assistant were very helpful and informative. They worked with me until I found the bike that suited me best. I eventually decided on the adult trike and have rode it every day since purchasing it. It is so fun to be riding again with a little (battery power) help when need.

The bikes we purchased in Reno were delivered in Napa and everything went so smoothly. The bikes are so much fun and really easy to get used to. My first ride was 10 miles and I never could have accomplished that on a regular bike. I was smiling for the entire 10 miles- beautiful ride amongst the vineyards and great scenery! I highly recommend the Pedego brand and the Reno store!!! You can’t go wrong and I know you will love your e- bike!!

Great bike what a quality product, however, The change in my review came from an issue a nail in the tire, the first annual service was done in February, the nail in the back tire happened in April and after having the tire repaired, the Chain was dropping of the Gear (Cassette) and after being in the shop 4 times and its now June, and was still doing it.

Brian was super helpful and answered my numerous questions patiently and thoroughly. Hoping to buy one of their bikes soon!
